Notice first that most of these reviews are older. We have bought 2 items from here early (within 6 months) and have one item currently and are on time. Although I agree the customer service is decent, we missed payments - one due to COVID and the other due to fraud in our account (not many, and always caught up immediately). They were rude and dismissive (especially Rob). We will not use them again. I will be contacting leadership of this organization tomorrow. Home Depot (ironically) has been wonderful and has similar options, even in terms of credit and financing now, but you have to dig for them. You treat people with respect no matter what - even if they dont meet your expectations.

Laconia rent-a-center was clean and friendly. Masks must be worn inside the store/show room. Be aware that Google brings you to the back of the store when getting directions. Its best to park there and walk around counter clock wise to the front of the store.
