Its got a wide selection and helpful employees unlike Speedway on Abbott where. The rudest employee Bridget -whose been fired from everywhere like Buzz n bee for her rudeness to everyone. The Walgreens employees are cheerful and helpful and if they dont know how to do something or have an answer they ask a more senior employee to help instead of yelling at you like Bridget or Speedway jerks do. I value the cheery help and knowledge of Walgreens staff!

Extremely unprofessional pharmacy staff. When expressing my frustrations with a continuous problem that has been reoccurring for months was screamed at and then hung up on. After calling back and getting a different staff member was laughed at and told there was nothing that could be done. Was able to talk to the store manager after that encounter to express how rude and unprofessional the pharmacy team was towards me and was assured something would be done. I have changed my pharmacy and will not be returning to them.
Why is it so hard to reach the pharmacy through the phone? Can I just talk to a human please? I mean why does it have to be made so complicated w/ the automated voice? When I call the number for Walgreens Pharmacy I thought it would go right to the desk & I could just give them my name & birth date & it would take 2 mins. No instead I am sitting here listening re-entering my perscription number 5 effing times with the key pad after saying it out loud twice & the voice is still saying I enetered/said the wrong number. Guess what its not. Something this small will turn me off completely. I know, who cares Im one in a million.. Maybe theres a high call volume? How many people are calling walgreens on a daily basis? Either way I shouldve kept my business with Rite Aid.. Didnt have problems like this & they have 24/7 locations. I realize its a big corporation & theres a system for doing things but in my two weeks since Ive switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens, there have been times where I I want to go back to the old flame On account of all these minor inconveniences

Called to ask the pharmacist a simple question re: my sons rx on 12/12/19 @ 8:20pm and all I got was attitude. After I called her out on how unprofessional she was, she then ask me if I prefer to call in the A.M. to speak with someone else? Very upsetting! So unprofessional!Update: 12/13/19---I spoke with the pharmacy manager this morning re: my experience, he has was kind and understanding. Pharmacist I dealt with the night before is not a regular, she filled in for someone. Hopefully, management will address the situation.
Worst pharmacy ever!!! Im switching to Rite Aid today. My last 4 prescriptions have not been filled until after a ton of work on part. There is always a story with these people. We didnt fill your prescription because ... They blame my insurance company, my doctor, or thier own automated system. Just awful! One lie after another. This all started in the last 5 months. Not sure what happened here but Im done.

Something I’ve noticed about this location is that many of the staff simply don’t care about providing quality customer service or conducting themselves in a way that is professional. Our cashier today couldn’t even be bothered to be pleasant to us. She was withdrawn and refused to engage with us beyond robotically cashing us out. This wasn’t our first encounter with her either. Any time we’ve had to interact with her, she’s been visibly miserable and refuses to engage with customers. I understand that working in a retail environment isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, but if you can’t handle basic human interaction, maybe you shouldn’t be working the front register of a busy store.
After running out of insulin and being from out of town I called frantic to see if they sell it OTC and was quickly told no, after explaining Ive had to do it before she begrudgingly asked the pharmacist would said yes and asked what I used, she immediately said I cant buy it there without prescription and so I asked what kind could I buy, she told me so I said I would be coming in and without even pausing said we dont have any. She was doing everything in her power to be rude and unhelpful to the most extreme extent. Very unprofessional and zero courtesy, find somewhere else to go.
Waited in line for over 20 minutes for one prescription in drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous. Couldnt back out to go in the store bc there was a car behind as well. Terrible. Have people pull around if their scripts arent ready. Cmon people.
Spoke with Corey who was rude and could not have cared less about helping me. Will not be coming back after this.
Slowest pharmacy EVER!!! I went in and i was 23 yrs old and walked out 53 yrs old and then i tryd the drive thru and my car ran out of gas on a full tank!!!! I wonder will they ever get it together!?!?!?!?

Dont get your prescriptions here. The phamacists are very rude and unorganized. You call and use the automated prescription refilling service. Just to get there after the time set for your prescription to be ready to have to wait 20 minutes for them to then get it ready. That or they tell you that you dont have any refills! Meaning you just wasted gas to go there and the agaravation of being told by THEIR automated service that your prescription going to be ready and its not even available!Also good luck talking on the phone to them. They answer and as soon as they answer your question without asking if they can help you with anything else. They simply say Ok. and hang up. Very ignorant. Horrible customer service. Not deserving of a single star for a rating.
They didnt treat me will and didnt answer the phone when i was trying to prank call them. the is the worst place to prank call.
My daughter was going insane itching, and desperately needed a refill. I didnt realize she was out of medicine until late. The pharmacists were kind enough to make sure she had her refill before close.Thank you Walgreens pharmacy staff 💖💖💖
They get to know the regulars well enough to be on a first name basis and go beyond the customary drivel of a small business/convenience store.
