It was late at night so it took a while for our tow operator to get to us but as is life. Sammy called us multiple times while we were waiting to keep us updated. Once he got to us Sammy went above and beyond and gave us the absolute best tow experience I could have asked for and made sure my son and I had a safe ride home before leaving. 10/10 would recommend!Thank you Sammy!

Very friendly!! I called and they were there really quick and professional. Towed my car to my mechanics shop pretty far from where it died and the rate was really reasonable! Will definitely keep them on my list if I ever need a tow again, they were awesome!!

I have Nationwide insurance needed car brought home from Ontario my insurance company sent me another company originally my request was “drop vehicle in driveway” this “other” company left it on wrong side of street in front of my home and asked if I had someone to help push it!!!! They tried jump starting it no success so THEY LEFT ME. I CALLED 5 star towing and recovery the name is perfect the operator arrived so fast I didn’t have time to blink literally he jump started my car so fast and told me What to do and where to go for a battery and testing for the battery if needed he was so polite so nice and so patient it is very hard to find a patient tow truck company because they act like they are all too busy. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY HIGHLY Prior to trying to jumpstart it he assured me if he could not start that car he would put that car safely in my driveway!! Amazing staff and hands down best detailing in WNY

I was stranded all afternoon, and I called so many tow companies and none of them would tow me 40+ miles at 5pm. I finally found 5 Star Towing & Recovery next on the list, not only was the tow super affordable but he showed up in under 30 min during traffic hrs. Not only did he show up but was able to confirm that my issue was the starter. He noticed I had a really bad day and helped me locate a new starter at a low cost on his own. I was beyond impressed with the professionalism and affordability. They should be number 1 to call on every listing. Im going back to get his cards to hand out.

They were the only company that would help me with the situation I was in, the driver was very professional polite and answered all/any questions I had, I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will use them again (if need be)

My experience with 5 star towing was the most pleasant I have ever had with any towing company very professional and might i add very speedy service. My car stalled on me on a busy intersection and the driver said he will be there in 5 minutes and sure enough he was a man of word. Definitely earned my business. Thanks 5 star towing!!!
