Didnt value their employees. Worked as a driver and got paid minimal for the amount of work that you did for them. Was fired from my job for a speculation with absolutely no fact finding. Would never recommend them for an prospective job seekers.

The service Girard Wood Products provides has suited us wonderfully. We get pallets almost everyday and we love being able to have them recycled back into the system. Always have received wonderful customer service and they are a pleasure to work with. We receive pallets, then recycle them. The funds we receive we put towards our other recycling efforts. Its a win win win for all of us and we are very grateful to have them in our community.

These people DONT value thier employees needs. They run through people like they are cattle! Absolutely minimal training with no consistentcy! They should appreciate the ones that continue to work hard for them.
