Terrible employees, no stock of basically anything useful, and just a bad sherwin Williams in general. I would go to anyone but this one. If you got work to do and no time for ignorant people who don’t know what they are doing then I would choose a different store. There’s a Benjamin Moore right down the road and they’re amazing

I have been very pleased with the Lacey store helping me find the right color of stain I needed to match my existing color that is on my cabin, it is richer looking then the previous stain, I have receive may compliments of people passing by.

They still have 5 stars, even though they were out of the paint grade I wanted. The staff found a good substitute available there and offered to make calls to find what I was looking for at other stores. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and they carried the paint to my car!

Always good attitudes and respectful to me. They usually get me out the door in good time. They are always working to keep us on the job with having what we need.

Quick to answer requests. Ensured we received the right paint. Service was a tad slow as only 2 employees were working and over 10 customers were waiting. Besides that small snafu no complaints.

The salesman was extremely helpful. I needed a gallon of paint that was dated 2005. He told me that they dont have that formula in the system anymore. So, he said he would make a gallon with the new paint. He spent a good deal of time working on getting the match. I really appreciate his time and service.

The store employees were so friendly and helpful. It was a much better experience than shopping at a big box store. The employees knew which product we needed, prepared it quickly, ordered more for us the next day (we needed another couple gallons of primer) AND ACTUALLY FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL THE NEXT DAY TO TELL ME IT HAD ARRIVED! Amazing! And because of the sale, the prices were the same if not better than Lowes or Home Depot. It was great - its also simpler to walk into a SW store thats selling only paint and paint supplies because you dont have to deal with an entire enormous store.

Their pricing is out of line with helping the contractor market. My client called and got a price for stain that was cheaper than the contractor price they gave me. When I questioned the guy, he started stumbling around his words and said he would honor the lower retail pricing but said it was possible that the contractor price is more than the retail cost. Shady pricing and shady explanation for pricing inconsistencies! How can we sell our service and make any sort of profit! Not a good business to partner with!

Help was spot on and not pressured. Good advice on supplies needed. My order was ready the day of the sale and I received help going to the car. Steven was a wonderful sales associate.

Ask them anything!! They will provide a professional answer and suggestion. I used Miller for over 20 years and recommend Sherwin over any paint provider

The quality is good and your people are knowledgeable and you have everything one would want in one place. High quality tools for painting are also present as well as less expense alternatives.

You get a lot of feedback about the durability of the paint youre choosing, but of course it may be up-selling. Nevertheless I appreciate the information. I love to paint, but not continuously.

The staff is great. The sales are great as well. The paint goes on nicely, doesn’t splatter much and the Emerald paint cleans easily so far after 3 weeks.
