Rudy was very personable & follow up phone call from Dan on finding out what I needed regarding a new scooter was a pleasant surprise. Very knowledgeable on solving my need, what provider would be best regarding medical need assessment, & not afraid to tackle insurance red tape (denials) & I will be putting him to work!

I dont even want to leave one star due to the fact that the office staff is on coffee break all the time thats the only reason that I came up with since I have been trying for the last two weeks to talk to someone but NO ONE ANSWERS THE DARN PHONE!!!!! and they dont call back on the voice mail OR answer the email. The technician however is super great, very knowledgeable and friendly he is the only reason the company has its doors open Im sure. Sure wish Geniva Woods had not of sold out, they were good.

I have had very good working relationships getting my power wheel chair been very helpful and keeping informed of whats going on in the process.

They wont answer the phone! marked the message as Urgent, still no reply!!
