This is the best Optometry store in town and Jen is the reason why. Jen is very professional and caring. She went above and beyond clarifying my prescriptions and ensuring there was no errors (I experienced mistakes with my prescription and poor customer service in another Optical).Jen worked with me in regards to the prize of my prescription. I will definitely go back and get my prescription from this Optical. Highly recommended. I hope they get a doctor soon, so I can get my eyes checked here too.
The dog got a hold of my glasses and took the nose pads off. Ruben fixed my glasses in 90 sec! No lies, walked in, walked out. Very professional and fast, on a SUNDAY! Im impressed!
The doctor here is absolutely dour and unfriendly. She referred me to an optometrist because my eye pressure test was off and absolutely refused to tell me what that meant. So Im freaking out thinking I have a brain tumor or something until the receptionist tells me its to check for glaucoma.
I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the doctor, and beyond severe anxiety with anything near my eyeballs. I saw Dr. Archer and he was honestly the best eye doc Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. He was kind, considerate, funny, and made the entire process easy. The front desk staff was very helpful, and took my concerns and monetary constraints (Im not paying 300$ for a pair of glasses, sorry) and got me into an amazing pair of glasses for my optical needs. I will be going back to this location every time I need help in the future, even though its an hour n half drive, to me, the atmosphere and customer service I received is well worth the drive.
Web site say open until 8 pm, got up there after driving 45 min, and they are closed!!! Not happy!
Dr. Max Archer was great and very experienced. However, the sales associates at the front desk were kinda pushy, and annoying.
Had to wait 25 minutes for my appt. Didn’t have my lenses in for try in. Not very up to date with technology
Very kind and funny people there
