A very good experience if youre dealing with upgrades or remodeling issues. They have a great selection and a very professional staff. I did a little price checking and they beat out my normal go to place called Lowes by about $50 per item. I am waiting a little bit longer than I wanted to for these items to come in but with the overall Transportation issues that this nation is experiencing, I dont fault them for that. The quality of the products are an obvious difference from what I would have purchased from Lowes on their top shelf. So we will soon see and Ill let you know. But so far so good!**Update... we had to cancel our order due to our nations Transportation issues and delay of game bringing my products in a timely manner. We will do this at a later time and still use Keller Supply. This was my choice because Im not a very patient man. LOL Definitely use Keller Supply but, at the moment, expect a little bit of a delay possibly.

So very helpful, and knowledgeable. I have been to Home Depot, and Lowe’s for help, but never got help like I did at Keller. I’ll never go anywhere else. 5 stars bros!!!! Thanks so much. These guys are the best!!!

Our contractor had us go in and pick our materials and the showroom and products are beautifully designed and displayed. Tanya was a huge help and when I mentioned a couple products she showed us exactly what we were looking for and helped set everything up to send our list to our contractor. Cant thank you enough

Horrible place to do business with, they charged me $6,000 more than bid amount with upgrades I never approved. Best part is Carrie the lady that was so nice in show room will not return emails in regards to why things were upgraded in price so much, I have researched this matter and we are not the first customer she has done this too. Nobody from Keller Supply cares- I have been told Branch manger will be in contact but here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. This is been going on since July and I asked simple questions 1) this is what I thought we upgraded and why were the others upgraded- when we didnt pick them out? 2) why are the prices different than what we were told? I believe as a customer these are fair questions to have explained, but nope they never answered and put lien on me to get me to pay which I did right away but I dont think too much to ask to have my bill explained. I have reached out to a few people there but no help. Stay clear or double check what is upgraded because somebody shouldve said Hey do you know your bill is $6,000 more than the bid nope just take your money and run and dont feel the need to help people understand. I feel robbed and cheated. The whole building process was awesome and this was the only place that got us- find another business that is a little more customer service oriented

The staff doesnt seem to know anything about the stuff in the showroom. I had questions but was treated rudely and told I dont know, Id have to look it up. Stacks of paper catalogs to flip through. Reminiscent of a 1994 Pennys catalog store. Builders walking in and out were treated nicely but I was ignored and dismissed. I wanted to support a local business but I guess Ill just be ordering online ...
