I required a custom banner which was for a special project. There needed to be design work, which was professional when completed. At the end. I received personal customer service from Jenn Johnson. This attention from her, elevated this experience beyond Stars which are not there. She gets a !0+ in my book. I think of this experience,..... and smile.

I ordered door magnets for my Co. truck,within 6 months the signs were curling up at the edges.I had to remove them so they wouldnt blow off.When I called about the issue twice I was informed that owner was out of town and that no one there could make decision on how to deal with it.So, now til the owner decides to return I have magnetic signs that do me no good.Done dealing with these clowns.

I have worked with FastSigns over the past 8+ years and they have high standards for their work. Their communication process is clear and they are responsive to whatever requests Ive made. When work was not done to their standards by their subcontractor, they took it upon themselves to have the work re-done in order that our business would have the best quality product possible. In other words, they stand behind their work and word. Their staff is friendly, patient and all jobs are performed on schedule/on time! In this day and age when so much communication is digital, they are flexible enough to communicate in person, online or over the phone in order to best understand the needs of their customers.

Then, when I needed to change the font around and tweak the photos on our banner, they took care of all that in just a couple of hours! There was some miscommunication on my order that was partially my fault. They immediately made the correction and when I offered to pay half for fixing itn they refused. Top notch work and they are appropriately named!

We have used Fastsigns over the years for many different projects - from a sign for our building, to truck decals, to home show displays. Their project manager, Dale, has always been a pleasure to work with as well as the owner, Grace. And their installers are always friendly a courteous. I can recommend them without hesitation.

These guys are a joke! Took a small job to them, took the time to get them all the things they needed to do the job. Never got a call or email back. Made two trips to their shop to see what the hold up was, they assured me they could do it. Instead of just say they could not do the job, they kept lying in person and gave no other communication . I would not trust them any size job. Stay away

Fastsigns just called them and they were responsive and their prices were very reasonable, and their work was well done. Mike was my service point person did a good job.

Its convenient that whoever I communicated with is knowledgeable about what I needed. I like that I didnt need to repeat myself when speaking to different reps.

They are always super fast to respond to requests for quotes and their prices are comparable to the competition. They beat the competition on speed and the quality is very good since they do a large volume they know what they are doing, no practicing or amateur work.

I would like to express my utter disappointment with your company. I came to you especially to have quality car magnets made for 2 of my vehicles. When I initially went to pick them up I looked at them and there were numerous flaws. I would not accept the poor workmanship as I paid too much money for them but was promised a wonderful product. They did redo them for me.I noticed several weeks ago that one of my magnets were missing from one of my vehicles, so I went around to see the others. They were all curled over on the top portion of the magnet no longer sticking to the vehicle. When I went back in to the shop and showed them the only 2 magnets that had not fallen off they very quickly told me I was not looking after them correctly.Firstly, I was never given instructions and did not know they needed regular maintenance. When I was told that the instructions were on the invoice I could not believe that. I told the gal that there are so many things on an invoice and cleaning and maintenance instructions should not be on an invoice. I mentioned that perhaps they should come with the product themselves so one could actually see that they needed maintenance. If I knew that they needed so much attention I would have never ordered them for the price I had to pay.I went back today to pick up the new ones that they were making me for a replacement, I looked at them, they all had air bubbles or smudges. Do you not have quality control?I was so disappointed in them and was already rushed; that I told them to keep them and walked out.I am very disappointed with your service and lack of quality control. The prices that you charge are very high for a product that needs to be treated with kid gloves.

Beware of what you need from them.Very unresponsive and want most of the work done before they will help.GM of Lacey store was nice but not competent.Seriously, I would not recommend them to a friend or enemy.

I went in to have a window perf for my truck. I paid $200. The first installation was all torn up along the edges. They thought that was just fine. It looked like a third grader did it with safety scissors. Of course it peeled off in a couple of days. I took it back. They tried again. This time it lasted a week before it peeled off all along the edges! I took it back. I asked for a refund since they failed to provide the product for which I paid. They told me NO WAY, sucks to be you!So, now I am paying another company, another $200 to redo the job for which I already paid Fastsigns. Ill never use Fastsigns again, ever, and I plan on telling everyone I know what a crappy job they did, and refused to take responsibility for their terrible work.

I only have one state because they suck the owner tried to escape accountability and not accept there screw up . Took three time for them to get it right . There front staff should have another job she is snoby and rude . And the installer is a dick . He acts as if he is done God gift to install . He sucks he screwed up my truck . I bring it back for them to fix and screws up again as Im Watching them . There front staff lady need a another job very unprofessional and sloby looking .

One of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Very unprofessional. They do not care at all about the quality of the product they produce/install nor customer relationship building. I guess the term you get what you pay for is a lesson learned.

In my opinion .....RIP OFF! They can’t get the spelling right. Correcting their own mistakes costs you $25.00 NEVER attempt to approve material via their online service. They will use it to screw you! I walked in to their shop and told them that I was having issues with their online approval system. Now 4 months later they are demanding payment for products never delivered. Very unethical business owners who never strive to work hard for your business. Go to Sign-A-Rama and save 60%.

They are not for commercial business signs. I have ordered business sign stickers, didnt last long time and poor condition. Bad service! I would never go back.
