I have been to this Volvo Service Center now 2 times for my scheduled overhead and both times have been treated with impeccable courtesy and professional service. They treat everyone that needs service the same. Yes, you will have to pay them $198 hour but the way I look at that is you will pay a mediocre shop much more than that sitting for days waiting for someone to get working on your truck. Not this place. They check and diagnose your problem upon arrival. They’re #1 goal is to get you back on the road as soon as humanly possible.

If your looking for semi truck or heavy duty truck service in the area i would highly recommend them. They offer a parts counter for the do it yourselfers as well as a paint and body shop. They also sell new and used Volvo commercial vehicles. They have plenty of parking and are open late.

I wanna thank Chris that works here. I broke down on the night of the 4th of July. Needed a crankcase pressure sensor to get me fixed. Small thing that costs around $150 got me stuck on the side of road. Nobody was working obviously, its a holiday. So I called this dealership and Chris came to the parts store in the middle of the night and sold me that sensor I desperately needed. And she was very helpful and nice over the phone. Wish her all the best.

BEWARE I have been waiting since the weekend for my truck. I truly believe this place is running a scam. Every driver that comes in with their truck no matter what the issue is must stay over a night or two or three. These people are paid by the hour and are taking their time to fix any truck that pulls up in their garage.

They sold me a fridge for my truck for $1900 and I didn’t realize until I got home in another state that the door was broken. I had to use the door from my old fridge to make it work. No wonder he didn’t want to take it out of the box at first. These guys are crooks

Where do I start, They had the truck for 5 days to put it on the diagnostics machine just to say it was the camshaft (all ready told them) and then they said it would take another week to fix it. With that being said, we got other Volvo involved and was going to have ot towed and it got done earlier then their ANOTHER 5 DAYS BS. Now, the best part....They fixed one thing and broke 2 others and didnt tell us, we broke down again 3 days later in Texas. Long story short, DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR TRUCK!!!!

I came in to have a front wheel seal replaced and have a battery disconnect replace got there at 3 p.m. and its still not done they actually took off a set of drives thinking it was the wheel seal that needed to be replaced lack of communication in this place do not recommend it anywhere and its 9:30 p.m. six and a half hours later and still not done so I avoid this place with all caution

At 5 PM (different shift manager) told me that I need Air Dryer and DEF sensor replaced at the cost of little short of 2K!Surely, they put in some other labor to make the number more or less justifiable.Even than, I was ready to do it, needed to get going... but was told that my truck would not be ready until unknown time next day. Ended up paying for 2 hours of diagnostic and shop supply. $422! for diagnostic! Shop supply!?STAY AWAY DRIVERS! STAY AWAY!

Nacarato is a joke. ...Sold me an aftermarket tensioner pulley that ate up my belts and caused me to have them replaced along with an OEM part while in Texas.They ask for all of your contact info when you buy parts, sell you faulty parts, then have no record of your purchase in their system when you need to return the part and dont want a replacement - PLUS they have you fill out a form to return it and tell you its going to take 45 days for them to approve a refund. In todays world of technology, this is not acceptable. You took my money in a matter of minutes, the same should apply with a refund. And wheres your database to record purchases???? Zach Graves is AWESOME! He works in parts department. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. It is always a pleasure doing business with him. One of the main reasons I keep purchasing Volvo’s is because of the experience I have gotten over the years working with him. When I have to make a trip to a local Freightliner parts department it is a nightmare and I do not look forward to it. Their entire team at this Nacarato Volvo are very professional and I would highly recommend them for purchasing, repairs, etc..

I was at this dealership because one of hub seals started to leak on the steering axle. I was there close to five hours. Everyone was very nice and professional from service writers, technician that worked on my truck and Zach at the parts department. Shop and the whole facility is super clean and organized.

Buyer beware of recalls on D13H 2011-2012 bull gears. Nacarato will not honor the recall on my unit. Purchased the unit from Franklin, Ky. (Nacarato) did not check for recalls. I have been down for two weeks and hopefully I will not lose my customer. Theyre were multiple opportunities to have fixed the issue prior to my purchase. It is a know problem!!!! 10-20k repair if you find it in time. If you dont find it in time it could completely destroy the engine. La Vergne Parts guys are Awesome!

Showed up with an array of electrical issues diagnosed in an hour and a half work was completed in 2 hours total of 3 and 1/2 hours back on the road cant complain about the service.

After receiving repairs at another shop, we sent our Volvo out. It made it to La Vergne, TN. It delivered, but could no proceed. I contacted Jo at Nacarato Volvo. She helped me arrange a tow. She was careful not to make promises she couldnt keep, stating only that they would do a diagnostic at minimum by the next morning. They recommended a good pet friendly motel close by for the driver. I got a call the next morning and was told that everything they could find out pointed to a failure of components just replaced. Kieth went out of his way and on his own time to ensure that was the problem. I towed the truck back to the original shop where they completed repairs at no cost to me. Bottom line, while they did not repair our truck, they were prompt and correct in their diagnosis. They did not try to sell me repairs or services that could be repaired under warranty. They were professional and courteous at all times. I recommend them.

This is an overall review.I havent had a chance to come to this location but will be there soon.Ive owned a Volvó truck for 3 yrs.Had 1 major issue about a yr ago.Higher people was involved due to very, very bad experience in Atlanta.I have visited several dealers from the west were we reside to the east were we mostly work.Volvo Mac had my back all over the country.A word of advice to anyone who feel unjust or unfair treatment.Follow the chain of command.IT WORKS!

I’ve been down three weeks. Two weeks at two different shops with the after treatment. And my truck was still not running right. I called Jason Cluck the used truck manager where I bought my truck at Nacarato. He assured me if I could get back home his shop had not one but two after treatment gurus....well finally it’s 100%. If your in the market for a new or used Volvo. Jeff Jolly is a good sales man backed by Jason Cluck sales manager and one helluva shop. Oh. J.D. behind the scene making stuff happen.

$1200 to replace 4 batteries lol talk about highway robbery...... service guys were all nice but there is no reason to charge what they charge. I had batteries replaced on two of my other trucks for $600 a piece. Just another place that loves to kill the little guy.

No communication, truck has been here a week and nobody can give an ETA of when it would be done. You call during the day and they tell you one thing has been fixed, you call in the evening and they tell you something different. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless its absolutely necessary.

Bought a part for one of the trucks and it broke when installing it. Went back to try to get my money back and they refused to reimburse the money and refused to warranty the part. Would not recommend this place!

Dont go here if you are in a hurry. There are drivers here that have been here for eight days. Myself, Im going on three days. From the looks of it, if youre one of the few companies that they like, your truck gets done in a very timely matter. If you speak to Robert or the older woman at the service desk, youd think that youre almost done with the repairs. They have no clue what time your truck will be ready. They lie to you and they seem to have answers to your questions that they have polished thru the years. I spoke with the management and I got the same answers. Dont be fooled by the fact that they say that theyre open 24 hours, your truck is not in great hands. Good luck.

I am so very impressed and thankful for Nacarato Truck Center in LaVergne TN. My truck had broken down and I was on the side of the highway. I called the road service and it was very expensive. I had found out the problem and I needed one small part. I called Nacarato Truck Center and talked to Zach Graves in parts and asked if there was anyone that would drive the part to me and I would pay them. Amazingly, Zack did find someone that was willing to drive the part to me 50 miles one way. Marty Mabry, the parts director of Nacarato was willing to drive the part to me. He met me on the side of the road, gave me my part, and refused any payment for driving the part to me. This brought tears to my eyes and I will be telling this story for years. I was able to fix my truck for $22.00. Nacarato Truck Center in LaVergne TN is a leader in customer service and I am so very grateful.

Dont buy truck from them!! They will sell you truck with a problem. I have very bad experience with them. They sold me very bad truck. I have problem with my engine and transmission. I have to spend 15000$ for fixing.Dont trust!!!When I was buying a truck from Nacarato, there was a problem with gasket and I asked them to fix it, and they said that they did fix the truck, BUT later on I found out that they didnt fix that problem, really? They will lie to you so they can take your money !if they say - we have 3 month warrantyDO NOT TRUST!!!Its not a Truck - Its a Trash !!!If you anyway buy truck from them - make sure ! 1. Check engine oil .take oil example and make oil test. This can save you a lot of money Check transmission... check everything!!! And make sure for which parts they give you warranty. Write everything on the paper and come with someone or record each word whatever they say. Its your proof copy, because after buying truck from them if you come in warranty time with a problem they 100% say we dont have warranty for this part. Sales manager and shop manager THEY ARE BIG LIARS because Nacarato mechanic quoted me $9000 dollars to fix my truck, BUT Sales manager and shop manager told me that its not $9000 work - its not that serious problem, those mechanics did their job, and they even told me that they do that every time to customers just to take money from their customers ! And I see that mechanic was right, not the managers. DO NOT BUY TRUCK FROM ANY NACARATO !!!

Took a little longer than I expected but after some miscommunication we got things settled. Ladies in office were wonderful. Service writers were very helpful.

I had called about my insurance claim and Mark was very rude to me. They had sent someone out to my vehicle and sent the Estimate back worth Nothing. Ive been out of work now for 2 extra weeks because of them stating they could give an estimate but didnt do it correctly. Why say you could do it if you werent going to do follow thru. Very dissatisfied. Maybe if they charged for estimates they would be more professional. Insurance said they would have the vehicle towed and they refused it, and now state that they cant keep going to the vehicle to do the full estimate. My husband bought a new truck from Mike Nacarato at their Old Location and says thats NOT how they ran the company then. Taking my business elsewhere.

They had my truck for about three days and did not fix anything and they try to charge me for 11 hrs. worth of work, they did not fix anything anything and they charge me $1300 dollars and i had to leave that place i will never ever go back there again, i have never seen a repair shop worst then them, They are nice to you when you come in and when everything changes, they did not come to me 1 time and tell me what is going on are they done or working on the truck, and when you ask what is going on they are so rude. they get you in then you have to wait over 5-6hrs for they to get to your truck i send over 3 days there and they did not fix my truck. They try to charge me over 11hrs. worth of work and they did not fix anything on my truck. I refused to pay 11 hrs worth of work I know they did not work more than 3 hrs on my truck, we argued for about 1hr anthill they lover down the bill and hrs they work on I still end up paying $1300 for labor and there time. I have never ever seen a company like there’s here in La Vergne, TN I will never go back to this place again and will pass on the word how they are.

They did a filter cleaning on my truck that cost me 6700$ that’s old filter not new and after a month I still have same problems, also they will charge you for diagnostic much as they can

I read the comments before coming here and I hoped I’m I going to right place, but unfortunately I was absolutely displeased! Thank God, Nacarato Volvo has gotten much better than a year ago, I still would avoid the 3rd shift though; all they seem to do is walk back and forth doing nothing.Only 1 mechanic on the 3rd shift actually gets dirty, dont know his name but he wears black frame glasses, an undercover boss would have a field day on the 3rd shift....LOLI prefer the 2nd shift, all in all, much better than a year ago.

I was there to pick up a company truck that had been in the shop there(not my truck).a recovery operation.of course I had all my stuff and they was a bit rude because I brought my things into the sales lobby.i had told them I was a driver picking up a truck and I needed to get in out of the rain.the receptionist said bring it on in instead of pointing the way to the drivers lounge.boss man chewed me out a bit...my fault right?

3rd trip to the Franklin and la vergne locations. Follow up to my review of Nacarato la vergne, 2 months ago. After taking my truck to Nacarato Franklin Ky and the AC not being fixed, I took the truck to Nacarato Lavergne Tennessee. Although it cost me $1,500 more they did fix it and it has been working for 2 months now.Now, amazingly, another $2,000 for the same air conditioning leak problem. We are pushing $4,000 in repairs at this place. they are on the brink of bankrupting me but that will not happen. Buyer beware. PS and I bought the freaking warranty from them but amazingly nothing is ever covered under it.
