My family & I used this company for a couple homes when Tom was the owner. Unfortunately, he sold & the new owners dont know what their doing. My Mom purchased some Hunter Douglas blinds from the new owners. We have had two different blind professionals come look at the workmanship on these blinds & they were in shock. Said the blinds were hung uneven, very poor job, incorrect measurements. & the person that installed them didnt know what they were doing. Which we knew. My brother & I have placed several calls. The owner is impossible to get. They have done nothing to rectify the situation. Tom you were a pleasure to work with & did an outstanding job. Talk about a night & day experience with what we thought was the same company. Have the new ownership change the name if you can.
