Since Chris took over, this place has become probably the most customer-centric golf cart business in the Valley. We had purchased a used cart (aka lemon) from a local dealer that had some hidden issues not disclosed to us. Chris represents the manufacturer and had no financial stake in the transaction. But he fixed us up anyway to pay it forward and helped us turn lemons into lemonade. Next golf cart I buy will be from Chris and Caddyshack!

Kimberley was everything you would want if you were to describe someone helping you make a purchase. Informative, knowledgeable, open and engaging, personable, fair and honest. In short someone who was helping you in your decision and not trying to sell you something. The entire process coudn’t have been a more pleasant buying experience. I have been in sales all my life and it was very refreshing to be helped by someone who understood that with an honest, helpful approach and great products you can be a salesperson who if free to help a customer purchase what the customer wants. If I ever need another golf cart I would purchase it from Kimberley...and you should as well.

Okay, so Ive been hearing about this place from a few buddies of mine and thought Id go check it out. It was awesome. Granted, Im not in the market for a new golf cart at the moment, it was still worth JUST GOING. The showroom is done so tastefully. While their main niche is custom Ford and Shelby golf carts, they also have a HUGE art collection throughout the whole place. Im talking hundreds of pieces. I was talking to the owner, Tim, and he told me that he has been collecting art for years now and in case you were wondering, yes its all for sale :). So if youre interested in grabbing a Shelby or Ford golf cart, this is the place to come. If not, at least come to check out the awesome showroom. Definitely worth the trip.

Great service, great selection of golf carts, beautiful art

Cart went in for some work to be done. I was charged $85 an hour for three hours of electrical wiring, which I could not see where the work was actually done. Even had a friend who is a golf tech look it over and he could even fine or see where the work that was listed was done.Talk about being taken for a ride. Never again. Make them show you the work before paying.

Selection and quality of carts is amazing. Showroom is nicer than most luxury car dealerships. Make sure to ask for the Wet Sounds audio package.

These people dont have a care about customers time or money. The young lady was great just misinform. He Male coworkers lost them many sales opportunities. What happen to customers service and care???

Mike the mngr went out of his way to assist me with a chgr that wasnt working. They do not service them normally...but he was outstanding in helping to get it to work....recommend highly
