So far overpriced I dont know how they pay the rent. Their inventory is so outside the box they appeal to a very small portion of the market. Its the only consignment store in my life that didnt have one thing I would own.

Our two favorite consignment stores in the Palm Springs area are Mistys and ENCORE. Both handle high quality goods and turn their inventories quickly. ENCORE is less busy and sales help is a bit easier to attract. Prices are negotiable and store help will call the consignors with offers. Prices are great!

I met the folks at Encore and I was so excited to finally find a quality consignment store. I have high quality furniture and I could not wait to send them in on there very cool online system. Sent in my first three NO RESPONSE. So I called. The lady said my 2 rare Italian alabaster trophy lamps (worth about $700 each) were not something she would be interested in. I said what about the other two emailed items? She said she could not find them. She sounded disinterested. She said to resend. I did. NO RESPONSE AGAIN. I have really lost my enthusiasm for working with this company. Maybe she was having a bad day but I am disappointed.

I came in to try to find items to create a brides room for the new Our Lady of Soledad Church in Coachella. They had built a room but had no funds to furnish it. I stopped at Encore Consign & Design Studio and first went around alone and was not successful. I went to the desk and told Debra Alderson, one of their design consultants, my requirements. She jumped into action. What a gift Debra has! In no time, she picked out a loveseat, ottoman, vintage table and mirror and a chair that were more than perfect! When I brought them to the Church and set up the room, people were amazed how beautiful the room looked. And the prices, since they were consignment prices, made it truly affordable. Thank you, thank you Encore Consign and thank you Debra!

We live in St. Louis, we purchased a residence in PGA West. Starting shopping for furniture as we purchased the residence with no furniture. After visiting numerous furniture stores we came upon ENCORE.We purchased numerous items from them over a course of many months. We love the way our residence looks with the furnishing we have purchased.Great People, Great selection, It was just a GREAT fit! Thanks Encore!!

Whoever answers the phone (sounded like a lady) did the bare minimum in answering my questions and hung up on me before i could even say goodbye. if you don’t like answering phones you probably shouldn’t work the front desk.

First time in this establishment and found it an interesting experience. They have a large and varied selection of furniture that can easily match what you may have at home. Whether you are filling a gap or replacing a piece I believe you can find it here. If I needed to stage a home to sell I think th his could be a good bet.

Easy to deal with. Sold my furniture in short order for a good price with a reasonable split. Easy communication. Overall, a pleasure to deal with these folks.

Fantastic selection, great prices and excellent service. Most of their items look brand new and it is displayed nicely. The place is huge! We always visit several times when we are in town.

I wish we had found Encore before we made purchases from retail stores. In fact when we walked into Encore we initially thought it was a retail store because everything is done so nicely. Michael took care of us on our first visit and every subsequent visit. He is a charmer and we love all the things that we have purchased there. We are taking our friends there Thursday to introduce them to Encore and Michael. I know they will love it!

Very unprofessional. I stopped by and showed the Owner what I had to consign. I emailed photos of everything to Pat. I never heard back from her or anyone for a couple of weeks. I was in the area one day and walked in and spoke to Pat who did not apologize for my ignored emails. She viewed the photos of the items on my phone and asked me to send her a list of the items. I was then contacted by Pam the next day to see when they should expect the items. I was surprised as I did not get any pricing for any of the items but that was explained that Pat would price them once in the store. I asked to see a contract but was told the split was 45% to Encore and 55% to me. Pat then gave me a number to a moving company that they use. I waited a couple of hours for them to show up. I asked what the cost was going to be. $130.00 to move a dining room set and living room set 10 minutes away from the store. I paid for that (they were there for 15 minutes max). THEN I receive a call from Pat saying the items were covered in cat hair, cat urine and basically not in good condition. Why would I try to sell items that were covered in cat hair and urine?? She tried to get me to have the items delivered to Goodwill. Now, Im not sure if this is a way they try to get free furniture or what. I had the items returned back to me, we will sell them on our own.I am really irritated that the Owner would pull this crap on me. IF she did not want my stuff why not be upfront and tell me instead of the dog and pony show??

Clean and nicely organized, but pricing is way out of range compared to the many other furniture consignment stores in the valley. As an example, $45 for a wicker plant stand that one could probably get for $10 at a thrift store. I expect high prices for high quality furniture, and Encore definitely has a nice selection, but I think they need to reconsider their pricing if they want to be competitive. I’m furnishing a vacation home and need to make a lot of purchases. I knew within the first few minutes of browsing here that I would spend my money elsewhere. Too bad for them. I’ve since found all that I need at Misty’s and Consign Design.

Just ok.... We have purchased several pieces of furniture here.USUALLY.... they are willing to lower the price of an item if it has been in stock for a while.......... We made a good offer on a piece of furniture that had been there for over six months... THEY TOLD US IT WAS A NEW ITEM... 🤔🤔🤔🤔..... but would check on it... We stayed in their store for an hour +..... No one came back to us!!! We left.....💰💰💰💰gone!WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN.IF you are in the business to sell consignment furniture.... stay attentive to your buyer/client...

The owner (Pat) is simply a bad person. Very unprofessional. Probably the least courteous person I’ve ever had to deal with. Lots of negative reviews here...I tend to believe them after my experience with her.
