Don’t go to game stop they’ll rip you off. 0/100 would never go back.

Terrible experience, just called today 05/21/21 @ 3:22PM inquiring about a sale. The guy said to give him a second to “check” he put the phone down. Then I hear the phone being picked up and getting hanged up. I called back right after and kept calling an no answer. Horrible management.

The person who was working today around 1pm really went above and beyond! I didn’t catch their name, if I recall they had a Kirby T-Shirt on, black with Japanese text... Anyhow, I had a mishap with the Bowser’s Fury pre-order posters last month at another location, & didn’t get my posters. I showed him my GameStop preorder receipt, he went in the back, actually had one last set of posters, and hooked me up! Amazing customer service! I got another Switch game while I was there, just on the strength of that customer service experience. Thanks again!

I dont know why youd want to come here. The pre-owned games are overpriced, they give you nothing for trade-ins, and they have display boxes on the shelves for games they dont even have in stock. We also had to wait 5 minutes to check out even though we were second in line.Dont even fall for it when they have a sale like buy one get one free on games under a certain price. They raise the prices beforehand so you arent even saving money relative to their already inflated prices. For used games, just find a good eBay seller. For new, go literally anywhere else. You wont find what youre looking for here.The air conditioning is nice.

During these times its pretty tough for retail workers and the like. With that being said the associates here were great! Friendly and helpful as hell! For sure a returning customer

Fast and easy had what I needed.

Went in to exchange a x box remote that stopped working within a week luckily i bought a year long warranty, then covid happened so they werent taking any returns so once i knew things were reopened i try to exchange it and the balding guy at the front acts very rude like i caused covid and not knowing the exact date they started taking returns so he did NOT honor my year warranty. could of handled the situation better but chose not too. im sticking to amazon

A really good place but its just too small

I am not familiar with video games and had gone in for a gift for someone, the clerk went above and beyond to help me and explain the games and limited edition merchandise that would be special for avid gamer fans. I was grateful and impressed and the gift was a huge hit. 👏

Incredible staff, great service. They go the extra mile and even find games they may not be in stock at that particular store and either have them held or transferred over. Super impressive experience!

Employees are almost always pleasant, Ive only ever encountered one unpleasant person. Theyre always willing to find what youre looking for. Always knowledgeable. Good selection.

Had one employee be a bit misleading about the amount of points I had or would earn. Had one employee forget to put the disc into the case, but I caught that before I left. But both cases seemed innocent. The general atmosphere is great. Employees are helpful and good-natured, enthusiastic, and friendly. Buying used games is usually a good experience.

Bought a two controllers, and two headsets for my nephews Xbox and PlayStation you are the best also at a good price.

They knows how to run this store. Staff put alot of work into it recently and you can tell from the interactions Ive had with staff they truly enjoy working there. Very appreciated of every customer they have coming thru the doors.

Based on customer service alone this store should get 10 stars. They really go out of their way to be helpful and they really know their stuff. Yeah, I hear people complain about trade in values, but thats just based on simple supply and demand, and has nothing to do with how excellent this store is. Video games are expensive no matter where you buy them so why not but them from a store who really does care? My son had several questions, and they competently, patiently and kindly answered each one. Way to go, guys!

Worst place to shop. Take my advice if you wantwant he, nice and knowledgeable people steer clear of this store and drive else were. Mason is the most awful store employee I have ever come across. To bad I only have the option to choose 1star because Manson makes this store a horrible shopping experience.

Short visit for a trade. Computer had malfunctioned so I had to run the trade process twice. Other than that, got what I went in for and got out without being dissapointed.

A nice store but small. Not a huge selection if games. I still find that better used deals can be found online.

This is store was great. I went there for Black Friday and, despite an above average number of customers, there were still capable of providing exceptional service, informing us about the best deals and new releases and keeping the waiting times to low levels

I think this is a awsome place to go for games, headsets, consoles,etc type staff is very friendly the staff informs you of any new deals and games they respect everything you say and help you find what you are looking for

Bad store you really need a id to get games i went the with my cousins and 1 is idk 15 the other one was over 18 and they didnt bring the id and i got so mad and 1 time i got a teens game and still i need a id wow bad store
