Went in to activate a note 10 that was open to the game network sales person was female and was uneager to make a sale or gain an activation for the company it seemed. My mother and sister have been with them for years and they often have issues as well was fighting to activate with t mobile or cricket but guess I have to do it most certainly dont want to go where my services are not wanted. Sales person told me there was no such thing as month to month and I would be happier with t mobile. Very sad guess their not on commission like the old days you can see this.

The store was super clean and the guy Azreal was helpful and was very smart. The manager Paris was super friendly and very attentive. The music playing was relaxing and put me into a vibe. This store was very fulfilling and i left extremely satisfied.

Google says you are open until 8pm. Your own sign on the door says 8pm. I AM HERE AT 7:50PM AND YOU ARE CLOSED TIGHT AS A DRUM. I have wasted my time driving here. Unprofessional.

Adam Ex was the employee who assisted us. He has a great personality and was fun to work with. I recently upgraded 2 phones and he did so much in making it easy and finding a way around a few of those ridiculous fees that all mobile phone providers love to charge. I was with Verizon for years previously and never had this wonderful kind of customer service with them.Despite coming on a busy weekend, he acknowledged us quickly to assure us he would help us as soon as he could. After a brief wait he got right to work with us and we added one new phone and line and upgraded another in about half an hour. All the while making us laugh and helping us enjoy our time there. He even spent extra time explaining the features of my nephews phone to him and telling him additional info to help him enjoy his phone more. He definitely went above and beyond.So, ask for Adam Ex whenever you go back here!

Very poor experience. Employees were very rude. I was told my plan was ready but when I came to the store they did not have the product I ordered in stock. They also did not have the other item I was looking for in stock. I was then told I had to wait 15 days to come back into the store despite already running my credit. I left the store empty handed and frustrated.

Prepare to waste your whole day there it may not get resolved your issue even, don’t try to call because they don’t answer phones and if they do they will ask you right away to stay on hold for at least an hour and then hang up on you.

They were lien to me about issues with the system just to get me out of the store faster because they wanted to go home. They don’t listen to you what so ever while you are explaining things to them I will follow u pa corporate email with the names involved today.

What a great experience we had at the store!Christian was so helpful and courteous in helping usreset our password for the IPad, it took a while because we couldnt rememberwhich one it was, each time you have to wait for it to reset.Considering this was not a sale, he still was very professional, as seniors we are gratefulfor his patience.Next day, I called Salvador the manager to let him know how much we appreciated Christians help in solving our problem, he thanked me for letting him know and said he would take him out to lunch!We were happy to hear that!Thank you Christian and Salvador.

Only the absolute worst service Ive ever had with any company. I purchased my 2 iphone Xs at the store. I was told that the service would work anywhere in town and specifically in the cove where I live. WRONG. Zero bars...no service whatsoever...it was a total nightmare. I then returned my phones to the store and cancelled my service. Supposedly that was all done. I get a bill from AT&T in the mail stating the entire amount was due for the phones ($2,300+). Although AT&T was able to verify that I sent the phones back, it still took them 4 months to figure it all out and eventually credit me back. I hate this company and I hope they fail miserably in the fiery abyss of hell in which they deserve.

Good. Very nice staff. I have a compact TTY, using AT&T signal. I dont have enough signal to make calls. Six weeks with no phone service. . I have checked T-MOBILE and no signal for Relay. Verizon Good signal at store but not at my house.Did find out that Apple has cell phone with TTY capability. I would have to buy Apple phone. State has a CapTel phone thats Free but its a land phone. I need a Cell phone capability with relay service.I am in the road to much.Government need to make sure that signal good for Relay and get TTY contable for Cell phone.Can anyone help.Update. Still no signal for 711 relay service. FCC working to get a Signal for people who are e deaf.
