Visiting the desert for a couple months with my new Chevrolet Suburban. The team at La Quinta Chevrolet got me an oil change and took care of some safety recalls and did so quickly, efficiently and cheerfully. A great experience! Definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately never had the opportunity to buy a car here but I DID have the privilege of working in the service department for awhile, and I can honestly say its an awesome place. Everyone from the salesmen to the service advisors to the mechanics are really great and honest people. Gus was the greatest supervisor ever. The ownership of the place is amazing and very hands-on, and it didnt matter if you were a lowly lot porter like I was, they would always take the time to stop and chat with you and really make you feel valued. Really miss this place, but unfortunately I ended up moving halfway across the country.Im confident in saying that if they treat their customers half as well as they treat their employees, you wont be disappointed in giving them your business.

My routine vehicle maintenance went smoothly and quickly

Again they found my problem fixed it and had me gonein 2 1/2 hours. I deal only with Henry ever since I started going to LaQuinta Chevrolet 5 years ago. He is the best service rep I have ever dealt with.

In and out in one and a half hours and Scott was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with as always.

This was my second service from La Quinta Chevrolet. I have to drive forty-five minutes (in traffic) to get my free service from them. I get treated as if I were spending lots of cash!! Everyone is friendly and super nice!!! I will keep going to them for my service even after my freebies are done!!!!

Everything went smoothly and well. The scheduling was fantastic, communication was excellent, and service was fast and friendly.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and professional. The only complaint I have was the mud inside my car and on the tires and some on the car. My vehicle had just been detailed 2 days prior and to see all that mud on the bottom door panel and carpet, well I want to happy about that.

Justin was fabulous but you definitely need a new phone person !it’s your calling card and that gentleman fails big time ! My grandfather started our Chevrolet dealership in New York just over 100 years ago, curry chevrolet, which is still family owned with other dealerships of course so I know something about the business ! You have to respect your calling card which is your operator so I suggest you do something about his ineffiency’ it makes you look and sound bad! Had I not used you for the last 10 years I would have hung up and gone anyplace else!

I have tried 2 times. Once by email, and once by phone call. This has been a nightmare trying to get this man to honor the certified cadillac inspections. A wiring harness in the bumper was ruined long before I bought this car. I dont think the inspections were done, as the lights on the right side were not working and a sensor that detects surroundings at the front of the vehicle also was not working.Dan Gomez the service manager will not make good on this problem. He also has not responded to my email or phone call. I have given him 3 weeks.I am very upset by how the service department treats their customers, and how they shurk their responsibility to make things right.**The owner of la quinta Chevrolet and cadillac have reached out to my review. Im not sure he is aware that I bought the car from his facility!I took it to a cadillac dealer here in San Diego since this is where I live. This is where the problem was found. I hope we can resolve this soon. I would like all my lights to work

Fast check in. Shuttle was available pretty quickly and vehicle was finished timely. Henry offered a car wash even though it was obviously clean. I declined but at least he ask and that is always a good thing.

Your team, Carlos and Christian treated us real well and we enjoyed working with them. When I first called around looking for certain car with a certain color they were the only ones that responded with photos and details. We have bought several vehicles locally in the Imperial Valley and found it worth our while to travel to your dealership. You can be proud of both Carlos and Christian and the gentleman in finance whos name I cant remember.

Asked Ilene to confirm the price and financing options, which she did. Although the dealership closed at 7PM and we werent planning to make the purchase until the following day, we were in an out in practically no time at all. In fact the test drive took longer than the paperwork. Thats a first for me and outstanding service.

Fast attentive service! In and out in less than an hour and a half. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Bought a used truck with 48,000 miles on it tried to buy and extended warranty to cover the transmission and motor up to 100,000 miles but the best warranty they could offer was 5 years 87,000 after buying that best one they would offer the trucks the transmission went out at 88,300 miles I still owe 24000 and have to replace the transmission now and they did nothing to help never buy from this dealership again

Went here because I seen a Buick Lacrosse that was certified. When I got there me and wife were greeted by Miguel Flores. We went on test drive after we returned to do paperwork. Miguel was informed that the car was already sold. So we decided to test drive an Impala. But did not like it.We thanked Miguel for his time and left. About a week later I would see the car for sale at the dealer using gm certified pre-owned website. I called Miguel to setup an appointment to buy the car. He informed me that he was going to be off the next day. But one of his co-workers would help me and wife out. Wife and me drove out there Sergio was helping us out this time. Wife did credit application Sergio said best apr was 4.99 for 60 months. I informed him that was higher then what we wanted. He informed me what apr was I looking to get I told him 3 percent.He informed me that not even on new cars he would do that. Bs gm has at the time 0.9 apr on new cars. I told Sergio that for about 40 dollars. More of payment I can get a new Toyota Camry 2020 with 0 apr for 60 months. Me and wife walked out. Also wifes credit score is 826.Two days later we walked to our local Toyota dealer an got a new Camry. Thanks to Sergio.But Miguel is top notch and a great guy. Would recommend him.I guess they would rather send the car to the action block.

I had a appointment for Tuesday 11/10/20 for 10:30am. I arrived at the dealership at 10:12 am and was greeted by a gentleman and asked if I had a appointment. I told him I did and provided my name for verification he then asked if the keys were in the vehicle and I told him yes. I asked where the restroom was and he told me where it was. He then asked if I would be waiting for the vehicle i said yes. He told me I could wait inside. At 10:30 I noticed my vehicle wasnt in yet and I assumed they were probably running behind. At 10:45 the same gentleman came into the service waiting area and told me I need to have the service writer write up my service. News to me as he never said that when I got there. I went to the service writer and had him write it up. He then asked if I would like a car wash and I said yes. He told me my vehicle would be ready about 1hr 15 minutes. So I figured it would be ready about 12. At 12:15 still nothing so I walked outside and noticed they were still working on the vehicle as the hood was up. I went back in to the waiting room until 12:30 and still wasnt done so I went outside again and noticed someone was washing the vehicle. At about 12:45 I was notified that my vehicle was ready and just sign here. I was then told that my vehicle was parked outside the waiting area. I got on my vehicle and went to the store and when I got out the roof of my truck was still dirty and not washed or even touched. How do you wash a vehicle without washing the entire vehicle.If you note from the time of arrival to the time of departure it was 2 1/2 hours. Not one person said anything to me.as to sorry about the delay or sorry about any confusion. NOTHINGIm from a different state and thought I would use them for service because of the reviews. Boy was I wrong. Ive been a Chevrolet owner for over 30 years and have never been treated like this anywhere.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Was told our appointment the change 1 tire would take about 1 - 1 1/2 hour… 3 hours later!!!!! After asking how much longer was told 15 min. 30 minutes later I walk around the corner and 5 guys are hanging a tv while myself and another customer were waiting to be helped. This place is an absolute joke!!! Worst customer service ever!!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
