This market is starting to become trashy. The grocers were blocking the aisle while stocking and gossiping loudly about coworkers and how unreasonable their schedule was. The corn was all rotten. There’s only two people at the meat Dept. serving so many during weekdays. Even on weekends there’s max 3. On top of that they’re prejudice against people who don’t speak Spanish up front. I witnessed several people given attitude for asking in English. There’s especially this one older traditional lady who asks 10k questions about you when you buy meat. So sad… this use to be a nice market.

Sundays its the wrong day to go lots of people and half of the cash registers open not good, plus they need more help in the meat department.

This super market always has the best and lowest prices on fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, meats, and fresh bread. The store is large, the have a bakery with delicious pastries and some stores have delicious cooked food too. Sometimes the lines can be long but they move fast and they always have bilingual spanish speaking cashiers. Staff is always friendly to me.

I prefer my Super on mountain by the 10 Fwy in Ontario., very clean always lots of stock, this store in La Puente was kind of crowded with food everywhere, it is smaller,I didnt feel safe outside and it was early, definitely never at nite.

The prices are the hook of this place, however the variety of the stock would beg for more.The quality of the product is fresh so thats why I keep coming back. I guess Ill have to buy seaweed from someplace else.

I had to go elsewhere for all my needs. They didnt have most of what i needed from vegetables to small can of sliced black olives. Also incorrectly marked prices tortillas to be specific.

First store of this red of Supermarkets that I enter and if it is VERY CLEAN, ORDERLY AND GOOD SERVICE that they offer. Fruits and vegetables in good condition as well as meat.

Nice place, friendly associates and better to shop when they have specials, otherwise a little bit pricey.

Personally, I dont like this place. From the tomatoes I chose to how dirty this place is. Where is management? Are they aware of how dirty the outside is? Where the carts are located. As if no one cares about how a place looks. The ONLY reason Ive come, because my mother in law suggests to. Otherwise, I dont consider.

It was clean, bright and had some good items on sale. However they did not carry the Mexican green onions.

Dont like sale when its only 1or 2 days only. Makes it hard for people to stay 6 apart. They just want you to come in every day so they can make a quick buck. They dont care if you get sick or not. If they did sale would be all week & not 1 or 2 days only!

They have alot of good stuff like a deli. But buyer beware. Was overcharged on every item. The prices in the isle are lower than when you pay at register.1. Wheat bread 1.79 charged 2.292. Hot links charged good3. Ducal beans 2.99 charged 3.694. Juanita menudo 3.99 charged 4.49.Its not about the 1.5-1.60 they stole from me. Its about the principal.Very deceitful thieves. A little over 10% stolen from customers everyday. 🤑🤑

They had a good selection of greens. They had a but of lines but I did go around 4 so it was busy. They had really good sales.

I have shopped there a few times, (5) & each time had to wait in line, only 3 of 12 cash registers open, last week One particular time there were 16 customers waiting in line and only 2 cashiers working. Worst customer service of all grocery stores in the area.

This is my local grocery store. Me and my family shop here at least 4-5 times a week. The worse day to go if youre in a hurry is Wednesday because thats the day the veggies are on sale. Sometimes there are long lines, but the prices are unbeatable. Cashiers are so friendly! Manager-please think about giving something back to the children in our community around Christmas time. We are all loyal patrons! El Super Cuesta menos! 🤣

This supermarket has a variety of Mexican type foods and snacks. They make their own tortillas at the location and their prices are competitive.

The store is nice, but please do something about the shady people in the parking lot.

A great ace to shop wide variety of goods

I went to El Super on Hacienda blvd. and the cashier as well as the manager, were really helpful as well as nice while helping me. Completely different atmosphere compared to the smaller one in Highland Park on York blvd. You would think the smaller one would have more patience with the customers than a larger store?

Staff always helpful and I find new products each visit along with my tried and true favorites.

Went to get some pork rinds, compared to other Hispanic markets, the quality was very poor, over fried, the meat on it was brittle, tasteless! The person helping me was friendly, still, I wouldnt go back there again!

Love this market, has everything I need however the lines are just too much. They typically have 1-2 registers open during the day and maybe 2-3 on the weekends, max Ive seen is maybe 4 registers on a really busy Saturday or Sunday morning but I try to go during the weekdays to avoid all that. Way too much of a wait but either than that I have no complaints. Prices are fantastic and their meat department is a bit of a wait too, but worth it. Freshest meats, fruits, and vegetables, I dont ever find anything rotten and the store overall is kept pretty clean and is quite organized, very easy to find everything I need. I dont go anywhere else for my groceries because competitors just cant beat the prices. If they fix the line problems however Ill be happy to give them 5 stars!

Nice place to shop for groceries and fast food. The prices are very reasonable. And the store is clean and well-kept.

I am pleasantly surprised by this store staff. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The exterior was pretry clean but they need to replace the very old and difficult to push shopping carts. There disgusting to be honest. Plenty of checkout cashiers available. Last but not least. I was struggling at checkout a bit and the cashier displayed patience and politness. I only gave three stars because the aisle are narrow, overcrowded with display signs etc... And the meat section was empty and lacks appeal.

The specials for the meat are unbelievable and the quality is good the deli meats super they carry it all for the best sub you can make

Lines are always long, not enough cashiers open to cover the amount of people that shop there. Meat department is good, the mexican sweet bread is awesome and who can beat the price. Reasonable pricing on everything else.

This market has a good service deli. You can eat there or take it to go. They have real authentic mexican food. Its all served hot. This is a very clean store. It doesnt smell. Well stocked. Very organized. Great prices. Fresh produce. They need more cashiers to be open. They seem to only have one cashier that does 10 items or less. The lines are long.

It gets super busy on Wednesdays and occasionally on Sundays. Good place to buy produce from on Wednesdays when they have sales for it. Be sure to get there early to catch the deals on Wednesday though.

Really great service at the bulk deli department. The girls are nice with a great greeting. One of the girls name Maria is the fastest one with a good attitude.

Although the market has great prices on every day groceries. The store itself feels a little unsanitary. Some of the employees were rude, but overall I would go again.

The staff is very rude . Especially Laura. She is very disrespectful and when we called to tell them about our experience they just hung up on us .

Although the name is in Spanish. It is an international store. Items are more affordable then regular stores, and produce is fresher. At least here you know where the products came from.

Not my first choice for grocery shopping. Usually long check out, limited options. I like their tortilla chips, good price on monster energy drink. The five stars is for the Menudo. One of the best in the area, no hominy, tripes are clean n tasty, broth is flavorful, reasonably priced

The service is very poor. I waited 20 minutes to be able to get service. The employee took 5 minutes to serve one costume while the other employees was taking care of arranging the hams and the cheese disregarding the costumers.

Has a good produce section but lacks everything else! Just very small super market. And its always a long wait to pay.

This place is amazing they have everything I need an they are kind.

Bad experiences.. managers are rude, unprofessional and impolite.. i purchased 50 packs of tortillas and had them in a cardboard box. A lady manager made take out all of the tortillas from the box and toll me that the box was store property and that i couldnt take the box with me very unprofessional..

This market shop is so awesome and you can not stop keep coming back all the time, the manager and employees staff is so friendly and alway helpfulness, the price you looking for is great, the bakery section have so much variety to choose from the cake, fruit and the vegetables section so much choice. For my favorite part is the cake section and my choice is alway chocolate and mocha with kiwis, peaches and strawberries. The cakes is so good and not very sweet in it, I mean this market shop so great and not far drive to my area, I would highly recommend it to all the shopper. Is alway very clean and space wide range from each section, I giving the thumb up *5* stars plus!!!

The look similar to superior stores. I would shop superior stores instead, because the are much more cleaner.. El supers are much more expensive too.

If you love mexican food or love to cook mexican dishes, this is the place to buy. They have a great selection of produce, meats and products. The price is reasonable. They even have cooked food if you are too hungry to cook.

I hate this store bad customer servive the manager their if u have a complain all he says is uh hu. The cashier took my stuff out of the bag and couldnt even put them back in the bag like ok u took them oit bit y couldnt put it back.
