I tried the salted caramel nitro cold brew with caramel drizzle and 3shots and boy was I happy with how it turned out. Fast service, clean environment and friendly!

My mobile order is ALWAYS on time, food/drink are always correct, and they all say hello when you walk in the door. One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! This is my go-to location when I’m at work and recommend it to my patients all the time!

The architecture the food the merch and the coffee oh god yes the coffee,I gave the barista over the loudspeaker the secret menu item I guess they miss heard me and I got the wrong drink but thats nothing to complain about especially since it was actually good,even when a mistake is made they still turn out great

Fast and friendly drive through. But they didn’t have any lemonades or anything but coffee. The new cheese thing is really good it’s sweet and cheesy at the same time. I always have trouble ordering in this coffee shop because they have to many different types of coffee it’s really hard to understand and read what every coffee has. And all the coffees I drink here are sour, not sweet and I bereft drink them not really tasty

Ordered through the app and used the drive through so service was quick and easy. Just pulled up told them I used the app and drive to the window to pick it up since I already payed for it.

Of all the Starbucks that Ive been to, this is the best one. I visited in a Sunday morning and its a little busy but, there is still a lot of energy and team effort! I can see that theyre all hard workers!!

This specific Starbucks makes the refresher drinks like the Strawberry Acai way too watery. At first I thought it was a problem with a morning employee, but they make them the same way morning, afternoon, and night.This is my closest Starbucks, but I will avoid it from now on, because I dont enjoy feeling ripped off.

The Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher is a great thirst quencher! Love my white mocha in frappuccino or hot. The double smoked bacon and cheddar breakfast sandwich is my go to.

Make sure to make it clear when asking for a double shot espresso on ice. Im sure I tried to make it clear to the youngsters what I really wanted but the literally gave a large cup with ice and espresso on the bottom. 😐

I like coming to this location because the Starbucks up the block is always so busy. Here they’re also always super friendly. I’m always adding stuff at the window too because I forget everything, lol. Without hesitation they grab the stuff and with such speed I might add. Sorry guys. I’ll be back soon for my four shots of espresso over ice and my lemon cake.

The facility you own in La Puente is outstanding because of the quality. One employee you have has always been attentive her name is Sammy quite an example on what a good employee should be..

Great service fast and freindly

Went to this location and another in an attempt to get my husband a coffee for work while I was on my way home from a night shift. Stopped at 2 locations including this one well after 0430 and of course they’re NEVER open on time. Got to see the employee late as hell walking up casually. Must be nice.

Who doesnt love their drinks? But my gosh lets teach the employees to be polite. Thats it just be polite.

This place needs cones so a-holes dont cut in front of you. Service is great, drinks are delicious. Always used the wifi and seating area to complete midterms/finals (before covid-19). Baristas go out of their way to help you, or answer questions. Never encountered a rude employee here. Minus 1 star for the drive thru, employees cant do anything about line cutters.

The cashier was very helpful and friendly. They finally had a coffee brewing item that Ive been looking out for for a year.

My mom and I waited for idk how long to order, while there were 3 people making drinks and one taking an orders through drive through. I understand it gets busy but not that many are needed to make drinks. My mom regularly buys and has never waited this long or had such bad service.

This Starbucks always has issues. The drinks are made a little “different” or the wait time is just too long..why though 🤦‍♀️

Me and my husband love this Starbucks we will drive the extra mile because they always get our drinks right the workers are friendly and nice. In the past i remember the barista going out of his way helping us order our drinks to our liking.

Fast and accurate service. Friendly staff. And a generous loyalty program. Crowded, lots of noise, not intimate; this was expected and has no impact on when/whether I go back.

This Starbucks location is very clean and well laid out. They have never messed up my wife’s or my order. She sometimes orders complicated drinks too. We always go to this Starbucks location over the one near the West Covina mall.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks but personnel has changed. Instead of the attitude of making the customer happy it now feels that they think we should be happy they are there. Bacon, egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich on ciabatta bread. Delicious doesnt describe this sandwich properly. The staff at this particular Starbucks was very prompt, attentive, and friendly, compared to other locations. Add a large chocolate and caramel frappe, and youre in business... Breakfast Business!!! Pop in, try the sandwich, and dont forget to leave a tip for the kids operating this Starbucks, they kinda deserve it😉

Love Starbucks my 14 yr old is more a fan then I am. Im just the one that pays. Soon enough we will be trading positions. She will treat me right one can only hope, no pressure of course.

My moms boyfriend was waiting for them to talk n since we saw a poster we thought they were closed n since it was 10 pm we couldnt see anything so we passed the speaker n didn’t wanna reverse so when we got to the window she said “I was talking to you thru the speaker” n he said “oh sorry I couldn’t hear you n with the biggest attitude she said “well I was so” .

Everything was done perfect but it took a little longer than normal because it was happy hour.

This Starbucks looked fairly new, had comfortable outside seating and the staff was friendly. Ill definitely be back

The Service at the Drive Through just to be fast but lately its been slow, I pulled up to the window and my stuff was ready when I pulled up but sat there for 7 min and to top it off one part of my order was wrong. If you want to get to work on time I would find another Starbucks near buy and go there cause this location is getting slow not to mention also that there were 5 people working 4 were actually doing something and 1 just walking around acting like she was doing something. She could have helped the guy at the window pump all the orders that were sitting there out but nope she was just acting like she was doing something. What a shame I liked coming to this location.

UPDATE: CUT MY RATE ON this place..Everytime I use my Starbucks App to order ahead. They are NEVER N I MEAN NEVER have my drink ready.. Im always late for work too..Not just in the morning, but whenever Im out n about in the afternoon still not ready..Its like the Driver thru is more important than us people who order ahead..I would even order like 10 minutes before getting there n have to wait like 3 or 5 minutes when I get there.. I have seen many others go through what Im going through too..This needs to be fixed..I come here alot before heading to work. Usually using my App to order ahead,but this morning I didnt have money in my card😫 so I had to wait in a very long line to order. I mean long too LOL. It was a special today buy a holiday flavor drink get a reusable cup free..Anyways, the cashier JEZ was very friendly.. she looked almost like a pinup girl. I was watching her before she took my order she was friendly n in a friendly way flirty, n I was giggling too. She was answering questions etc..When she took my order she was friendly n answered my question in a fun friendly way.. love workers like that give the girl a raise or a reward..Thank you JEZ for the morning giggle n smile . I was tired LOL..

To whom it may concern, I would like to place a formal complaint for store #23260. I am unsatisfied with the service I received tonight. They messed up my order twice. They have done this before and I feel that they need to pay closed attention to detail and customer service in a timely matter. Tonight Doreen, the store manager was not very helpful and she lacked customer service skills.

Horrible service drive thru, they are not the quickest at all. Just received wrong drink, kept trying to get Olis attention with their window open Excuse me at least 5x. So I softly whistled so she could hear us over the window fan they have, since she was not attentive to window. She looked at us pist, stated you dont need to whistle at me! You can say excuse me!!! Yes we tried to be polite and not hold up more traffic for them till she figured out were still waiting. Guess we could have just asked for our money back since incorrect and attitude. Guess Olis having a BAD day and we struck her nerve. Will drive else where to avoid errors and attitude.

Ive never had bad customer service, in Starbucks especially this place.. till today.. the Young lady in the drive thru was really rude.. giving us attitude when we told her she got the wrong order.. not only that she said it was a mistake and was rude about having to do the correct order.. you guys need better service.. never going to that Starbucks again.. smh

I went in on Monday asked for a pinapple black tea, except they didnt have pineapple so the cashier offered a strawberry green tea..so i agreed.When I was called up for my drink by the beautiful barista she asked how it tasted but i said it was alright.She offered to make me another tea and she gave me to try the very berry 1 and it was exceptionally tasteful!It was made w/ love and I was really amazed!
