One Of My FAVORITE locations....great Jordan Selection

Bad experience today with tge female young cashier, she didnt add my points into my WSS Card. She assumed the gentleman in front of me was with me, and she proceed to award him with my points. Bad communications customer service 😑😒Dissapointed. She was blond colored long hair, spoke Spanish.

Great place place to shop at, got two pairs of shoes under $125 which is not bad at all, went to several different shoe stores but didn’t have the shoes I was looking for or they were overpriced, this was my last resort after a frustrating day, customer service was great literally only spent 10 mins and walked out happy.

Hmm first time in this store. I liked the kind of shoes they have but they need more toddler shoes for boys. Also I noticed that they smile for a second then have a serious face. I asked for help and they did but everytime I said thankyou or sorry they basicually ignored. I know retail sucks sometimes but dont give attitude to those who did nothing to you.

Such a nice store horrible employees. Came in to purchase shoes for my children and I had an employee follow us through out our time there as if we were going to steal the shoes I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but this experience was not good. We ended up leaving because I was so bother with how the employees were.

Could not find my little girl a shoe for her in her size. They did not have many selections for girls. Went to take her to use the restroom, and there was poop on the seat, no TB and it was dirty. Not shopping here ever again.

Bought a pair of Nike Monarch used hem one day, and one side hurt. Took the shoes back they would not return them. Bad service had been buying those Nike Monarchs for years with no problem
