I did not go to Jack in the Box. I did not have enough gas to drive home. Fastrip is least expensive gasoline in Moreno Valley. Friendly service but glare protectors are needed on their pump screens. You can barely read them if sun is shining on them. This is the Fastrip.on Cactus close to the 60

Went last night, the guy behind the counter put my money in the wrong pump and didnt want to do a refund.By the time I went outside somebody else pump my gas. Lost $35 and the guy tried blaming me. Worst customer service Ive seen.

**FRAUD ALERT*** This is the 2nd time this gas station has done this to me. I went inside to pay with the clerk using my debit/ credit card. I just noticed today an unauthorized transaction for 125$ at a Shell gas station in Santa Clarita. Be careful with this gas station. Use cash only or do not use them at all. The only convenience is that their gas is cheap and they are so close to my home but they are stealing people’s hard earned money! 😡

Outside of the has station is a Sign that reads hot dog and 40 oz drink $3. The chashier doesnt know which cup is the 40 oz cup and say their is no such deal. I pointed to the signs inside the shop and he said I dont know. Good training guys.

I live really close by this station so it WAS my preferred station. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this station any longer. After using this station my card numbers have been stolen and have been used without authorization! Twice this has happened! Both times after getting gas at this place and no purchases before or after use (except of course for the fraud). If you are to use this gas station pay with cash or dont use. So once again, I have to get a new card.

I am not over exaggerating, went there late at night. The clerk with the glasses mumbled my price, as if he was on drugs. So I didnt even bother at all to ask him to repeat it because he gives off the presence of already being a dirt bag from past experiences. Then after that I tell him how I want to pay and grabs my money and doesnt accept any change other than a quarter, then the fool responds in a way i hope isnt how the gas station allows him to respond to a paying customer. His tone and attitude will keep people hating fastrip.

The lines are usually backed up but this place is close to my house so Ive continued to come regardless. After today however I will never give this place my business again. The manager was training a new cashier at the register when I arrived and attended to me since I came up to pay for gas. He was disgustingly rude to the point were I had to say something, he only got worse so to cut him off from his antics I just said thank you and turned my attention to the cashier whom I later asked for a # to call in a complaint. Since he didnt know of one I went to ask the manager. He told me he was the owner, the employee said otherwise but who knows. I told him he needed to treat customers politely and with respect and that thats all I wanted to tell him. Instead of responding like an adult he continued to act the way he did at the register and then kept asking how it was that he was rude. I tried to respond but he kept interrupting me with the same antic, maybe because more customers came in and he wanted to make ME seem like the rude one because they hadnt heard him at the register. It was frustrating and disturbing to try and talk to a grown man who was responding as a child would. Who forgets their purposefully rude behavior in the span of a minute? I told him multiple times that I didnt come nor had the time to have a petty disagreement with someone who should know better. I walked away because he just wanted to argue and he yelled after me You know I have the right to refuse your business right!? all in front of a long line of customers, no need for the comment because they just lost my business and Ill tell anyone who asks about the disgusting attitude I was given. For reference, the manager/owner was short, maybe 53, had a shaved head and beard stubble, was of dark complexion, has a bit of a gut and is a big jerk.

FRAUD! Used a debit card I almost never used here to pump gas and information was stolen less than a week later and purchases started showing up in Pasadena and Rancho Cucamonga. Also used another card from a different bank here and same thing. Fraudulent purchases showing up in Chino today! I used to work for Chase bank and based on my experience Im 100% sure this gas station is the problem. Could be hacked or dishonest owners.

I will never go back to this store again. The Asian clerk, that knows me, accused me and my son of stealing, basically by asking me several times, are you sure this is all you want to purchase, after realizing that he was insinuating that I had more items that I had placed on the counter to pay for, I went off, and asked him, did you see one of us take anything FM this store now or ever he apologized, but that meant nothing to me, as far as my money is concerned. I forgive him but, not the store or people for me!!
