Best Mechanic solved my problem quick and very fair price highly recommend.
Installed a Viper alarm system and had to remove it because it was draining my batery. So far no more problems. Prompt diagnosis, professional, and reasonable price.
Isaac & Jose run this Pop/Son shop, professionally, in a courteous manner, well knowledged, with excellent service... just as Ive always heard. Theyve had an awesome rep for many yrs, & apparently still do.😁 Ive been referred here by: Dealership employees; auto store emps; friends & fam. After all these yrs of driving by this place off Valley Blvd, it was finally my turn to bring in my vehicle, OUCH!😖 I never had to come here until recently. Something was draining my JEEP battery frequently, over a 3 yr span. Couldnt find anyone to fix the issue. Gone to a couple dealerships; bought at least 6 batteries from various places; asked several auto shop emps for advice; to no avail. FINALLY, I caved in, & dropped off my JEEP. I was skeptical, thinking it would be extremely expensive, but WTH, no choice. Within hrs, the pros told me it had to do with a bad module relating to my VIPER alarm system. WOW! All this time I thought it was my after market stereo system, draining the battery. PROBLEM SOLVED! YAY!!!👍 Secondly, my JEEP needed a new psgr side mirror, as mine had a crack in the plastic molding. Was charged a fair & reasonable price for all parts & labor. Appreciated the paid Diagnostic test fee, went towards the total cost. This may be a Hole in the Wall shop, but it may be why customers get a great deal on repairs... not paying too much for overhead. Will definitely be back, if ever my vehicles need this type of service again. Highly recommend this place. Thanks guys, for all your hard work, for keeping on your masks, like we have to, & keeping this a safe, clean as possible, environment, during the pandemic!😷⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
These mechanics came recommended & I have to say, they are old school. They know what theyre doing (family business) theyre humble, hard workers & get the job done😊
They are honest and friendly. The location is hidden.
The place is kinda hidden, had a little bit of a hard time finding the place. When i did find it everything after that went great. Service was good. I went here to get my condenser replaced, i had the condensor so i just needed someone to put it on. It cost $260 tax and everything. Other places were charging $300+ and on top of that they would need the car for a day. This place 3 hours done. So i save money and didnt have to leave my car. I recommend this place.
Needed The AC fixed on my Sisters Malibu. Previous estimate from a different shop was about $1200, He fixed for only $975. New compressor, accumulator/drier, A/C seals, orifice tube, A/C oil and R134 freon. Works great. Also a One year parts and labor warranty. Will come back again.
Honest, knowledgeable, and Fair! It’s hard nowadays to find an honest mechanic Jose has always been fair and upfront, I will take my vehicles nowhere else!
Man what can I say. Jose helped me out on my ram. Air bag light was going crazy, diagnosed it fast and saved me some money! Great honest man very humble! Definitely recommend this shop! I would give it a 10 star if it was possible!
I was very impressed from the first time that I spoke to Isaac on the phone. Then the same day I went to store and I knew and felt it that this gentleman and his son Jose are so TRUSTWORTHY and very knowledgeable and informative and very nice and PLEASANT!!!!! For me honesty of a repair shop comes first and these two gentleman are HONEST!!! THANQ.
Fixed my electrical issues. Reasonable prices.
These guys are amazing!! Jose Got my car back in shape and was super cool! Appreciate them so much!! You will not be sorry folks

Im going to share this review on YELP as well, because when I/we experience great customer service, Im of the opinion, that the world, needs to know about it!So, I was experiencing a very hard to diagnose electrical issue with my GMC Yukon. At intermittent times we would hear, well, the sound of an electrical whir...maybe a short...where youd actually hear AND feel that unnerving buzz...and simultaneously, the Instrument Panel would flash a reboot (like it does, when you first turn on the ignition & it goes through the self-diagnostics). If driving at night, the lights would cut out, and back on. Its as if...at speed (60+ mph on the Freeways, or, 35mph on the streets, etc.)...the car was turning itself off, and back on...for a split second. VERY SCARY feeling no joke!So...we brought the Yukon, to Alex, our normal mechanic (whos very good, BTW!)...they tested everything, the charging system, the alternator, the battery, checked the wiring...etc...couldnt find anything wrong, nor could they duplicate the behavior. Alex, suggested we call Jose @ Valley Auto Electric...said they were highly recommended.OK, so within minutes, I called Jose, who was *very* patient with me over the phone, while I described in full detail (more than Ive typed here), exactly what was going on with the Yukon, and we booked an appointment for the next morning. We met with Jose, a very nice man, he looked at a few things, told me, it might be a day or two, that there was a $140 Diagnostic Fee that theyd apply to any work to be done, I agreed, and left the Yukon in his hands. He called me that afternoon, just to give a status report...said he needed at least another day...and I agreed. The next day, in the afternoon, we spoke again, said he was trying this and that, he needed to further the scope of the troubleshooting, I still, of course, agreed, and that hed continue to follow-up.By the 3rd day, I could tell, that Jose and his crew were a bit baffled...and I understood...as that is, typically, what you encounter, with an intermittent electrical problem in an automobile (yes, Ive been there, done that, in the past). Jose told me, I could pickup the Yukon, as they could, as of yet, determine any particular diagnosis and plan of correction. He *did* mention, that my battery, had been leaking acid, and strongly recommended, that I replace it. Id purchased that battery from PepBoys 2+years prior, and knew it was under warranty replacement (good thing). And so I did.Now...what Jose didnt know...is that Id needed to replace my doggone Windshield Washer Reservoir Tank in the Yukon for quite some time, as it simply leaked out, any time you tried to fill it. The bad news, is that the way GM engineered this, you have to take out the battery, and the plate underneath the battery, and crawl under the car to remove the electronic sensor & pump motors, and some *#)($_)@$!! bolts and screws in bad places...just to remove the reservoir...so it can be replaced/repaired...which I figured Id just do at the same time...since I had to replace to doggone battery anyway. Jose could never have known this, unless he removed all this crappola...and may not have even thought about it initially...but were of the opinion...that the battery acid, drip by little itty bitty drip...had dripped, onto the connection points, of the reservoirs electrical contacts, for the Washer Fluid sensor. GO FIGURE!!!So...were a good week+ now since we replaced the battery and the reservoir tank, weve driven it over 200+ miles, and NO problems thus far! Jose had felt so bad about NOT finding anything wrong, that he NEVER CHARGED ME for the $140 fee!! AND, he told me, that IF the problem persisted, to document it, and bring it right back in. Of course, being intermittent, that would be somewhat difficult, but thats a whole other discussion. The point is, that (a) he pointed us in the right direction, (b) he wouldnt accept any monies, & (c) he was honest and direct. *FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE*, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks!
Good
I needed my cars headlight dimmer/turn signal switch replaced, they were quick about it, reasonably priced and even fixed for freea bad connector to the dinner switch unit.
I have been bringing my cars here for decades when the problem is electrical. Just last week they repaired the air conditioning unit in my BMW. Was there for four hours, it works great, and just in time to beat this heat.
Worst experience, Nightmare. If you go once you will have to go back to finish the job. If you love your dont bring it here. If you hate your car this is the spot .
Best mechanic place Ive ever been.
They do a good job I recommend it 👍
