I recently damaged a brand new tire on my Ford Edge. Because the other tires on my Edge were specially ordered, I needed to special order a tire to replace the damaged one. Service department representatives Jason & Michelle provided me excellent service and worked together to order the tire and identify a time to have it installed.

Dear Ford I service my truck f150 at this location for about 7 years in fact i purchase my f150 here and I have never had any problems with the customer service until recent. I service my f150 on June 16 2021 and the customer service was very lousy Hector tuk my truck and did not give me a recipt I ask him to please wash it he said yes he said he will call me as soon is it done well he never call me and he did not wash my truck this is the secon time this happened the other time was December 2020 and i understand on December we ware in the pademica but las time is not right I call to talk to the manager Mr Al Valenzuela and the operator never found him. Im always skeptical of dealership service departments. Always think theyre going to try to pull a fast one on me or upsell me a bunch of stuff that I dont need. But they did exactly what I wanted, a basic oil change they checked my tire pressure and didnt try to squeeze me for any extra cash. I will come back again.
I was referred to this dealership by a business cohort to whom I am very thankful. My experience at Ed Butts Ford was in a word perfect! I bought a 2020 Ford F-250. I had already been in communication with them before hand so they were aware of my needs. When I showed up they had the truck all ready for me. I was able to trade in my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Everyone I dealt with was was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Tom Iannone worked with me to arrive at a truck payment that I was comfortable with at a better interest rate than I had been paying on my previous automobile. Nobody tried to pressure sell me on anything, answered all of my questions satisfactorily and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I live nowhere near this dealership but would absolutely go out of my way to do business with them again in the future.
I walked in and was greeted by the whole team, this ain’t one of those big dealerships where you have a million sales men rushing at you. They gave me water, made me feel very comfortable and I had the awesome pleasure of dealing with Tom the man himself and I was able to walk out of the dealer ship in less than 2 hours with a brand new truck. Tom offers the best prices the best customer service and in my opinion the whole process of buying was second to none, this was my best car buying experience, I got the car I want for the price I want and the whole team at Ed butts are very cool and knowledgeable and friendly . I like taking my car to get service at Ed Butts Ford because from the time I drive up to the service department, Michelle comes out and greets you with a friendly smile. Than she proceeds to look at your car. the service is done within two or three hours depending on what your car might need. Very satisfied with Ed Butts Ford employees and service!!
My Appointment was at 7:00am Waited for 3hrs for oil change. After my car was done they left my car with the engine on after 15mnts waiting for the invoice to get to the cashier. After almost 15years+ this is the first time I have this bad service. I dont believe it happen at Ed Butts Ford.

The Service Department does a great job. I always deal with Jason and he goes above the call of duty to execute the service on my 2015 Ford Expedition, King Ranch model. The service time is acceptable for what the service technicians must accomplish. I also purchased this vehicle from this dealer among other vehicles also. Extremely unsatisfied with my service! I went Wednesday 2/5/20 and I told them I needed routine service (oil, lube and filter) then asked if they could run it through the wash for me also. They said ok and that theyll call when its done. They called 1 1/2 hours later that it was ready, I asked them if they washed my car and they said no but theyll do it real quick and call me back. I said thank you and waited. From 11:52am till 2:40 I waited, then called them and asked if they were done. They told me they hadnt even run it through the wash yet and that theyll call me when they were done. I waited till 4 (another hour and a half!), never got a call, grew tired of waiting and called again. They said Oh yeah were done. Im upset they never called me and I waited all day for my car. On top of this they told me I needed to change my back tires, wanted to charge me an outrageous price and I told them Id take my car to my usual tire place. I figured they wouldnt take from 8am till 4pm to service my car. I had to leave for a long trip the next day and barely made it to the tire place to replace my tires before they closed. This Ford is terrible when it comes to communication.
When I first brought my Ford here. The service was great. But I had a problem with the oil filter, they installed and had to go to another ford to service it, they said the oil filter was installed too tightly. I then called Ed butts ford to inform them, I left messages, asked to speak to someone, they didnt put me through nor did they return my calls. Will not be going there.
I picked up vehicle from having part installed due to a recall. After, I left the yard to do my taxes in Baldwin park which was a 15-20 min drive, I parked and left my vehicle. When I was done my vehicle was dead in the parking lot. Lucky, me and wife took separate vehicles or we would have been stranded! I found out from another dealer that the ground cable was bad, battery was drained...odd how I entered this dealer with no problems and left with a problem that cost $200?...battery, ground cable, and pigtail for ground cable...
As good as it gets. Like one big happy family who all have their own lives keeping them busy. Just make sure youre communicating with and asking about your car with every member of this fam to get out quicker. Michelle and Jason still top notch 👍

Whats up with Ford dealerships and screwing their customers?Took my car in for a warranty replacement for a rattling dashboard. When I got the car back the rattle was gone but they broke 10 other things doing it. They decided to not make it right afterwards either, so Im now doing what I should have done in the first place. Fix my own car.

The Ed Butts Ford is actually quite a distance from us, about 19 miles one way, but we love going there because of the Awesome people, Great Service and they Do Not have pushy Salesmen trying to sell you products you dont need!
Came in for a air bag recall and Manny tuck care of ordering the parts and setting up my appointment in a manner of a few minutes. They also do recalls on Saturdays which is extremely convenient!!

I dropped off my car to get maintenance and they told me to pick up my car the next day and so i came in on that following day to pick it up (came in on the time they told me itd be done) they told me it was not done and to come back when they call me later in the day. I never received any calls and had to call them myself an hour before they close, called the service departement multiple time for no one to answer, finally called the operator and he answered but then told me the service department was closed for the day. I needed my car and was expecting it to be done like they said it would, a call to tell me it wouldnt be done on time would have been nice but instead i got nothing. Needed my car very badly and was extremely inconvenienced.Will never come back here ever and recomend others to go somewhere else too.

WENT TO ED BUTTS FOR REGULAR WORKS SERVICE. OIL,LUBE, ROTATE TIRES AND TOP OFF FLUIDS. AFTER GETTING VEHICLE HOME AND MY WIFE TAKING VEHICLE WITH KIDS, I RECIEVE A CALL FROM WIFE THAT THERE IS A LOAD NOISE UNDER VEHICLE. SO I TRAVEL 13 MILES TO HER LOCATION TO FIND THE LOWER ENGINE COVER/PAN DRAGGING ON THE FLOOR. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THIS PAN HAS NOT BEEN SECURED AND FALLEN OFF. 1ST TIME WAS LESS THAN MILE FROM DEALER AFTER SERVICE. SO I RETURNED. 2ND TIME WAS IN THE SERVICE DRIVEWAY AS I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE. I HAVE A QUALITY CONTROL CHECK LIST INITIALED BY MECHANIC STATING OIL FILTER CAP AND LOWER ENGINE COVERS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AND SECURED PROPERLY. SO WHO AT ED BUTTS FORD IS DO THE QUALITY CONTROL. I AN VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS NEGLIGENCE ON ED BUTTS FORD. THINKING OF TAKING MY 3 FORD VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN SERVICED BY ED BUTTS FORD TO A DIFFERENT DEALER.

Man this place sucks...they try to get me to sign a paper to buy their most expensive car when I told them I just wanted to look. I called them in advance and said I just want to look then when I have the right amount of down payment I would buy it but there was this lady and she kept pushing me over and over to buy it..stay away from her...she even gave me her number to call her when I was ready...I had to almost run out of here Just to get away from that crazy fat lady...it was crazy! Their dealership is so under developed its depressing just looking at it from the street.I would not recommend this place to anyone! Just go to Puente hills Ford or something better that is more updated. That lady kept calling me for 2 weeks trying to get me to buy a car and then started to text me at night...I was getting and still creeped out by her! You will know who she is...she kinda looks like shreks wife...yeah that big. They try too hard to make a sale and get you to throw down a lot of money....do not go here!!

When I finally got to talk to a service they did not know what to do.Well I called Ed Butts and the first person I talked to was Michelle Sanchez and boy she was so helpful. She went way out of her way to take care of my problem.. I live two miles from Colley Ford but it is worth the drive to EdButts and receive the service that Michelle gave me.I will be a new customer at Ed Butts Ford.Great serviceOn January 21 I needed a new battery for my 2015 Escape. Talked to Michelle Sanchez who took care of installing a new battery. Had a little trouble with the memory, The memory was not saved, so Michelle reset the memory for me .But on the next two day the aftermart alarm would not stop blowing, Michelle was her day off and the service manager Al Valenzuela stepped in and made a phone call to has it fixedBoth Michelle and the service manger Al Valenzuela went way above there duty to take care of my problem .This is the place I will always take my auto to because they take care of problems with any back talk
Over the past 8 years I have taken my 2006 F150 to Ed Butts out of convenience. I work very close, and the shuttle service is great. What I do not appreciate as a customer is how they can actually try have you spend more on your vehicle than necessary. This has been an ongoing process. Starting with bad batches of spark plugs. For a few years random plugs would malfunction causing my truck to not perform well. Even with new plugs, my truck still had issues of not engaging upon acceleration, my truck would sometimes slam into the next gear. It came to the point that they recommended changing out the transmission for $3500. three months after the transmission was changed, I was having the same issues of the truck slamming into gear. I took it back, only to be told that my vehicle was hooked up to the computer while the technician was driving it and he found no issues with the vehicle. It was even explained to me that the general manager himself drove my vehicle and found nothing wrong with my vehicle. I picked up my truck assured that there was nothing wrong with it. As I continued to drive, still felt the slamming. Three weeks after picking up my truck, the intake manifold hose got a hole in it. I was able to make it to Ed Butts. It was explained to me that the intake manifold gasket was bad, and a few other items needed to be replaced for $1800. I did not have the service done at Ed Butts. They gave me a list of recommended items that needed to be fixed. And was given a hard time when I picked my vehicle up. Which I did not very much appreciate. I was able to get my truck to another mechanic. It was figured out that I did need to replace the intake manifold, gasket and hose only. The other items were unnecessary. When I did pick up my vehicle, the truck was running rough and shuttering badly. Would not accelerate properly. I took right back to the mechanic that fixed my intake. We figured out that the coolant that expelled from the hose and intake coated the coils and spark plug area. So, when the coils were replaced, we found out that the coils were the original coils. When I had the spark plug problem, not once was it mentioned about changing the coils. Im sure had I left it at Ed Butts, it would have cost me another large sum of money to fix the coils. It is frustrating that you trust a company to fix a problem you have. Because I know and they know you cant do it yourself. They know about your vehicle, and you pay x amount of dollars, expecting the problem to be taken care of.On another note, I was frustrated with the service I received on a prior visit. When Ford offers the works for $40, and you pick up your vehicle and youre given the sheet that has all of the things that were checked and okd by the technician and the service drive technician. You think everything is good to go. Three days after I picked up my vehicle from being serviced, my battery died. I looked under the hood, only to see my battery badly corroded with acid. If my vehicle was inspected why was my battery given the green check mark? This means the technician checked it out, and the service drive technician agreed that it was checked. But it wasnt. They still took my money for the service they never completed.There have also be time when we have found tools left in our vehicles. My wife poked her hand on a sharpened tool that had been left between the drivers seat and the seat belt connection. Luckily it didnt break her skin or worse. When I took the tool back to the service department, not a thank you for returning our tool, not a were sorry. Again, convenience, is why I previously used Ed Butts Ford. I will no longer use their services.
