Assistant Store Manager Nick Ramirez is so friendly and provided excellent customer service. He helped me with my cars battery and taught me how to take care of it in the future. 5 stars for Nick!

Nick is the guy to go to. He goes over and Beyond to help. I was not sure I purchased the correct spark plugs so I called to save a drive to the store. He was so polite, kind and went the extra mile to be sure I had gotten the correct plugs. Great choice Auto Zone when you hired Nick.

Keith is a great guy and the only reason why I come to the store and no other one. The service is great here and hes very personable.

Stopped by today to get oil, filter, engine filter and cabin filter for my Grandmas FJ Cruiser, they were fairly busy with customers. Keith helped me out and grabbed everything I needed. Was about to pay and he said he just had to get one of the other guys working to help me at checkout because he was on his lunch break. Customer service cant get any better than, Thanks again Keith, really appreciated.

Ive had to spend a few hundred dollars on my truck the last few weeks, and I normally dislike Automotive chain stores but this particular Autozone has been consistently helpful and reliable. I ordered struts and they were in same day. Following week I had to order some new exterior door handles, also in same day. Friendly staff.

Just fyi the sales associate dont know all of the parts that they are selling. I explained what I was looking for. He had no idea what I was talking about. So I had to look for the parts I wanted myself.needless to say I couldnt wait to show him (I left with the satisfaction that I knew what I was talking about)

Ordered a few items online for curbside pickup and I was notified that my items were available. When I arrived at the store, I called, and one of the staff came to my car and said they don’t have one of the items, even though I paid for it online. They tell me I have to enter the store to get my refund. There’s a reason I ordered ahead for curbside and it’s exactly not to have to enter the store where the next thing I saw was a different employee not wearing a mask. Terrible experience. Never returning to this location.

Its always fun to get parts and do it yourself. The employees are also very helpful here even if they might not have a certain piece they recommend other places were they have your piece. One of my favorite places to get items for my car is here.

Bought a car battery from this place that ended up being a dud. I took it back to be charged and it was working fine that night but my car wouldn’t start the next morning. Took my car to a licensed mechanic and he confirmed it was the battery. I took the car battery back on 09/05 in the afternoon and they refused to give me a different battery because it was showing it was 100% charged. Went to a different AutoZone in another city and they changed the battery for me without any problems. Put the battery in my car and it’s been working fine ever since. Screw this AutoZone.

I had bought front pad brakes for my car back in March I went back cuz they have lifetime warranty on it they said I bought the back pad but I bought the front ones and they were rude

This AutoZone is my go to because it is in my neighborhood. Everytime I go there Im greeted as I enter. Today was a quick trip just for some headlights for my wifes car, I found the section right away and the book with the part numbers could use some updating as the cover was missing off of one of the books. But I found my number and headed for the cash register. The line for service at the parts desk was lengthy as the parking lot was full. But I only had one person in front of me to check out. In no time I checked out and made it home safely to change out the part. All in all, great service and smiles all around.

Auto zone is just another auto parts but it usually has the things that I need. I got taken care of by a sales rep name Natalie she was knowledgeable choose helpful she had personality she was nice and very professional.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Each staff member I came in contact with on this day was (4) and all were equally polite and engaging. I called ahead and another staff member was very thoughtful and showed a lot of patience with every question answered. To be honest. I first went to OReillys auto parts and was treated so poorly and the entire staff was so nasty and unpredictable and it seemed like they could careless about gaining my business. I left and went to AutoZone and I am so glad I did. Thank you AutoZone.....great service. clean store. every thing was in stock.

Mannn i buy jb weld but wen i open the container its open already and the paste inside is hard already i try to return it but they just cose like 3 to 4 min 11 :04 i try to tell them but they just telling were close i know they close but they didnt even want to know why i came back they i just want to show it and maybe they can xcjange it

Every time I go I always find what I need.Never had any problems and I especially like that they close at 11 cause many other autozones close at 10.

Do not buy tire chain or cable in this shop!! I bought two sets of tire chain two weeks ago and I never use them. I tried to return them but the staffs pointed some little dirt on the chain and blamed on me that I installed it before... It is ridiculous because I dont even open the package and it is obviously manufacture problems. The staffs in there are rude especially that female manager. I used to shop in autozone and I am completely lose the confidence to them. I definitely wont come here again.

To be honest with you I have never had a problem with auto zone they always got what I need it may be a little bit pricey but it beats pep boys any day of the week

First time, I went there to replace front lights and they referred me to some local car shop which ripped off me by charging $40 as labor (for changing the lights!?)Today, I replaced my car battery there. They said they can give $18 discount if we sell the old battery to them. But they silently charged extra $18 as something labor (for helping replacing?) without prior notice. What is that! Not quite like the feeling of being treated like an idiot.Doubt their honesty now. Not recommend.

Great staff, but pricy

Employees will walk by even though they see a big line. They dont ask if you need any help. They stand and watch and when you do ask for help they pass it to someone else. They also give you a stupid look if you ask some questions, and they look like they really dont want to be there. Too bad its the closest one to my house.
