My 50 inch vizio is only 6 Month i have called to warrenty it and they just keep making me reset my tv every month and refuse to send me another one. I have been having several issues and will not recommend vizio to anybody i know or buy another vizio. The customer service just wants to keep factory resetting my tv every month i have called 3 times and i am sick of it! VIZIO IS NOT WORTH IT.

Picked up load on 6/20/19. Showed up at 11:30 for 1400 appointment. Was loaded and out of the warehouse at 1300. Not bad at all!!

Last time I buy a vizio product after being a loyal customer for around 8 yrs or so. Well on 8/15/19 vizio updated my 65 4k smart tv. And since the update every time I click on Netflix my tv freezes, crashes and restarts. On vudu it tells me there is no network connection. Sometimes when I turn on the tv it says no network detected. Even though my router is 5 feet from the tv with no obstructions. So I live chat with them on 8/16/19 and went through all the steps and long story short they blamed my tv for having a software issue and said that the update had nothing to do with my issue because i am the only one to report this issue. So I ask of anyone to read this do not support vizio!

I’m not trying to be soo rude but they should work with their customers who live literally across the world because I’m from Washington DC and this is terrible I have to wait this long for a tv to reach the warehouse when you all can see who are dealing with my case the the tv is not in California but I honestly hate that I have to wait until it gets to the warehouse to receive my tv that will take another 1000 days to get to me. But I really think that Vizio warehouse in California should change their shipping to something quicker like in the air perhaps instead of on a truck

I should have checked The Rip Off Report website and Consumer Reports before buying 2 of their televisions. It seemed like a good deal at the time, yet not so much now that I replaced both with a Samsung and Sony. Consumer Reports gives a Vizio 69, the highest for that brand. And, that is only on a high end Vizio. Sony, LG and Samsung are as high as an 88 score. I have never seen so many complaints for a television manufacturer on the Rip Off Report as I have for Vizio. The first one I paid 970$ for at Sam’s Club, the picture went out before a year. Vizio replaced that for the replacement video to go out 2 years later. The second one, a 4k tv I bought off Amazon 3 years ago for 800$ has the sound going out on it.

Picked up a load here, first and last time never again what a dump even by NJ standards . Btw got home drove right over my Vizio Tv. #&@! Vizio from the Ceo to the bottom of the company .

Slow place, dont go there, stupid lazy people.If you will, loading time is around 7-10 hours and they not payed for detention. Worse place ever I seen it!

Have to stand there and count the product as they load you. No where to park. Have to walk far to office.

It is a very safe place in case someone hits your truck when you are not in it there are cameras everywhere and they see you all the time.There is always tolerance in case you are late.They put you on hold, but they do receive you.To download they are fast in less than an hour you are already empty.
