I placed an order a week ago, two days later I received confirmation that it had been shipped. When I look up the tracking number it says that USPS is still awaiting the item. Its been like that for days. It shouldnt take more than 5 days for me to receive it. I contact customer service and they dont answer. I needed my outfits for a certain occasion, now i dont need them anymore. I want my money back!!!
Unfortunately most of the low star reviews are correct.. their clothing is extremely cheap for the price and ruin after one wash. Their return policy is terrible, they dont issue refunds only store credit.. so if you dont like it at all and know youll never shop there again. Youre SOL. I never had an issue with their delivery/emails with customer service team and thats the reasoning behind my 2 stars. You can easily find the same clothes at F21 or Fashion Q.
I HATE their shopping timing!! HORRIBLE! They take forever to ship out items it’s extremely annoying! I’ve bought from Laura’s boutique and it gets to me in days!! DAYS!! I’ve bought from other clothing stores in California and none have ever taken weeks to ship out my items! Lesson learned to not order again

A friend bought a dress and after washing oil was spreading then broke her washer. She said that it feels like a fast buck made.
Customer service can be better but I absolutely love their clothes. I’ve gifted to family and friends and they have never complained.
I’m a big fan of fan of them and I’m always supporting. However I have received a couple of items that were cheaply made. I had ordered some pants a while back and didn’t try them on until months later, and I didn’t realize the zipper was broke. I had to take the pants to a tailer shop to get them fixed. I bought a hoodie and after a few washes the hoodie started ripping. I have also received a wrong item and called customer service and the young lady wasn’t very helpful all she said was I have to return the item and send an email. I will continue to support, they have super cute clothes I just hope their customer service and the materials on their clothing gets better because they’re a little pricey for what you’re receiving.
I can honestly say Ive never had any issues with ordering from here! my clothes arrive in great shape, in good timing and nothing feels cheap!

I love this company!I have always been scared to order clothes online because of reviews and a few of my personal experiences. But none the less, I gave OOTDFASH a chance and I dont regret it. Their online website is always up to date with items that are out of stock or not in the size you are looking for. The clothes is always great quality, I will say some items are more sheer than what I expected. And my favorite part, their return process is amazing. It is always so easy for me to order an item, If I dont like it I ship it out and in a few days I have an email with a gift card & my money fully refunded.So far, I could not complain about my experiences and I have bought from them quite a bit.

Secondly, they will ship you the wrong size and never answer back. And finally it looks like they can’t even ship their order properly and good luck on getting a refund !!! Cute clothes but everything is always sold out, takes forever to restock and shipping sucks. I ordered a top on a Wednesday and it took over a week to receive. I feel like you guys should have upgraded shipping options.

The clothes are super cute online. They are however pretty over priced. I ordered 3x off them trying not to get the same experience but I did unfortunately. The clothes are all made from this cheap material that is easily ruined after washes. You’d think this clothing store would be great judging the millions of followers they have. Just to have them shipped takes about 5 days on top of that for them to get approved by usps another 4/5 days so by the time the package is delivered is about a month.🙁🙁

This is a professional company. They have really cute items. But they can’t seem to respond back to my emails quick as fast as they took the money from my account once I made an online purchase. I returned a lounge set over a month ago, and I never received a email regarding my store credit. I emailed them 3x and I haven’t gotten a response. Like really? Now at this point I just want my money back. Not buy anything from them again. I’ll stick with FASHION NOVA!!!!

Clearly this Company has issues answering emails I placed an order last week and called to pick it up they informed me they are not doing pick ups which I understand OK so then two days later I receive a tracking number it never updated it’s still awaiting package and then six days after receiving tracking number I get an email informing me one of my items is out of stock. how do you create a shipping label and an email form a person telling me that it’s already been sent out so no point in pick up and then email me asking if i want a refund for the out of stock item and then not respond to any emails, ig comments. I want my emails answered

Beware they do not ship items in their 4 days time frame, and just create labels, and they take another week to actually take the items to usps. I have been waiting for my clothes for over 2 weeks already. They don’t do store pick up no more, which I understand but come on at least ship the items in the time frame. Listen to all the other reviews and order some where else. Unless you don’t mind waiting almost a month for your clothes.

I bought over $100 CAN worth of clothes that were cute and inexpensive online. I have been tracking my order through an app and the app notified me it was delivered to me a week ago. I emailed the business regarding the issue and that was a week ago. I have not received any emails back from the 3 I have sent. I waited a couple of days before I emailed them regarding my now missing package because I am an International customer so maybe it was the delivery companys fault, but I am not getting an answer because I have not received any emails back. This is very disappointing because I emailed them about my package before regarding how long the shipping usually takes they replied immediately, now when its a more serious issue I dont receive any emails back? I shop online all the time so I gave my trust in this business but they broke in regards to shipping and customer service. Also, I find it very unprofessional that they can post on Instagram every day but not reply to a serious email. Very disappointed and would not recommend shopping online internationally. Ill rather shop in their store to be guaranteed customer service.

Very cool independent womens clothing store. layed out nicely. The staff was very nice and helpful! Especially the guy behind the counter. They have a huge online presence, but at the store youre able to try them on. Some items are more expensive than on line, as when we were there nothing was on sale, however, most prices were not crazy expensive. Some blouses were a bit over priced. They need more medium and large sizes. Not everyone is a size 0.
My boyfriend & I are long distance and yesterday was the first time I’ve seen him since Christmas. He bought me the cutest fuzzy set! HOWEVER, as soon as I tried it on.. the waist band completely ripped!!!! I’m very skinny so it wasn’t like the pants were too tight. He paid $50 for clothing so cheaply made. I was so excited for my first outfit from OOTDFash, but now I’m scared to buy anything else because of terrible quality. A very successful boutique should offer some credit considering I can’t even wear the outfit anymore since it ripped within first 5 seconds of wearing it.
I love ootdfash! Their clothes are so cute and very trendy! I usually come into the store to pick up my order that I place online, the employees are always so welcoming and nice. Also, the people who work customer service are so friendly. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a bodysuit and Gaby was more than happy to change it for me, so nice! Everything about ootdfash is amazing, they will always have me as a customer! 💜
Horrible customer experience. Girls who work here are simply rude and make the whole shopping experience awkward for everyone. Walked in for an exchange and the girl with freckles refused it and was not willing to help AT ALL. Everyone knows this store needs better employees who are helpful and sweet.
I’ve never experienced worst service than this store. I ordered two separate orders from this website. The first one was on June 5th and the second one on June 12th I received the second order after a week which is totally fine and convenient. The first order on June 5th until today June 29th there’s no update! They sent me email asking for my ID and they said they have to verify that the card is not stolen because the order was $275 which makes no sense to me but I sent it. No email after I sent my ID until the week after saying they will update me. Until today I been sending emails and try to call the store so many times. Finally A young lady answered my call a week ago I gave her the order number and she said it’s shipped to USPS I was like I just called USPS and they said they haven’t received the package yet where’s the package at!! She simply said “ wait until Saturday and if you didn’t get an update call us Monday and will give your refund” I said I’ve been waiting for a month and you just want to refund me without even telling me why I’m not able to get my package!! She said “ you still want the package right??? Just wait until Saturday. I waited until Saturday and today is Monday I’ve been calling the store to check on the order status since morning and no answer. I reached out by email, phone and Instagram. Never had to deal with something like that!!
Some of their items aren’t what they appear on Instagram or on the website. They don’t have a review section for items and usually have a vague description of them. So you can’t tell if anything is good or not. I ordered a, “nice knit cardigan” that was like $40 and when I got it, it was so cheap looking and feeling. A lot of their clothes are overly priced and thin. In addition just to get an item takes like 2 weeks!

Really Rude Girls At the store they are just talking so unprofessional I asked to try on some clothes and they ignore me and I asked again and she said “wait a minute “ while she was just in her phone texting while she was telling me to wait and she said how many clothing and i said 4 and I closed the current to change and while I was changing the clothing the girl opens the current while I’m half naked and then closes it and starts laughing and didn’t even said sorry or anything I left the store without. Buying anything I will not be coming back
The first time I bought from them was fine, the item was a little thin & translucent but wearable. The second time I ordered, I ordered 2 tops. I had no jewelry on nor any makeup (I don’t wear foundation or bbcream plus it was the end of the night...all my makeup has been removed—-I wasn’t even wearing a bra when trying on the fitted tops) to make sure I don’t ruin the products myself. The first one had a hole in it, so I took a picture, emailed it to them, & returned it (just as instructed to). I also returned the second top with the first top just bc it didn’t look too great on me anyways. The returns go through inspection. The first top passed bc I sent photos of the damaged top; however the second top, was “denied due to a stain on the collar”, thus, for them to send it back, I have to pay an extra $6 FEE. Let me tell you, I already paid for the items when I first bought them, then paid even more for returning them, & now they want to lie & tell me I have to pay an extra $6 to have it sent back to me bc of a “stain on the collar”? Tell me how that’s possible if I don’t wear any foundation or bbcream... believe me or not——If the second top has a stain on the collar—-why doesn’t the first top have a stain on it either? Making them both unable to sell?In conclusion, the clothes aren’t worth what they cost. The return policy isn’t reliable. The customer service is ok. Getting your money back will take days, maybe even weeks. If you wish to return anything, take pictures of EVERYTHING, and remember, they only give back store credit.

I placed an order a rather large one over $200 and 3 items did not fit just by looking at them I knew one was a bodysuit (which by the way was supposed to be long sleeve and they sent a tank one) and one was a white sweater So I called them to see what I can do to return them since I ordered online I was wanting to walk into the store and return or exchange them they informed me that I cannot return or exchange any white items or body suits they’re final sale and I haven’t even worn any of the items so they rejected my return that is really sad because your items are not cheap yes they are good quality but if something doesn’t fit you guys should return it especially in their original packaging that was placed back in after being seen I will never shop here again and I will make sure all my friends that I did refer to this business do not buy from here so disappointed!

Would not recommend based on shipping, customer service and return policy. Shipping time took forever like everyone else has mentioned. They sent me the wrong pair of jeans, and made me send them the invoice of what I bought (which was weird to me that they don’t have a way to track this). When I returned it, they stated that they sent me the correct jeans even though the name on the jeans they sent was different than what I purchased and I purchased straight leg jeans but received capris lol. They don’t accept any returns on white clothes, which should be addressed when you’re adding to your cart or before you check out. I definitely will not be buying from this store ever again. Worst customer service and buying experience I’ve had from any online clothing store.
