Called and received an estimate for shocks, struts and brakes in my 2015 SIlverado in June 2020. I specifically asked for Ceramic brake pads. When I arrived, he said just leave it to me, got ya. I returned, picked up my truck a few hours later. SInce then, My brakes have left black dust all over my wheels, Never had that issue before and now a year later, squeeking loudly once in a while. I clean the wheels, spray out the brake dust, but it quickly returns. I havent yet called, I was under the impression he said lifetime warranty, however its Not in the receipt I was given. Anyone else have these issues ?

Had my forester for a while now with zero issues took it here to get all the flushes with a coupon. Charged me more cause its a subaru. Should have mentioned it during the quote on the call. 2 days later car over heats and leaking coolant. Pop the hood and radiator isnt even full and resevor is bone dry. Couldnt even properly burp the engine and could have potentially destroyed my engine! That should be part of the process on every vehicle they touch.

Never disappointed with the work they do. Always a professional job and their pretty much on the button when they tell you when your car will be done.

The best Auto Service place I have been to in years. Frank runs a very tight ship and is one of the most customer service oriented and HONEST mechanics around town. My car make and year has factory transmission problems (there is a class action lawsuit against the maker), and the issues that came about were extremely difficult. Frank and his team took the necessary steps and care to resolve the problem! Not once did I feel like just a number - I felt like a family member was taking care of my issue. Although the process was very arduous, I felt that all the guys were there to GET THE JOB DONE! All in all it has been a pleasure working with Frank and team. I have even gotten free advice/recommendation from Mike about other cars that my family own. Perfect Auto Service is 100% trustworthy!

I went in for a $16 .99 smog with a coupon, and have to wait an hour for service,didnt pass, have to do diagnostic check for $95.00 which will not be charged with the work that will be done, approximately a little bit over $200.00 .While driving me home he mention that even new car if they do not pass the test they have to spend more comparing my old car. Later on that day he gave me a call that I have to spend $900.00.My old car may be will sell for $1000.00, so I told him not to work on my carI told him what a rip off,but I still have to pay $120.00.they gave my car but the car was shaking off like crazy that I drove very very slow on the street, to my own mechanic.I will not recommend to use those coupon that so cheap,if it will be $900.00 why would I left my car there?

Went there for the first time today for an oil change for my 2006 Avalon. Great staff, good and very fast service. Was in and out for less than 30 minutes! Changed my air and cabin filter as well for a very reasonable price. Thumbs up!!!

Came in needing a fix for smog and was dreading what may be wrong with my car. Instead of giving me a list of problems they took me out and pointed out exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Being a broke college student with a budget they offered to put me on a payment plan that was simple and easy to pay. I wound up not needing the payment plan but having the option was convenient and took out the worry of being able to afford it all at once.My car runs much better now and would recommend these guys to anyone. Had took my car for for a Diagnostics on my engine they said that they found the problem they did not the same problem still going on my car they charge me $413 to replace 3 sensors that I am still paying took the car back now theyre saying that its the timing chain which will cost me $700 bad service dishonest they should close this place down. I am just going to have to end up going to my car dealership service sense they cannot do the job right. Waste of my time and waste of my money

Time Waster! Tried to do the Early Bird special coupon. One hour later I get a call saying I have a blown head gasket or cracked block. I told them they told me the same thing last year, just change the oil. When I get back to Purrfect, my car is in line to get the oil changed when they get around to it.

I went in for a smog check because they had a promo coupon. That went ok, but 5 minutes into it the manager told me I needed an oil change, 1 week after I had just gotten it done at a different shop! I turned him down only to find out later HE LOOSENED MY OIL DRAIN NUT. My car was leaking oil for the first time that day.

Ive been to purrfect auto a few times..everyone their is friendly and the prices are great and the customer service is excellent..i would recommend this car repair service to everyone....these are new owners and you will be satisfied with their service..i will continue to take my car their when needed...

Took my car in to have timing belt changed as my failed smog test stated this was the reason (code) for my failure. I relayed this information to the mechanic. They did no diagnostics to confirm this issue. Was told I could pick my car up later that afternoon. Got a phone call later in the afternoon telling me my car would not be ready, that they could not get it to start. (Car was running smoothly when I took it in.) Frank informed me he would have it ready by Monday. Monday, same issue. Tuesday, same issue. Wednesday said they would take car to dealer to find out why it wont start. Called Friday and they said car was ready and running smoothly. Picked up car on Saturday (one week later). Paid for repair in cash since they said their creditcard/atm machine was down (my mistake). Took car home (less than one mile). Engine had terrible pinging noise it did not have when I took it in, smoke coming from under the hood, oil light coming on. When I got home I called Frank (manager). I let car cool down, checked oil and found they had overfilled oil by twice as much, pinging that was not there before I took car in, asked to speak to owner. Was told owner would call me later that day. Owner did not call back. I called three days later asking for owner to call me. Still no call. Took car to another mechanic and her verified thousands of dollars damage done to car. Too expensive to fix. Had attorney go to Purrfect Auto, was told by mechanic, yes, they knew they ruined my car when I picked it up, would have owner call. Still no call!!! I was contacted by a state agency that they are currently being investigated and was told their license has been suspended. They are still open for business anyway!!! I am taking them to court and contacting the City of La Habra that they are operating under a suspended license. Stay away from these people. They need to do the right thing and refund my money (cash) and pay for a new car!!!
