Their service was sought to repaint and restore a car and they performed the task in an excellent way. Very highly recommended. They are more than first class surgeons because no marks are on the car. Our car looked as good as new.

Terrible shop. I left my car here with my belongings thinking nothing of it. When I came back to pick up my car my belongings were at the back and my cash was missing. I called the owner to let him know what had happened and he said it was my fault for not removing my belongings. Never have I experienced such an unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. Dont waste your business in here.

Insurance claim repair work only took 1 week. For the amount of work needed, that is a fair and above average repair time. They also go out there way to make sure the repairs meet or exceed to make sure the repairs are just like you had it before your accident. They where able to answer the small detail questions as well and kept me in the loop the whole way. Good people.

Ive been to Imperial body shop twice to have my car repaired and both times I was extremely happy with the work! They brought my car back to life twice and they did it in more then a reasonable amount of time! I felt more then confident in Imperial Body Shop maintaing theyre word and doing straight business...NO BS! Thats rare in the world we live in...Im also extremely grateful to Alan he took care of everything and really does his job with honesty and class! I cant see myself ever getting work on my car anywhere else!

Every person I met were very friendly and nice. Always very responsive and follow up on time. The best thing for this shop is their work! They repaired the back bumper and trunk like brand new when I had a car accident about a year ago. This shop was recommended by AAA company which the driver who cause the accident was insured. Everything went very smoothly, and I was satisfied with their work.Today they replaced the left side mirror after someone broke the mirror about a week ago. It took 2 days to order and receive the part and 15 minutes to replace the mirror. Walter was very nice and responsive every time I call and ask questions. Thank you!

I just called this place asking if I could get an estimate for damages on my vehicle. After saying that this wasn’t an insurance claim, “Greg” had absolutely no time for me. Told me I could drop off the car tomorrow (Friday, Feb 22) and they’d get to looking at it some time next week..... seems like the only business this place wants is to be able to gouge your insurance company. My daughter crashed the Ford Focus on the front end. Rigo from imperial body shop was instrumental in getting this vehicle repaired in a timely fashion. The repair was flawless and the paint was exact. I had several people look at it and they couldnt tell where the repairs started and stopped. Weve been coming here for years. This is the only shop I will use in the future!

This is a terrible place. I had everything set up with my insurance company and I guess nothing was actually handled. I was told I had to pay $100.00 a day for a rental even though I have it in my policy. The thing that got my upset was Walter Rodriguez said to bring my car a week later after they didnt do anything. So a week later passes I didnt receive any calls so I called and Walter asked if he could call me back since he had a customer in front of him, when he called me back he said he was speaking to his manager and the said they didnt want to have anything to do with me in a snarky tone and when I asked if he lied about the customer he laughed and said I sure did and hung up the phone. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

I hit a dear. Smashed my whole front end. Karry and his team made my Yellow Vette look brand spanking new.

AAA referred me here and they did an amazing job. They finished before estimated date, all the damage was fixed perfectly, and they even cleaned the inside of my car a bit. Theres a reason theyre a gold tier repair shop with AAA.

Alan was super informative, kept communicating with me on the progress of my cars repair, and made sure my car was handled with the utmost care. I can never thank him and the team enough for doing such a wonderful job on my car!

There estimating department was quick and efficient. Got the quote with in hours of stopping by. They have been a fixture of la habra for over 40 years .

They did a wonderful job on my car I hit a pole with my car it damaged my side Fender and mid bumper and I did a wonderful job on it you cant even tell the difference between original and repaired

This company raves about its 100% guarantee, but less than one week after picking up my truck, paying well over ten grand for the repairs. I found defective parts with key components on them falling off. I was told no refund no exchange and i dont know anyone else that can help you. Jees shouldnt there at least be a longer than one week warranty? I guess if you like being forced to buy defective parts then shop here but do not expect good customer service from Rigo. After you pay there is no more service.

Called for quote on simple service and told its a busy location and felt like they did not want to bother with my problem. Probably because was not a big enough profit for them. Bad service do not bother.
