Fix Auto is outstanding in several ways. Their work is exceptional. I sideswiped a pole with my beautiful F150 King Ranch. I was told they would make it look better than new. They did! They are a State Farm preferred shop so I just gave them my claim number and that was it. They gave me regular updates on their progress and finished a day early. I had such a great experience with fix auto la habra. The repairs and painting look so good you would never even know the work was done. They helped with the insurance and getting a rental car company to pick me up when i droped off my truck. Front and rear damage and finished in a week, amazing. My truck looked so good when i picked it up like it had just been detailed. So happy with this company and great employees for making fixing my truck easy.

Not very professional. They made damage to my headlight on drivers side. Probably left the headlight on the concrete while working on the vehicle. They didnt apologize, rather tried to convince me it was normal wear and tear of the headlights. The other headlight didnt have these scratches and I know what normal headlight wear and tear looks like. Other than this issue, theyre not very professional and not very honest compared to Yorba Linda Fix Auto where I usually take my car to. I just hope they repaired the vehicle properly; time will tell. The best thing about this shop was they did finish the job ahead of schedule and they answer the phones all the time. I wont do business with this shop again. It was sent in here by the Subaru Dealer without my consent and since it was already sent, I just let them do the repairs in order to not complicate things.

Took my WRX here based on puente hills recommending to bring the car here. I initially met Russ (owner) he seemed friendly. I asked when I could bring my car and he said Monday to have it ready Friday. I brought the car Monday and I pointed out a couple areas that needed to be fixed. The lady said ok.They held the car for 1 week even thought I told them they could keep it longer as I didnt need it. They called me stating my car was ready to be picked up. When I showed up the things I had pointed out werent fixed. My car wasnt ready, not only was it not ready. It had additional damage on the door they were working to repair. Russ the owner tried to say this was previous damage (rock chip). Two distinctive rock chips hit the inside of the door panel where you were originally working? Come on Russ, how dishonest can you be. When I said show me the paper with walkthrough showing this previous damage on the area you were working. He said oh are you going to go that route.I just paid this dishonest shop $1000, no questions asked and they damage my 2017 wrx, extremely disappointed by the lack of character and honesty to properly take care of the issue. I was considering bringing my other car here but not anymore. Needless to say. Stay away. They arent honest nor take pride in their work

Work was completed at the time they promised. We were unable to pick the vehicle up when it was done. They offered to deliver the vehicle to our house (we live 4 blocks away). We were not home for the vehicle to be dropped off. We picked it up the following Monday. The work was top notch. To date, my truck and my wife’s Subaru were worked on at the shop and we have ZERO complaints.

I came here to get my car fixed for some minor body work. Sean, the estimator at the shop, greeted me upon my arrival and he was VERY helpful. My Insurance covered the rental for the few days Sharper Image had my car, and Sean was nice enough to have some pleasant conversation with me until the rental car company came and got me.The work done was very good at the end of the few days, and they actually finished sooner than initially promised. There ended up being a weird code issue, that wasnt the shops fault. The shop took it back and handled everything very professionally and courteously.Overall, based on the customer service I received from this shop, I would recommend it to others.
