Nate did a fantastic job helping us with design ideas for a custom frame job. My brother is a Marine Corps veteran and wants his newly purchased USMC flag framed and matted. I felt the pressure to get this done right, so Im glad we were blessed with Nate.He was patient, answered all of our questions, and produced several quotes with a wide range of options and price points. Im always impressed when someone shows to work with a good attitude!

The worst customer service experience. I will never go into another Michaels! I went in for the Ribbon Garland class and was rudely told that all classes are online. I was going to leave and should have left the store, but I decided to shop around for photo organizers. I found a plastic box which contained (16) 4x6 photo holders. There was a sign clear as day that said 60% off reg. price. When I got to the register, one cashier mind you, the plastic boxes ring up for $41.99. I told her there was a sign 60% off. The manager went to boxes and took the sign and practically called me a liar and would not honor the discount because there was NO SIGN . She said there was only 3 workers, her the cashier and the framer and none of them took it down. Even though their cashier told me they had a problem today with signs being left up...Never again Michaels! You lost mine and my friends business!!

Ive been coming to this Michaels every week for the last month, and the deals are few. They got rid of the 40% off weekly coupon a while ago so thats part of it. I hate how pretty much everything is locked up, so I have to get my phone out and call to get someone to unlock what I want, but I cant really blame them for that, can I? The laws have changed and its pretty much legal to shoplift now so of course they lock up everything. I hate to say this, but I prefer Hobby Lobby. They do not have coupons, either anymore, but they have more employees who are way friendlier.

After unsuccessfully shopping for casting resin at all the usual hardware stores, they claimed they sold it but had no inventory, we went to Michaels and found what we needed. Michaels always seems to carry what we need when we need it and it always has interesting merchandise.

Long line, couldnt find exactly what I wanted. Same old same old.

Why are the bathrooms closed? I asked a worker where the bathroom is they bring me over to the bathroom and then tell me its closed even though theres no sign that says the bathrooms are closed. Every Michaels I go to the bathroom is closed supposedly due to Cove in Cove it has nothing to do with bathrooms. I was going to shop for more but I had to go to the bathroom so bad and nobody wanted to get a mop so I left. I can use the bathroom in any other store but not in any Michaels. I drove across the street to go to another store and use the bathroom there. Michaels what are you doing why dont you let people use the bathroom?!

I love this location. They have a ton of variety and honestly the prices are pretty darn good. I am not heavily into arts and crafts, so usually I just buy art supplies from target but I had to make a trip to Michaels (right after target) to get beads and special colored crayons (both items target lacked). I just bought paint and canvases from target and I really should have made Michaels the first stop. The prices were way better than target.Im not into fake Christmas trees but the prices here were too good to pass up!

Returns here are utterly impossible; their ink disappears after like 3 days, and they act like thats your fault for being a sloppy pig. The manager was rude and confrontational she (shorter woman) basically approaches the interaction as adversarial, not collaborative and attempts to financially embarrass you in front of other customers. Totally unacceptable. Someone from corporate is welcome to contact me.

Zero stars for online ordering, my order got cancelled and they held the money on my credit card 45 Days as pending :/ Also the online inventory for the store is off. They probably have it in stock. Im creative and this place, along with B&N will take all my money if I wonder around too long. Good selection of everything you probably could think of for artistic and craft projects. Nothing is easy to find but the employees are very helpful here. As matter of fact, after my online order was cancelled I was able to phone the order in and it was waiting for me by the time I got there. How nice is that?! Good people always make the difference.

I only came here to exchange some stuff for my wife. The store was clean and well stocked. The sales staff was a little busy and overwhelmed but aren’t we all around Christmas time.

This morning I placed an online order at 12:35 in the afternoon because I wanted to pick it up same day. When I looked at the pick up policy it states curbside pick up ends at 6, so there for my order will Be ready before 6 because curbside pickup closes at 6 and thats what my order was for. It was now 4:45 and I still Had not received an email nor a text message stating my order was complete mind you I only ordered 3 bags of crafts kits, So when I called to inquire about my order Both individuals were super rude! When transfer to the lady who pulls online orders she stated that she doesnt know where I read on Michaels website but policy is orders will be ready before they closed and they close at 9 but might order was for curbside pickup which clearly stated in a clearly told her and they stop doing curbside pickup at 6 oclock. I was gonna waste my time arguing with her but she needs to look at their policy and she needs to make sure she has Michael policy down correctly I wont be shopping at this Michaels again! Its now clear to me as to why they only have 3 and a 1/2 stars, customer service is big and I would have gladly went inside to get my own merchandise if it wasnt for my 5 year old having Chronic Lung disease and covid spiking again!!!!!

Well. I understand came at 6:57pm to get one item and I know where it is. Employee should be more respectful saying we are closed thank you for coming we open tomorrow. Simple. Instead of asking what I am here at Michaels for make your remak and chuckle and then say come tomorrow.I was like wow I cant belive you asked me what Im here for like you are gona let me in. But since my awnser wasnt good enough for the employe to let me in she said come tomorrow.

Great store, but its hard to navigate and find everything you want. It could be the stores intentional design to make it so you wander the aisles more. However, if Michaels got rid of their constant use of coupons and just lowered their prices, then I would be there more often.

HORRIBLE. Drove out 30 minutes because online it states they have chocolate/candy melts in stock and available in store only. They dont allow to order online, only in store. I arrive to the store and they say they cant sell any of their chocolates or edible decorations because they dont have their food license. If thats the case they SHOULDNT have their unsellable items listed online! Such an inconvenience and to top it off when I asked the cashier about the the chocolate and why it wasnt on sale she was super rude. They really need to remove the items from their website and fix their employees attitude!

My interest is model building and they were out of everything. In fact, the whole store has a feeling like its going to close because the stock is so low and items are covered and not for sale. Hope just a bad day and this will improve!

The teams combined efforts made my shopping experience one to remember. After many unsuccessful visits to other retailers that supposed to sale food-colors, or water colors. With hardly any employees to assist their customers. I really appreciated the difference. Thank God for Michaels.

I love coming here to get crafting supplies! I just wish there were more staff members walking around to help me find items. Unless youre a regular, its easy to get lost trying to find what you need. I recommend signing up to get membership coupons at Michaels. I always have a coupon handy when I shop here.

Staff was pretty friendly, it took a little bit longer than I initially thought to get someone to get the spray paint out of the locked cabinet but overall had a great experience. Store was pretty clean and organized. The only semi-bad thing I have to say is that maybe they were SLIGHTLY under-staffed but they were as attentive as they could possibly be but the store had a lot of stuff that I needed for my arts and crafts project and Im definitely going to go back there again for all my arts and crafts supply needs first before I look for supplies anywhere else.

Pretty good service here. I rarely have to spend too much time in the checkout line because they seem to understand when more people are in line. They are really good at honoring their discounts and coupons. Being a teacher they dont give me a hard time when I ask for the educator

Visited and used custom framing area. They are great...the best. Extremely helpful. Excellent prices after all the discounts they offer. Very cool use of technology to show the item you are framing on screen in full view with choosen matting and frame. Worth a visit.

Ive been coming here for a while for my crafting needs. Ive always found what I wanted at a decent price. For the hobbyist, the crafter and the arts man this the place to find supplies to meet your needs. There are literally over thousands of items in here. Youll find anything from wedding supplies to making necklaces. I give it a thumbs up.

Compared to the Michaels in Brea on Imperial, this store has a better selection. The parking can be a little more busy than the parking lot in Brea, but I have always found a spot. Staff here always asks if I need assistance. Like all Michaels, it goes for breadth instead of depth, but this one is deeper than average.

Very disappointed in Michaels today all of their baking goods that are food edible are not for sale

Theres ALWAYS some sort of coupon available online. If you cant find it online, the employees at the checkout will either help you find it, or scan one they already have at the counter. They even let you combine coupons. I always end up getting what I need for between 40 and 50% off. This place is great.

Went to the store to purchase a mat+frame combo and some archival pens. I was debating whether or not to purchase a black mat so I whipped out my phone to see if silver or white pens could be archival. I wasnt finding anything online, so I went to swap frames and walked back to the marker section. Thats when I heard Mike from security, check zones 1-3 over the intercom. I used to work at Michaels, so I know they dont have private or contract security, and that zone1-3 include framing and fine art, where I happened to be browsing. Mike from security is what Michaela employees would say over the intercom to intimidate people who might be stealing. Id like to offer a big screw you to the management at Michaels for not even bothering to offer me help before calling security on me. I mustve at least three floor associates walk past me just to watch what I was doing. Way to go. Just so you know, I ended up finding what I was looking for my damn self, no thanks to your profiling staff. Just so YOU know, most people that steal are the middle aged women in your stores.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and courteous. I drive farther to go to this store because the location closer to me does not provide this level of service.

I bought my Christmas tree from them, the lady on the cash was very sweet and helpful. Although no coupons were applicable she found a way to help me find a coupon and get a discount on my purchase. Another lady helped me bring the tree to the car. It is the right place to buy Christmas stuff.

This store has a everything to get started on any projects but if you want a wider selections of options or brands, like for scrapbooking or sewing, then youll have to shop elsewhere. Store is clean and brightly lit. You can find the clearance section at the back of the store, behind the kids crafts section. I dock a star because their bathroom is dark and dingy. It can really use an update and deep cleaning.

The place is packed with almost everything you need for the hobbyist. Except for the items we needed. I still highly recommend them for your projects 👍

This Michaels is great. Ive been to many of their locations and this is by far my favorite. Their employees are all very kind and always make sure to greet you. The layout of their store is very easy to figure out and it is always well organized.

Almost always walk out of there with something in my tote bag!!! Love the yarn selections! They also have great choices for iron on decal/patches, and beads!!!!
