Great drive thru service and friendly worker

Friendly staff but they must have made my coffee extra extra hot because it burnt the inside of my mouth so bad I was almost in tears. Thanks for that, Starbucks. You are truly the McDonalds of coffee.

This specific Starbucks on the corner of N Cole and Fairview in Boise is really great. Very respectful, efficient and professional staff. Waiting times in drive-through are pretty short.

Friendly staff. Drinka have consistent Starbucks quality. Dont buy the sausage bacon wrap. It is a potato and egg wrap with a hint of bacon and sausage.

Love my Starbucks!No matter which I visit or where I am - they are CONSISTENT.The staff are very polite yet fast, and us ually will remember names which is impressive.However some locations are certainly better than others...This one was just okay - usually will get less drink which is irritating.For instance my 20oz drink doesnt fill my 16oz mug because they do so much foam.Even with that negative, it is still my favorite coffee shop.Consistency is key.Overall: 8/10

Ebbey was hands down the most pleasant Starbucks employee that I’ve met. She is the type of refreshing customer service we needed after a long hot drive in the truck on our road trip. Also, the other stuff were very nice and this Starbucks location is very clean 👏👏👏❤️ Drinks tasted great!!🤘🏻

Typical Starbucks: clean, efficient service, and quality food and beverages.

Not very organized. I ordered 3 things and got 2. Ordered the third item again and had to go back up to the counter to ask where my item was after waiting an additional 10 minutes.

The two pretty, blond baristas kept pulling off their masks when they were at the espresso machine. It didnt make me feel too comfortable when one of those drinks was passed thru the window to me. Although my latte did taste good.

So this review should have been 1 star. My coworkers and I stopped in during a trip. The original barista that helped us was extremely rude. You could tell that us coming in was an inconvenience to him. I asked him about a sandwich in the deli case and what it is called. He responded by saying I dunno. They all look the same from here. The same sandwich is question had mold on it. I wasnt going to make a big deal but I just wanted to let him know. He lied and said that it wasnt mold, but pesto. Trust me, This was mold. I cant mention him by name because he wasnt wearing a name tag, and the receipt doesnt have his name on it.However, another employee Abby who we also got to deal with was amazing. She was super friendly and definitely made us feel welcomed. I suspect she noticed the poor treatment we received from her co worker, and made her best effort to take care of us. Abby deserves a 5 star review. Because of her I am going to give this Starbucks a 3 star review to average out the experience.

Great find while in route to Portland. Allowed me to stop and get a few hours of work done but the staff was interesting... I love saying “hi” to people who don’t even make eye contact with you when you are speaking, forget about a proper greeting. How hard is that?Anyways, the space was nice, clean although albeit busy. Stayed 4-5 hours and glad to have stumbled on this location.

Matt was a very rude employee. He didn’t tell us how much we needed to pay and when he gave our money back he slammed it down on the counter. He was disrespectful and not helpful.

Very poor experience with one worker. Older, white hair, glasses. He’s VERY rude and does nothing but make you feel unwelcome. I DO NOT recommend this location. All the girls are very sweet but the older guy is not worth going there

Amazing service and with a smile on their faces!! The La Grande Starbucks did a wonderful tribute for my son in February with his favorite iced coffee and a warm cheese danish....discounted of course, for family. Just ordered a pile of cheese danishes and will enjoy them with coffee in my sons honor at a family reunion in late June. Exceptional staff! They have blessed us beyond every expectation!! Thank you all!!

Great staff!! I go at least once a day (I know expensive, but well worth it!) They actually know me and know what I drink and make it perfect every time. Its comforting going through and actually talking to one another as if we were best buds! Way better than Dutch Bros and Sorbs.

Popped in for a cold drink, on a hot day. Didnt disappoint. Clean well stocked except for the topping on the special drink we wanted.But, second choice was fine.Cheers

Tried to sit out side, there was a yard care guy that showed up blowing dirt and leaves all over the place. Very rude. Not sure why this wasnt done after hours.There new furniture and seating are very uncomfortable, your better of sitting on a tree stump. Take a cushion.

Always treated great, greeted by name. Everyone who works here does a fine job, even the new hires during their learning phase. Good espresso.

I go here a LOT and have only ever had issues with the older guy that works here. He is so unfriendly and rude that I dread when he is working. If he makes the drinks; you can be certain it won’t be made correctly. Everyone else has been friendly and makes customers feel welcome but this guy makes you feel like a bother and inconvenience.

We sat inside here on the couches and visited for a couple hours talking drinking our coffee enjoying ourselves none of them seem to have minded that we were even there makin conversation.

We travel all over the Lower 48, and this is our favorite coffee spot, by far! Excellent service! Friendliest baristas with excellent knowledge of their entire menu!

We humans are accustomed to this establishments good service and high quality beverages. Its very comforting to know theres a Starbucks to drink and relax at. I noticed a high number of flies in this location. I highly recommend they implement an increase in trash cycles.

Barista took longer than normal for how few people were there. They put two drinks out for me, but failed to put the other too and let them sit next to the espresso machine. All were very nice.

I am bow hunting in the local area and came to use their wifi, they were closed so I decided to sit in my truck and work on my paperwork. I work with people that have intellectual and learning disabilities. I was sitting in my vehicle working on my paperwork for the state and then two police officers showed up and asked me what I was doing. They said that they received a call from the employees inside who were concerned for their safety.I wonder if I wasnt an African American if this wouldnt have been an issue?I will never support this Starbucks again.

This Starbucks is a great Starbucks the staff is wonderful they listen to what you need the only thing that disappointed us was seeing all the mugs that were from different countries or States they had to be taken down by the corporate office and I think this was unfair because they had a huge supply of mugs from all over the world and it was so wonderful just to look at those.

20180605 - Return for morning coffee and WiFi. The store has new hours!20180503 - Small Store but at least it is not in a grocery.Not too many seats, but ample electrical plugs. Ok on parking.Full menu except for the salad.

Local Starbucks. The crew is courteous and prompt, the coffee is good but the prices are high, as is typical for Starbucks.

The elderly barista was very unwelcoming and seemed very annoyed when trying to make an order, when one of her friends walked in she was super energetic and welcoming to him. Did not appreciate her service but other baristas that made our drinks were very nice!
