I appreciate the Covid safety practiced that had the inside seating area closed to the public. That said, it did leave the very windy deck for my friend and I to sit on. My steamer was warm on a day that hot would have been very welcome, otherwise I’d have rated this a 5 star.

The ladies here have always treated us kindly and are just so very respectful. Best coffee house in the area! I personally get the Americano with 4 sugar packets and a little half and half lol or green tea with honey.

One of the best standard Mochas Ive had. Enjoyed the morning sun on the porch on our way to Portland. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I went here and ordered French vanilla coffee. I asked for whipped cream. They never gave it to me, and their service was poor nearly 30 minutes the girls give us our drink. Much love but wouldn’t go again- Mrs Karen 420

Baked goods were not as good as expected.

Ive always loves sorbenots coffee until yesterday. They have me the wrong size drink I asked the girl was rude. We went there today because my car was getting worked on waited on the deck after calling in to order and they took 5 cars orders while my girls and I sat in the heat!!!! Never will I go back!!!

I rarely drink coffee, usually more of an energy drink guy. Went to get my fiancée an Irish Islander (?) a while ago, and I tried it on the way to drop it off. Ive been back to get them myself. Absolutely great!

Iced dirty chai with coconut milk was AMAZING. I had never been here before but they made the coffee exactly as I wanted it! When we pulled up they were already three cars in line and three more pulled in behind us. The barista came out and took our order by the (it was quick!) time we got to the window everything was taken care of and ready to go. Friendly and great service!

I am not normally one to leave reviews unless they are good ones. But I feel I have to leave one today. I have been going to Sorbenots for years, since they were just a little kiosk coffee shop in Red Apple. (I believe they were Stone Bros at that point) I have always had wonderful service and great tasting coffee for all those years. There was a time I would go there at least 3 times a day getting my fix. But lately, (since Heather has left) things have been hit or miss. Meaning, you dont get what you order half the time, either you get charged for 1 size and get another or you dont get the coffee you order, or you order multiple things and you dont find out until u get to the window, that a part of the order wasnt taken, (even tho it was repeated back to you) I have loved Sorbenots for years, I really dont want to go elsewhere because I am loyal to them, so Im trying to give chances. So I hope things will change. I think there needs to be a bit more training maybe with the young girls that work there now. And attention to detail is key. I understand that nobody is perfect, and Mistakes are gonna be made, but the mistakes should be learned from. I will continue to give my business to them...for a while longer. But if things dont change, I am going to have to seriously consider going elsewhere. I really hope things get better, cause writing this review makes me sad when its towards a business that has treated me so well for so many years. 😔

It was a stressful day and I wanted a half hour away from my phone, so I went for a drive and decided to stop here. I forgot that my phone case is my wallet, so I asked them if they take checks (which they dont). She said, You look like youre stressed. Your drink is on me today. I truly appreciated her concern and kindness. I dont have very many days like that, and that definitely made my day so much better. Thank you!

You want some liquid Nitro? This coffee will make you float and swear a god charged you with a blessing. Fair warning, wait times can be rough and I wish it didnt have such a short drive thru as three cars deep requires you to park in the middle of the road.

Yep. This is THE coffee spot, with quick service, cherry baristas / bro-istas. Yummy specials and good prices. They also go out of there way to support local advocacy and I hear they treat employees fairly.

I really like this place. They make really good hot drinks, just remember to add an extra flavor shot when its hot. You can get it cooled if you like that, and they have a bunch of good flavors, with a wide variety of milks and styles at a fair price. Im absolutely in love with their frozen/iced style of coffee as it tastes just like a milkshake. My only downside to picking here is if your in a rush in the early mornings I suggest you plan out a little extra time but its worth the extra few minutes. They only have parking for maybe 3-4 cars to park but they have a wonderful sitting deck and a drive-thru option. Fully ramped for wheelchair access and they offer stamp reward cards.

Best coffee everSo I have to edit my post 😔. Normally I order the banana lavender cremosa or a caramel spiced chi latte. They changed their banana flavor and its just not the same at all now. Hopefully they didnt change anything on the Carmel Chi. The quality and flavor is the whole reason I come here.

Took my order and forgot to charge us for our drinks. I went in to pay for my drinks and asked the barista for a rewards card and she told me my number was too much to remember for her and to try again next time. this was a couple weeks ago and have not stopped by since. Really enjoyed sorbs for their service before.

Morning crew is great, however after first shift good luck. Especially weekends, often so bad couldnt drink it. For over 15yrs. saw someone clean the steamer once. Im no longer going to Sorbenots.

The coffee is....ok. The service was sad. Seemed pretty obvious that the employees didnt want to be there or have us there.

Good coffee and great service. Parking can be tight especially for larger and high profile vehicles. There is plenty of street parking for oversize vehicles. Bathroom inside is not sized for wheelchair and is very cramped. Prices reasonable.

The drove through was super slow this morning. 1.75 for a small scone was a bit much.Maybe it was just a badd day I hope so

We (my whole family) love Sorbenots Coffee! There are other well known coffe places here but we have tried them ALL and we keep going back to Sorbenots. The service is ALWAYS great EVERY TIME. The coffee menu is extensive and delicious. I would highly recommend this place. I know u will enjoy it!

A great small town coffee house in Ontario! It is worth the trek from the freeway to stop and get coffee. Word to the wise for rvs or larger vehicles, stick to on street parking as the lot is small. The coffee is amazing. I suggest the blended Bob Marley which has coconut and white chocolate. Also of interest is the b 52 and the sinful mocha. Anything they serve is good

I had to give this place five stars which I dont usually do, cuz I came in for a few items and it was such a welcoming place that it felt like I had already paid and I drove off not realizing that I didnt pay and the lady didnt realize either and after I got back on the freeway I had a realized and so I called in and was trying to give her my credit card information and she just waved it bean bag it wasnt fully my fault because we both didnt realize and so I didnt have to pay and I really appreciated that I thought that that was very kind and the coffee and food was great by the way
