I love love love the store wish they would have asked me before my purchase if I wanted to apply for a credit card so I could have saved 15% off but Ill always go back to the store they have great kids clothes wish they had more for plus size but I will survive. I still love the place

Bealls offers quality clothing at fair prices. The staff members have always been friendly and are quick to greet each customer. We are lucky to have this apparel store in La Grande.

Great savings but whomever was in charge this morning, after she told an assortment to do something and she didnt. She still would not honor price.

Prices are ABSURD. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Great place to shop if its 1984, youre a 95 years-old mining heiress, and looking for over-priced, common, uninteresting products that you can buy at ANY other shop for less money. Otherwise, head to literally any other local store or just go online - they have better selection, prices, and more attentive staff. How does Bealls even survive on this business model in 2017?! Doesnt really make sense...

Andrea and McKenna were REALLY RUDE at checkout and I probably won’t come again before they move to Boardman... I came in earlier today and was greeted my a nicer young girl but I guess that shows that all the staff isn’t that nice.

They always have some kind of sale going! Ive used coupons Ive gotten in the mail to get up to $20 off items!

Okay so the clothes for my kids are always on sale, which is great! The manager has zero patience for children. Every time she is there, she tries to control my children with passive, snide comments. I thought this was a family store!

I have always had very friendly and helpful customer service. I seldom buy anything that isnt on sale, so I am glad they have a lot of sales!

The cashier girl was rude and unhelpful. Which I intend to call the head office since my mother is handicapped with a Walker and to have some one treat us this way was not acceptable ever.
