They were super fast with same day delivery, however this is not exactly what I ordered. I expected it to look like the picture and they didn’t include the grapes. The ladies that helped me were very nice and I will go back, but I am a little disappointed it was not what I expected.

Had a last minute order about an hour before closing on 10-2-21 and the Store employee could of said No since it was last minute but she gladly took my order and made it perfectly. Made the celebration that evening even sweeter. Thank You.

Delivered within hours of placing my order. Attentive delivery service keeping me up to date. Got the chocolate dipped pineapples and my partner lowved them.

First experience was terrible. Decided to give it another shot. Extremely terrible service. Ordered months ago, called to confirm my order day of, never received order. My anniversary is ruined and it looks like I didn’t plan a gift. This is not the first time this has happens at this location. They have officially lost my business. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Wish I didn’t give it another shot. If you want what you order don’t order from this location. I order edible arrangements for all my friends allOver the United States, this is the only location this this has happened to me at.

I ordered my arrangement on 3/23/21, and told it would be delivered by 5pm. It was my sister’s birthday and she would get off work at 5:30. At 4:40 I began checking the website to track my order and it stated ‘arranging’, so I called, and was told that it may not make it in time, not knowing that the store closes at 5pm, I said ‘ok I’ll wait a lil longer in desperate hopes of delivery. So I called the store again- at 5:15pm, got the answering machine and so I left a message to re-deliver in the morning the following day. I called the following day at 10am, as I talked to the lady who answered, there was No mention of hearing my message or receiving it. I had to ask her to re deliver again !! I would have appreciated a phone call to tell me ‘what happened to my order, or a follow up with me as soon as the store opened. Bad customer service !!!!!!! Next time I’ll do curbside so there’s No delivery issues. I was told I’d receive a $10 delivery refund, but that does Not compensate for missing a birthday !!!! 🤬 I will Not be recommending this store in Kyle tx. Unsatisfied customer 😡 . What store closes at 5pm while deliveries are still being delivered ?

The service is always over the top. Today, they were able to put together an order in less than 2 hours. The service always exceeds my expectations. Truly amazing!

They didnt deliver my daughters arrangement for her birthday. I depended on the Kyle TX store to deliver on the day of her birthday since I couldnt be there due to COVID. I expect a full refund! Irresponsible!

This company is AMAZING! I have called them twice now with a last minute, same day delivery and they always make it happen! The staff is incredibly nice and they make whatever your occasion is, that much more special. The arrangements always look nice and taste great as well. Thank you guys for always coming through for me!

I have used Edible Arrangements in Kyle several times and have always been pleased with their excellent customer service and quality of their product. I have purchased arrangements for marketing and business as well as for my family to celebrate at events like birthday parties. I highly recommend them!

I called in advance yesterday(5/11/19) to the store I ordered my purchase from to let them know my mother would NOT be home between 12pm-4pm on 5/12/19. The lady assured me that they would be able to deliver the item either in the morning or late evening and it should not be an issue. Today, I find out from my mother that they attempted to deliver during the time she was NOT home. I called the store to resolve the issue, per Adam, the store manager was anything but helpful. He was plain rude about the whole situation as if it was my problem and not his. He went on to try and lecture me about how busy they were today and out of 121 deliveries mine was the ONLY ONE that was not delivered. Now my I have a angry mother to deal with on Mothers Day. Adam did issue a refund but expressed that he was relieved to refund and then throw away the bouquet I purchased. I have never had an experience with edible arrangements like this before. You need to re-think Adam as a store owner! Do not purchase a delivery from this store (Kyle, TX)!

I love this store. Wonderful people, but I worried about the newbies. Yesterday was a long wait, thanks for the freebie. Today I pointed at the summer specials, but, because I didnt have the exact fruit on the poster, I didnt get the discount. Makes you wonder.

Saturday before Fathers Day and a specialty store advertising for Fathers Day should be open at their correct time of 9AM. I was there and ready to go in and buy at 9:15AM...where were you? The door was locked, the OPEN sign was off, and the lights were off. Bad business ethics! HEB got my $30.00+ of business. I probably wont be back.

Worst experience I have ever had with this company. Waited over two hours AFTER the time frame that was given to deliver the arrangement. Manager didn’t offer a refund, and the only excuse they could give was “traffic.” Very rude over the phone. Will not be ordering from here again. Poor customer service definitely lost a customer who orders almost every holiday and then some.
