Racist store! horrible experience, saleslady refused to sell Irish Cream (!) because of safety reason - which she never explained what she is talking about. she put that Irish Cream under the table and she said that I can pick it up tomorrow ? She heard my foreign accent and she refused to sell liquor to me and to my friend and in the same time she sold liquor to other people in the store. She treated us with so much disrespect, like we were drunk? We are not drunk !!! Saleslady just refused to make a sale because of our accents? or she didnt like our foreign faces or clothing? I dont know. Terrible experience - thats why I suggest to stay away from that store and especially from this racist saleslady.

Only allowing 4 people in the store at a time, sad. Average selection, gave a bonus star because prices were better then other places.

Such a great variety of liquors, however they are limited on beer stock so u might have to make 2 stops. One to this liquor store and one to HEB next door if ur looking to have guests!

8/28/14 My husband shops at Twin Liquors in Kyle and I stopped by to pick up a bottle of scotch. I got into a great conversation with Kristen (new store manager) and she was really helpful - so helpful that she told me about the $1 sale coming up in a few weeks. She said she would be happy to set aside a really special bottle of scotch so I could get the savings. I will be back!

These people are very courteous. They instantly acknowledge you when entering the store and they are very competitively priced if not less expensive than the competition.

That fat lady is very very rude. She needs to be fired. She’s had a rough life for sure. Fat bald guy quite rude as well. Overpriced as well.The store across the street is much better.Dude with long hair in the glasses is a class act though.

This was my normal store. I got off work stopped to deposit my check and then the liquor store. Knew it was close but I was hoping to make it. 859. Travis holds the door for the girl in front of me and pulls it closed in my face. Guess I was dirty from work and she was cute. We is just acrost the street Ill go there from now on.guess they have travis to thank for that.

They have everything here and its great to go when they have sales and they are always having sales!

Staff make customers feel uncomfortable. Their attitudes are unprofessional. Always have different people that dont know their own rules.

Friendly staff, nice selection, I can never park close and I use a cane which is why I gave 4 stars because of parking.

Tried to shop here tonight wearing a full protective face shield as Ive been doing elsewhere. Sign on the door says face covering required. Mariah told me I had to have a mask on. I have a medical condition and am not advised to wear a mask. The store still refused me service and refused to reasonably accommodate me.I guess Mariah didnt read the store policy which states, ... We are requiring masks/facial coverings be worn by anyone entering any of our establishments, including customers, vendors and employees. A shield is a face covering.My husband told Austin, that they were the only store that refused service to me for wearing a face shield rather than a mask. Austin argued with him and eventually told him, Well if you if dont like it, no one is making you shop here.Patrons waiting in line were incredulous that they refused to let me shop for that reason.There was absolutely zero attempt at good customer service made by Austin or Mariah.

This location had a pretty good selection of Bourben and Whiskey, and if you go on Fridays or Saturdays they have some fairly good special pricing.

Id like them to have more craft beers but otherwise I enjoy shopping there

I went to Twin Liquors in Kyle to purchase 2 gift cards for $50 each. I asked if I could write a check for my purchase and the manager, Mike, said he would not take a check for over $50. I asked if I could purchase the cards separately and write two checks. He said he could take a credit card or cash. I did not want to use my credit card for the purchase, but since I couldnt write a check, I reluctantly agreed. Before he could ring me up, I changed my mind about the purchase and left the store. Realizing that there is not another liquor store nearby, I went to an ATM and withdrew enough cash to pay for my purchase and went back to the store. I told Mike that if there were a Specs within a reasonable distance, I would certainly be taking my business there. Mike then proceeded to offend me by saying that I raised several red flags with him in my attempt to make a purchase in his store. He said that I tried to pass off a check with an address on it that was not mine and refused to show him my ID (he never asked to see my ID). I moved from Austin to Kyle one week ago and have not had time to order new checks. Then he accused me of trying to use a credit card with a name other than my own on it. The card had my husbands first name on it, and we share a last name. He also accused me of trying to juggle money around to make the purchase because I decided to change the amount of the gift cards to $25 each so I could write a check (this was before he realized my new address was not on the check). I should have told Mike to stick his gift cards in his ear and walked out. I will never do business with Twin Liquors again.

My husband and his family go there all the time to get stuff. BUT when my mother In law and I went last time, we had the rudest incounter with an employee. We were checking out and she asked us for both of our ID’s(I understand me but not my mother In law) so my MIL kindly asked “do you really need to see mine?” And the lady checking us out said “I don’t waste my words.” Like what?! How rude can you be? She could’ve just said “yes ma’am I do” but no. I DONT WASTE MY WORDS is not a good answer. I haven’t gone back since and I actually go to the place across the street near mama fu’s They have a better selection anyway and the staff is much nicer.

Racist too.they refused to sell me alcohol because I have a matricula which is a Mexican id given to Mexicans here in texas.they claimed because I didnt have an accent or looked Mexican my id was fake and it isnt this is the only place I have ever had this issue. They were very rude and unprofessional.
