Target is always a very friendly and clean store. I wish that they would put a sale ad out in the newspaper,I don’t live close to a Target. Are used to work right across the highway from a target and where I live there was one not too far from me but then they moved it to the other side of town so I don’t get to go that often because I don’t know what they have on sale or anything like that I retired so I’m not working across the road

We always get offered help by employees on the floor and everyone who works here is so kind and attentive. What I REALLY appreciate is that the employees (especially at checkout and Starbucks) hear me encouraging my 5 year old to try to order and/or pay for our stuff so she can get used to how the process of paying for something works and when we do this we are met with extreme patience from the employees. They even smile at her and speak to her during the entire transaction! This has happened with several cashiers and employees and I really appreciate that from them because my intention was to prepare her for when she starts going to school and has to buy lunch when we aren’t there to guide her. Thank you all so much for being the absolute best neighborhood Target we could ever hope for!

Who doesn’t love Target? However, when the customer service is so poor, you don’t go back to the same store. Major attitude problem with Lizette in drive up customer service. I’ll never understand why people who are so unnecessarily negative towards others are placed in a customer service role. Sigh.

This target has the friendliest and most helpful employees. Specifically Josey in cosmetics and Gilbert in electronic. They just have great personalities and go above and beyond to be helpful. The kind of employees I would want working with me.

Lets face it, I love Target! There are few of their locations that I havent had a successful shopping trip in. I never have an issue at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And most importantly, the store is always clean.

Overall a normal target experience, but it you plan on using the pickup or drive up option just expect its a 50% chance one or more item is going to be out of stock. Items have been canceled on my orders when it shows 6-8 in stock of something random, so database apparently is not very accurate.

We lives in austin. Target kept tv in online and all that it is in store so we drove all the way from austin to kyle, after we went there they says its unavailable. We are very disappointed with customer service as they should always update everything quickly . We wasted almost 2hrs drive for it

I had several errands to do and was in a crunch, we only get up and up wipes for our daughter because they are extremely gentle on her but it’s such a hassle for me to get my baby out and back into the car just to purchase one item not to mention getting her through the store and getting our without compromising our later commitments. I love this Target, their employees go an extra mile to satisfy customer needs. I once needed a small bottle of castor oil but could not find it so I went ahead and asked for help and a worker named Melissa helped me look for it but we both couldn’t find it so she ended up ordering it at the nearest target, I eventually got my item the same day. :)

When are they going to get new dollar spot items. It’s been the same junk for months. No one is going to buy the remainder things. They virtually had no Halloween items and I’m hoping the school stuff will finally be gone around Christmas time.

Target is always a fun place to go and a place where I can find cute items whether it is clothes or makeup. They have a great variety and all the employees at this Target have always been accommodating. They answer any questions I have and help me find the items I am looking for. So, glad to have one so close by.

My bachelorette party was two weeks ago and I was searching for some makeup to wear. I was greeted by the sweetest beauty assistant, Josey. I told her what I was looking for and why, and she walked me through the whole makeup section, helping me pick out foundation and lipstick. She was so patient and kind, and offered samples to try on so I had just the right look for my party. Thank you for helping me look fantastic on my big night, Josey!!

Great store and the employees are exceptionally professional. Jeremy in electronics had plenty of patience while answering all my questions about getting a new TV. He even told me about big sale items I missed on the cartwheel app. I always feel like hes looking out for me when I go in.

I like the fact that Starbucks is inside target and you can get a coffee and drink it while you shop. I also like the snack bar for the kids so I can shop even if they are hungry or in need of a snack. Lately I found the softest blanket king size for a great price. I shop at target for any of the home foods we may need around the house. But I don’t really like the small grocery section.

The new drive up service is a great thought, but seems to only be perfected by the other stores that started similar programs before them. The app indicated that a team member was on the way to my car with the order but after 20 minutes no one came. After going to customer service the lady checked her tablet and then started apologizing. I understand being busy but if the one thing this service is supposed to do cannot be fulfilled then dont offer it.

The best part of this place is that it is close to where I live. It is pretty much like all the other Target stores as it has all the usual department sections and a grocery section too. The prices are not bad either for their own brand items. There is a Starbucks shop inside which is nice, but I dont drink coffee. I do like the pretzels and the soft drink selection and the prices are good for them also. The store is typically really clean and the staff is always helpful.

Yes, going to Target is always a great experience and that Starbucks idea inside the store is great... until you have to go to customer service. We didnt get a receipt, so they sent us to customer care so they could re-print one. We waited about 35 minutes and still no receipt, they kept on making excuses on why we couldnt get one. I mean its a receipt?!?! Anyway, we left with no receipt hopefully we dont have to return the jeans my husband bought.

I want to acknowledge a young man by the name of Marc in the Electronics department. After calling several stores in search of the Nintendo Switch bundle with no luck, I decided to take a chance and call this store. Marc in Electronics was able to help me over the phone by confirming price and availability. I heard Marc multi-tasking and assisting customers infront of him as I held on the line. He got back to me and apologized for my wait although its Black Friday and I didnt even hold for long! He told me that there was only one item left. Upon arriving at this store, Marc sold me the last console. I was very impressed by how Marc manned the whole department pretty much alone. Having worked retail in the past, I know its not easy especially during the holidays so I really appreciate Marcs help therefore I wanted to publicly recognize him. Thanks so much, Marc!

Target is very clean and well stocked but the service is a little slow and the prices are a little high.

When I picked up the shoes, they were not in a box, just a bag. It was immediately apparent that the shoes had been worn, as they were dirty...obviously a return. The girl checked and they were the only pair left in that size. I asked for a discount and she said she could only give a 10% discount. Since they were for my daughters 8th grade dance and we didnt have time to shop for new shoes i accepted the 10%, but felt it should have been more. Turns out the girl charged me full price!!! I asked her for a receipt to make sure I would get the discount but she said she couldnt charge it until after the item was picked up and I would get the receipt via email. As expected, she charge me full price! What a sorry scam. I will spread the word and NOT recommend Target, unless this is righted.

Yall have a better selection of the item Walmart failed to provide to my satisfaction and your prices on a certain other product are literally half of what Walgreens sold it for-all while still having a deal on said product, which now makes me an extremely high potential returning customer as yalls better prices with still good deals has had me stolen from Walgreens. I think target is freaking expensive compared to other stores. Only time I go there is when they have Pepsi products on sale 4 for 12 when others have them 3 for 10. All was going well, until my family and I needed help cleaning up a spill. The girl that was working in the electronics department this morning was very rude. I had approached her and asked her if she knew where any paper towels were, she didnt even look up at me or answer me. She just grabbed a small little sheet of paper towels, which felt like actual paper and didnt soak up any of the mess. Overall, I didnt want her to clean up my mess, but to be a little more helpful. She was just too busy completing her tasks, instead of focusing on the customer, very sad.

So tried of going in to this store and seeing ONLY ONE CHECK OUT OPEN!!! Three self check out open on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00 PM. There were about 7 to 9 people in line to check out. I dont even know how many for self check.

Horrible customer service. More concerned with selling customers on The Red Card than helping the line checkout faster. If you only have 2 lanes open on a Saturday, don’t push the sell of credit cards. If you feel the need to “make people aware of this promotion”, open additional lanes and help people that have unpacked their cart before servicing the rest of Target. If you have delayed someone from checking out due to the fault of needing to sell credit cards, first apologize for wasting their time in line to buy 5 times while saving the previous customer 5%. Then call a manager to personally follow up with someone that feels the need to open up a credit card at the very moment, instead of a usual person with common decency to do that on their own time. Then after spending 15mins helping that person, offer the same discount to the person that has been patiently waiting for the cashier to figure out what 5% is off the total and again apologize for wasting their time. Sorry sir, let me help you quickly get out of here. Instead of trying to fake pleasantries to further waste time, and in rage customers. Sales over servicing customer. Never again!!!!!!!

Its a Target. Its like pretty much all other Targets. It has some cool mountain laurels planted in the parking lot. I stay in the parking lot while my wife shops.

I love this Target but every time I walk in it never fails to smell like sewage. Not even in the bathroom....just when you first enter through the sliding doors. Should probably look into that.
