Just came near the shop, one of the workers showed up at my window yelling at me to move out of the streetWith no place to park, where Im supposed to park near! CVS?Bad experience without even stepping in the office.

We take all of our vehicles to this place and have been for several years. Even with complications, they have remained helpful and worked with us to get the issue fixed. We love the work they do and that they always have a smile for us.

This place was absolutely gotson theyre amazing theyre wonderful affordable I was broke down 5 hours away from home with a timing chain that busted under load I was stressed I was overwhelmed and leaned just to say heartbroken I had no idea what I was going to do stranded in a motel with a broke down vehicle so far from home they came to my rescue and then one day put my car back together they answered all my questions and Im sure that I bought the lady at the desk a little too much is it ready did he test it did he fire it over she was so patient so kind I absolutely recommend this place they are so amazing so amazing they are wonderful and the price was the cheapest I could come up with anywhere from where Im stranded in Buda Texas all the way to Dallas Texas I never found a place that was that affordable theyre amazing place thank you so much for your wonderful care for a stranded lady 5 hours from home thank you

I have taken more than one vehicle to 4-way, and as long as I live close enough, 4-way is the only auto shop getting my business. My vehicle never breaks down with the same issue after going to 4-way, and their prices are extremely competitive. They also finish work on your vehicle quickly. Good people and good work!

They open at 8 but auto inspections do not begin until 9 AM. Mr. Cisneros an extremely pleasant business man offered to go ahead and do my inspection. Quick and excellent service! I took my car in to get the a.c. fixed, window fixed, and temperature sensor replaced. They had it ready the very next day and for a good price! Will be coming here again for future repairs!

Had a cross threaded lug from dealership carelessness. After much HARD work they removed the lug nut and bolt after three other shops could not. Thank You 4-Way!

For the past three years 4 Way has taken care of our cars. I am completely satisfied and trust John and Karen to treat me fairly and reasonably. They have not disappointed me. If something goes wrong they make it right.

I had My mother in laws car worked on and prepped for her return to OH. they did the brakes, fixed the screaming ac belt that she had taken to another place several time without success.. Service was good, quick and she had no issues with the car since. I was happy she was happy.

These guys were great, my total repairs were $150 LESS than the estimate, when does that ever happen? Very honest, courteous and trustworthy shop - the repairs took a little bit longer to complete but I feel confident that the work was done correctly and will take all my vehicles here in the future.

I was a routine customer there for many years dealing with many vehicles from Ford trucks to Hondas before I moved away. Ill alway recommend John and Karens 4Way Auto service: fair and honest, which is rare these days.

Family owned business but not fast.

Took my 1998 4-cylinder Honda prolly year ago, told me heads are bad need resurfacing, $1500,year later #1 cylinder bad,they should would have seen it when taking it off BUT $1500 sounds better to them!! Recently my dads truck needs a engine, small truck, waited and waited, finally call back after 2 weeks later,lady in office says $4-4500,give- or- take, call another shop $3300 out the door,you do the math,lol...if they find out its something you really need,THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE,sad!!!

Very courteous staff and the service was great. I never felt that I was trying to be upsold and I was in and out in no time. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

So here is the deal, these guys are not crooks and they are nice people and good service. But! that doesnt mean they are competent.Took my car in to them on a recommendation, they took a bit too long to fix the problem, but not unreasonable. Then I had to take it in again as soon as I got the car back because they didnt reset the lights on the dashboard, that took them weeks to fix!Here is the kicker... car broke down 3 months later and literally everything they fixed is broken.They did give me a new seat-belt and that still works but when they installed it they scratched all the plastic up and got grease all over the interior.so cant fix a tail light and an IAC valve... need a new fan belt or something simple they can probably do it.

I had been to three different shops with a problem with my a.c I took it to four way and after they diagnosed my vehicle were able to fix my problem I’m soo glad that with these one hundred degree days they were able to resolve my issue thanks so much!!!!

Horrible experience! Went in for one thing and apparently now my compressor is blown out, when it was blowing out cold air when we took it in. When stating this to the mechanic, he rudely replied, So you say. We took it to another mechanic and explained our problem, he said, Where did you take it first? I said, 4 way stop. He said, Oh, theyve been actually giving us a lot of business lately, people have been complaining about them. I will NEVER take my business to 4 way stop again.

Worst experience ever. I will never go here again. I brought my car in for an estimate around 10am. They said that theyd give me a call after lunch. After not hearing any thing from them, I finally called them at 4:30pm (they close at 5). I asked the lady that answered if anyone had a chance to check out my car and she said, If they had, they would have called you. Her tone was very condescending. I continued to ask if therewas any update at all. She said shed have the mechanic call me back. THREE DAYS LATER, I call back again and ask what the diagnosis was, THEY STILL HADNT THE SLIGHTEST OF A CLUE! Another 2 days passes, I give them a call again (these people SUCK at communication) and they said they fixed it.... I was surprised because I specifically asked for an estimate and then they told me that all they did was decarbonize and change a spark plug. THE SPRK PLUG WAS BRAND NEW. LESS THAN A WEEK OLD!!!! Grand total..... $200!?!?!?! This is a great place to go if you want ripped off..... thanks for nothing.....

We wanted to stay local. Our vehicle broke down and we didnt want to repair it but they convice us said this is all it would need and it would be good. We gavethem $1800 to fix our head gasket. Not even a month later our vehicle was totally disabled like it had to be towed the 1 mile to their shop. Our vehicle has been there 4 months and they havent looked at it. Its been there so long I took it off insurance. We call every week but they always have an excuse. They told us they would look at it that week 2 months ago.

I like these guys for inspections and repairs. Really close by and friendly. 👍

Feb. 12I received a costly timing belt and water belt change and over time the oil leaks worsened. I took it to another shop only to discover it was standard practice to exchange camshaft and crankshaft seals during that operation. This resulted in a $500 expense that could have been avoided.
