This location and staff is top-notch. Best sales experience ever, and we left there lighter in the wallet but with a beautiful new ride and new friends. Wow.... Where do I start with this amazing dealership. On vacation from Wisconsin my brother-in-law had a flat rear tire and had to be towed in, as soon as they unloaded the bike the service department put it up on the rack and started working on his back tire immediately. I mentioned that my rear tire was low this morning and I added air, they checked my rear tire and come to find out I had a nail in my tire. The problem was that my tire size was on back order and hard to get. The parts department started making phone calls to several other dealership to locate one. After locating one over and hour and half away the incredible owner of this dealership took it upon himself and went and picked the tire up, and as soon as he got back the service department had it on in no time. They could had easily said to me sorry we don’t have one. Talk about going above and beyond all means to keep my wife and I safe and our vacation as enjoyable as possible. Thank You so much to the owner and all the great employees of this amazing dealership for everything you did for us!!!!

Service dept rude and very unfriendly. Seem as customers are a burden and inconvience.The owners response below is entirely inaccurate. First off, I never asked for technical advice. Second, Never said all they wanted to do was take my money. Never once expected anyone to stop doing their job to acomodate me. As for being extremely busy, the counter man to whom I was addressing was sweeping the floor while I was talking to him.As for what happened. I had a stuck bearing race, in which a normal bearing puller would not work, ( which I have removed several, using various techniques) but was having more than normal issues with this one. So, I was in the vicinity and out of curiousity I called and asked what they use. The counter guy told me they had a special l tool they use just for this. I told him I was near and would stop by if I could see it.When I stopped in (about 10 min. after phone call) The guy at counter said he did not talk to me, which he admitted later he was, so I asked him If I could see what special tool they use. That was it. All he did is act like he had no idea what I was asking. I did not know it was such a secret. I would hate to think that the quality and skills of my mechanics rely on secret tools. Then the other guy comes out and kept telling me to just bring it in and that they start at $55 an hour, and how would I like it if people come in my place of buisness and bombard me with questions.I did not bother any mechanic, nor hold up any customers, it was close to quitting time and all I wanted was to see what they use. This is something that I have done several times over the years and never had an issue. Most have been very helpful and generous with their knowledge and expertise. However, this is the first (and last) time I have called on the Clinton hwy dealer.Never said I was entitled to anything nor do I believe that under any circumstance. I did say however that a man spends $40,000 on a bike that he should expect little courtesy. Not meaning they had to tell me their secrets, but instead of acting like they didnt know what I was talking about and keep telling me to bring it in, just say Hey man, sorry but we just cant do that.
While on an extended distance trip, I called around to see who had tires available. Knoxville Harley Davidson said come in and they will take care of it. While my tire was being installed, they recommended I take the Demo “ Pan American” for a test ride. The guys in the service department made me feel like a the most important person to come in that day!!! Dave & Nate are top notch and highly recommended!!!!

From Louisville and we stopped in Knoxville HD on 17 Oct 20 to have the service department look at a low tire. Nice place. Came in an hour before their closing time needing a front tire for my bike. They had one in stock, worked me in, and had it mounted and balanced, while I looked around upstairs, in less than a hour. Done a great job.
Im sadden at the lost of Jessica she was such a kind person who always had a smile on her face and she always encouraged everyone who came in contact with her. Great experience with them. I live close by, had a wreck on my Harley, so had my insurance company take it to them.They had my bike fixed pretty quickly. As soon as the insurance company sent them the check work started.I’m still injured and cannot ride. I called them trying to straighten out who was picking up my bike, and they delivered it for free to me and parked it for me.Great service and Otis kept me informed while work was going on.
Excellent care and customer service! Bought an older low mile bike online last fall and took it in to get some basic service. being new to harley I thought I was getting another fleece job from a dealer when they told my about all the gaskets being dry rotted from the bike being in storage for years.kind of naivety on my part so after I talked on phone to Manager I let them do their thing. picked up bike and drove for a couple of days and realized that something wasnt right bike was sputtering and locking up randomly. Got it back to them and turns out the fuel filter gasket was bad also, they took it in that day and fixed it free of charge in a couple of hours. bike rides amazing now. thanks guys

I found the Harley Davidson Store and Staff extremely friendly and helpful! While in pursuit of a new coat, ( Nikki ) retained a coat until I was able to get there! While I was eager to purchase the coat, she encouraged me to try a second one! That one fit much better, and she was very honest with me comparing the two, and suggested that that not pursue the first, since the second was a better fit! Her honestly and friendliness are quite praiseworthy! I really appreciated that! Thank you Harley Davidson of Knoxville TN, you made a New Yorker feel very welcome.

I was recently returning home from Run For The Wall and I needed a 10,000 mile service. The service department was extremely professional and helpful! I would like to acknowledge and thank David Grant, Eric Anderson and Nate Turner, the master technician who worked on my bike. They’re some of the best Harley Dealership employees I’ve worked with over the years. Nate performed a very thorough service on my bike and explained ever part of it to me. All three individuals are also veterans who served in the Marine Corps, Navy and Army. Thank you guys for your service and for taking care of my Road Glide!

I checked out several dealerships and all these guys were the best. Everyone was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Rodeo & Chef helped me with my purchase but all the guys and ladies were there to help and spend time talking to me. The other dealers were more interested in selling their parts and gift items but this is a true riding dealership.

I was traveling from Texas and was visiting Knoxville to get my normal souvenirs, a shirt and poker chips....stopped by Harley of Knoxville and was greeted at the door by Nikki, she knew exactly what I was looking for; she did an outstanding job and even showed me all the items that were on sale and discounted, I walked out of the store with more than expected! My family and I really enjoyed our stop and Nikki made us feel at home... great job!

The whole Knoxville Harley-Davidson family of stores made my experience of buying a new bike as painless as possible. Sarah Thompson was my sales person, when she still worked at Bootleggers. When they didn’t have the exact bike I wanted she called the Clinton Hwy store and coordinated with them to have the bike transferred across town. She worked with me on getting a fair trade in price, and an excellent price on the new bike. I would highly recommend this family of stores and especially Sarah for your next Harley Davidson purchase.
On a long road trip and had some road debris break my front turn signal lens cover and bulb. Made a quick stop just before closing and they had me back on the road in 15 min. JD in the parts center quickly found the bulb I needed but they didnt have a lens cover. He called service and David was able to scavage one from another bike. David and Otis installed the bulb and cover and I was back on the road in no time. Great service and great attitudes! Bought a tee shirt to represent. Thanks guys.

J D Vincent has always been a great help. He always knows what part I need when buying something for my bike. His customer service is one reason why I only shop at this store. He has help on issues that had nothing to do with parts as well. His knowledge of bikes and the store as a whole is incredible. He is the first person I call when I have a question about anything Harley Davidson.
I had called HD of Knoxville and spoke with Tonya Pena about a Bluetooth helmet that would work with my bike stereo. She researched and emailed me back in no time. She was filled with knowledge. (After receiving wrong info from another HD dealer and a cycle shop). I made my purchase from tonya and will make the trip for my other needs. More HD dealers need people like Tonya. Thank you again.

My Goldwing died on me yesterday (Monday) my insurer called a tow service, the Honda Dealership on Clinton Hwy next to the Harley place, was closed. The towing agent took me to several places, all closed. We wound up at the Harley Dealership (they were open) told them our problem, they graciously agreed to take my bike overnight and roll it over to the Honda Shop the next day. I just wanted to say, the Harley personnel could not have been nicer and more helpful and its what I love about East Tennessee. Thanks guys!
Stopped by the Harley Shop on Clinton Highway, just to kind of check in, its been a while, so it was nice to see all the familiar faces. JD, DJ, Dile, Greg and the rest of you. JD fixed me up by ordering some touch up paint to fix a scratch that some SOB put on my back fender, assuring me it can be fixed, thus lowering my blood pressure to safer levels. but then I happened to look over by the womens clothing, and there be two gorgeous Rock Babes Kate and Rachel, who done this old reprobate the honor of letting me stand by them while they got their picture taken, so I had to go home and take some blood pressure medicine.well worth it, Ill try but, if I dont see you before Christmas, Merry Christmas to each of you. Hey folks,So I am relatively new to the motorcycle scene and in the last 6 months I decided I wanted an upgrade to a Harley. I bought it used and so it came with issues that decade old bikes tend to have. Unfortunately (in my experience at least) I’ve learned that people who have been riding and caring for their bikes for years and years can have a smugness and look-down-on-you attitude if you are not as knowledgeable or tenured as them (especially if you’re in your twenties). I usually don’t even get approached in showrooms because I am young. That being said, the staff of this Harley dealership is the most helpful, patient, kind, and generous I have encountered. They went completely beyond my expectations. In my first few visits they introduced themselves and wanted to genuinely know me and what I wanted in a bike. They walked me through the catalog of bikes, what the names of each bike meant, the differences in engine displacement, best uses and purpose of each bike, the history of each bike, and so much more. They did this when I was honest about not being in a position to purchase one at the moment. When I did buy a bike, (not from the dealership), brought it in for service and they explained everything they found and gave me different options for caring and maintaining my bike. They gave me the confidence to ask questions I had been afraid to ask before and never made me feel ignorant for not already knowing. Customer service is so important to me when it comes to things like vehicles, home repair, etc., and these folks have set the standard.
I want to personally thank you and your staff for your excellent service and the constant “can do” approach to exceeding customer needs. Your service, the quality of the work, and the consistently pleasant and positive attitude at Harley-Davidson of Knoxville have been second to none. Those qualities make it an absolute pleasure to work with you all.Also, I would like to extend extra appreciation to Otis, who took my order, and Nate, who provided the service and delivered my bike. Just left the Knoxville Harley Davidson Store, Great store and very well stocked with merchandise and Harleys. I really wanted a shirt from there and couldnt find my size. Jessie went out of her way to find me a shirt in the size that fit me good ( the shirts run so small, its a Harley thing.) She could tell me the shirts that run true to size and the ones that run a little smaller. Very pleased with the knowledge of Jessie and with this store. Also got a free poker chip with the map. We made a detour on the way back to Nashville and decided to get a new helmet. Jessie and Maleah were the 2 most helpful employees I have ever encountered at a Harley store. Kudos to you girls for your fantastic attitudes and attention to customer needs!

Doc and the rest of the Harley-Davidson of Knoxville crew are truly amazing. Have bought bikes from other dealers in the area and it was truly an eye opening experience into the HD Life. The customer service doesnt stop at the end of a sale. Went back a few days after we purchased a bike and Doc was quick to answer any and all questions, as well as the guys in the parts department. If HD would not be able to sell me on the bikes, HD Knoxville definitely would. With out a doubt, I will be purchasing another bike from HD Knoxville very soon.

What a great experience buying with Knoxville Harley. Ernie was my salesman and what a straight up kind of guy! He covered all the bases and left me with no unanswered questions and did me right!! I had some parts added on and J.D. was the man with all the knowledge of what would fit and what wouldn’t!! Nikki in apparel hooked me up with some cool gear! Lastly, Otis, David, and especially Eric did me right down in Service! They all took the best of care with my new bike but Eric treated like his own while turning the wrenches on it installing the new parts!!
