Great source for many options of fabrication!

Took a hydraulic scissor lift table to Industrial Fabrication around the 1st of Dec to fix the valve on the hydraulic cylinder that had stuck. After I called back to check on it, they quoted me $225 and said something about needing to weld up something. I called back to check on it again and they said it was ready. Went to their shop & picked it up paid the $225 & took it to my shop. It leaked oil on the shop floor. It didnt leak until they repaired it so I took it back where Jack told me that the factory seal wasnt available and the cylinder would continue to leak. He acted as though I should have known that it would leak. I asked to see his boss and Mack said that they would stand behind their work and would make it right. A few days later I called back & they said it was fixed so I went back & picked it up, took it to my shop, & again it leaked oil out again. I returned it and they said that if they could not repair it, they would refund my money.A few days later they called and said to come and pick up a check for $225 on the following Monday. When I got there, the table was raised to full height and appeared to not leak so I took the table back to my shop. It leaked again and now will not raise the table to the proper working level. Bottom line - I have to buy a new one...and Industrial Fabrication screens their calls & routinely says that who I am looking for is not there. They say that they will call you back but they never have. And I have given them lots of chances. Apparently I gave them $225 to damage my lift table where it cannot be repaired or used.
