Just a welcome home atmosphere; Ive never felt a more laid back atmosphere in a liquor store.Moreover the selection was superb, and its clean, and updated, and well lit... The lady working was very informed and seemed to be on top of things..I will be returning when Im on this side of town. Thank yall.. 😁 Cant wait to see the bourbon wall

Passed through on our way to the mountains to stock up. Great little spot and extremely friendly staff. Excellent store picks too with samples to boot. Keep up the great work 💪

If you believe that covid-19 is a hoax meant to damage small businesses and that wearing a mask causes more harm than good, then this is the liquor store for you. My wife and I (both wearing masks) were greeted in a sales aisle by an employee (no mask) who walked right up into our personal space and asked if we needed any help. We did not. She turned away and immediately started coughing, without a hint of irony. Luckily the younger employee at the register was wearing a mask (the only one out of three). We grabbed what we came for, paid, and left quickly, but I immediately regretted it. There are other liquor stores in town taking the health and safety of their employees and customers seriously.

Excellent salespeople. Very clean atmosphere and a gem of bourbon selections. East End has been added to my list of favorites to purchase for my bar stockpiling

Oh my gosh! The most friendly service for folks traveling. Easy off the highway. Called ahead and the gentleman had a case set out for us for a special beer they dont have in our state. And it was cheaper than weve seen elsewhere! Great selection of all spirits. No doubt where well stop next time we ever drive though.

Great selection. My traveling companion and I were having trouble with our rental car in the parking lot and the guys behind the counter came out and helped us. They were really nice and prices were great.

I needed Rock & rye for a hot toddy. I dont know enough about liquor to know what to buy. But the guy was helpful & fun to speak with . He didnt make me feel out of place. Ive also bought a beer for a marinade from there & he was most helpful.

I live in a dry county and have to drive a minimum of 8 miles in any direction to buy anything stronger than beer. I am more than happy to drive the 23 miles to get to this store! The staff is always happy to help and know a great deal about every product they carry and do not mind a bit to answer any and all questions you may have. They also carry some hard to find product and everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to all my friends!

I love going here! Great selection, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and the price is right! They even carry my purchase to the car if I might need a hand. Family and pet friendly!

Pulled in a little while ago, at about 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening. As i was getting out of the car, the guy working there tapes up a back in 5 note on the door and disappears into the back. He was literally looking at me when he taped up the note. Ok. Things happen. I understand bathroom breaks. BUT...10 minutes later, still no dude. 12 minutes later, he finally pops out and opens the door. Pretty long bathroom break. I called him on it. He said he didnt see me. There was no way he couldnt. I was parked next to the door. His explanation wasnt even the bathroom. Just that he had something to do in the back. The guy was all but running in place, behind the register. He was jerking around and couldnt stay still. Draw your own conclusions. I wouldnt want my mother in that store alone with him. Thats for sure. She lives close. I told her about my experience. She said that she had a similar one, and hasnt been back. Thats a shame. Never had a problem with the place until then. But some guy with scabs on him, jerking around behind the register just doesnt cut it. I will drive a couple miles further to go somewhere else.

One of several over priced liqour stores in the Knoxville and surrounding areas. DO NOT listen to the Under new management garbage the store wants you to hear. Dont waste your gas. Have been by many times and can assure you this is one of the higher priced stores around! I run a FB group that tracks and keeps a list of gouging stores and this one is on the list!

Excellent service and selection. I live in TX but I go out of my way to stop here when ever I am close. Great selection of high gravity beers and at very reasonable prices.

Pretty good selection, conveniently located off of the interstate. I was passing through and stopped and found some Bearded Iris that I was looking for.
