They have a very small selection of small bottles of booze but if youre into the high-end Liquors and wines this would be the place to go if youre in Knoxville downtown

This establishment is fullnof knowledge, hospitality, and a wonderful selection. Its my number one go to for alcohol.

Fantastic craft beer selection, and best is that it is almost all local beers, with a few interesting international selections also, a Korean rice beer? SOLD!!

A great place to shop for wine! Corks has a little of everything, hand selected by a knowledgeable staff and beautifully presented. Give any of the staff a few ideas of what you like and a general budget and let them help you pick something delicious. Stop by and see what they have available for tasting! The personal service is wonderful and the selection, while not enormous, covers a wide ranges of varieties, styles and prices. Something for everyone!

This place is amazing! The selection is wonderful and the staff is courteous. They have special tasting events and are helpful especially in making suggestions and allowing you to taste certain selections. Went in to check things out and left with $100 in product! Will be back!

A great selection of wine. A decent selection of craft beers with beers on tap available in growlers. The beer was a little pricey especially if you create your own six pack or want to try a single. They still have much better beer than what youll find at a grocery store.

While I can`t say too much about their wine selection, which looks extensive, I can speak about their selection of spirits. First off is the Gin, which is probably the best in town... Wait, let me back up and say this, while they might not have every spirit made, they have a more extensive selection of the spirits you actually want, than what most any other store in town would even think of carrying. Next, the Scotch, while not the largest selection in town, it is probably the next best selection short of one other store. However the staff at Corks can actually tell you about the different whiskies, instead of pointing and mumbling like many other stores. Oh, and their beer selection.. it is easily the best in town. They allow you to buy any beer as a single instead of having to buy a 6 pack of an unknown beer. Also, the open layout of the store is a real pleasure to shop in and just be around... clean, modern, beautiful.. what more could you want.

Ben was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us figure out the amount of alcohol and types we should order to fit within our budget for our wedding. He even got us in touch with a local distillery to help us with the signature drinks we wanted created.

A MUST in Old Downtown Knoxville!

Corks is by far the best place Ive been in Knoxville to buy wine. Every time I go in Ryan goes out of his way to help me find what Im looking for and has even ordered a wine I was looking for that they didnt already carry. If you already know a lot about wines or if you are looking for a place where you can get some good advice Corks is definitely a great place to go.

A wine & spirits store that says they offer a lot, but fails to provide what they say they offer. After several years of getting familiar with owners and management, seeing the high turnover rate of employees and store management, the repeated lack of respectful customer service over the years on special order requests, failure to provide updates on orders, and offering to make up for store shortcomings but never doing so, says a lot about the owners and how they instruct their employees to run the store. For instance, the new manager hire, made in mid September 2017, should be fired. The owners may want to consider hiring an anonymous consultant to evaluate and recommend how to improve management skills, employee dialogue with customers, and store procedures in order to provide the very best in West Knoxville and Farragut.

I stop here whenever Im in the area. Love their wine taps!

Every time I stop in, Im blown away by the knowledge and service from the staff. You can find better selection elsewhere, but these guys really know their stuff and are happy to chat and make recommendations. Im a whiskey guy, but I assume youll get the same level of expertise on wine and other spirits.

Wouldnt buy wine at any other store in Knoxville. Its refreshing and highly valued to have knowledgeable individuals selling wine in Knoxville. The daily tastings are great and every time I have been in the store, the staff there is extremely familiar with all of the wines in the store. Usually at a wine store only one or two of the staff know about the wines but here all of the individuals I have encountered (four) have known about the wines and have pointed me to really nice selections. They have been extremely helpful with selecting wines and ports that I havent tried before and have offered to find me wines that I have asked about. Cant say enough good things about this new wine store. Hopefully, they will be around for a long time. Keep up the great work!

Amazing. So I stopped by Publix for a few things and ended up at Corks Wine & Spirits. I didnt mean to buy anything, but ended sampling some whiskey and buying some whiskey and beer. If your looking for a place for great selection and staff - this is your stop.

I walked in expecting just another typical wine and spirit store with low knowledge employees. I was COMPLETELY stunned at home excellent the customer service was and how easy it was to talk to the people working there. Will be making a special trip back here again for sure.

I was really excited to try this place out. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to. I’m not sure if the employee was having a bad day but he came off a bit arrogant so I walked out. I didn’t even bother.
