Family Hearing is a great place to go for hearing aids. The office is run very efficiently. No long wait times. Staff is personable and friendly. Willing to work with me to get my hearing aids comfortable and the settings just right. Love this place!

I had a great experience at Family Hearing. Dr. Kerwin was very helpful and listened too all my concerns. She was also very accommodating to my work schedule for making another appointment. I am very happy to be working with the team at Family Hearing to get my new hearing aids adjusted and personalized just for me. I would highly recommend Family Hearing to anyone.

Family Hearing Center of Lenoir City is the best hearing center east of the great Muddy River ! Friendly, professional, fantastic attitudes. These are people who really want to make your life better. Everyone is so incredibly kind and understanding! They are very aware of what people have to deal with when hearing loss occurs and show an incredible amount of compassion, kindness, and respect. A very heartfelt and grateful thanks to Dr. Sue Stone and all of the staff (I wish I had gotten names) and am looking forward to our next visit.

We drive a long distance to go to the Family Hearing Center, because it is definitely worth it. My husband has been very happy with his care, and I am happy to have a husband that can hear me. Sue even set his hearing aids to get rid of the ringing, and its like a miracle. The office staff is always so helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend the Hearing Center.

Off of recommendation, I took my father to see Dr. Jill Gresham. She was very pleasant, then I had several encounters with a staff member named Amy... I have never been talked to in a way that was so disrespectful and rude from someone working in a medical establishment. I tried to leave a message for Dr. Gresham to return my call over my concerns of treatment and Amy called me back again and said any concerns I had I needed to discuss with her for that was not Dr. Greshams job. So I guess to let Drs. Know of how I was treated I need to post on social media there is no way that she has not treated other patients as poorly as she treated me and Im hoping that it was not to the elderly that cannot speak for themselves I will not recommend this practice to any of my family or friends

Wonderful, caring staff. Great products! My hearing aids are great and the attention the doctors and staff give you is great! They REALLY care! I have recommended them to many of my friends and family. Cant ssay enough good things about Family Hearing in Lenoir City!

I can always depend on the Lenoir City Family Hearing Center to see me on short notice and they are very helpful to get my problems handled. I love going there and am always sharing with my friends when they are complaining about their hearing aids they got from somewhere else.
