While the value may be good, the service is terrible. I have been going to them for 9-10 years. The service has significantly dropped over that time. Since 2020 customer service is non existent. You have to wait months to actually get a new hearing aid. There will be multiple appointments that will be set up then cancelled or delayed by them. Sometimes within minutes of the appointment time. The time (and attention) to programming has declined even by the more senior specialists. If you can afford it, go elsewhere.
Poor customer service. I had an appointment for my 90 year old stepdad yesterday at 1:00 to check his hearing aides that were not working right. I was already in Knoxville when I got a call cancelling because computers were not working. I drive 30 miles to get there so imagine my surprise when I went to do some shopping in the store and they were using computers to see patients. The soonest date they could reschedule my stepdads appointment is 2 weeks. One of his aides have completely stopped working. I received no help from the women scheduling appointments to get him in earlier as I think this constitutes an emergency!!!Costco employees really don’t care about customer care in hearing center because they don’t work on commission. When my stepdad said he may have to purchase hearing aides someplace else the employee said, “whatever you want to do” .I expected more!
