Its easier than ever to shop online, but when youre considering an expensive bag that will last you a lifetime, theres no substitute for holding it in your hands and exploring all its features. Mori provides one of the few places in East Tennessee where you can interact with high quality brands like Tumi, Briggs & Riley, and Victorinox before deciding on an ultimate purchase.Moris staff provide the right balance of helpfulness and inattentiveness, allowing you to peruse their selection without being overly pushy. Their selection features most major bags from Briggs & Riley, Tumi, Victorinox, TravelPro, and Bravo, as well as a few others. You can find some of these at the anchor stores, but youre better off to shop locally with people who deal with bags day-in, day-out, and can answer your questions.One other major help: Mori can manage the repair of your bag when necessary. Two times in the past 12 years Ive needed a quick repair on my Victorinox carry-on, and Mori has been tremendously helpful managing the shipping and repair.Overall, I cant say enough good things about my interactions with Mori. There have been times when Ive been there to look at a bag and decided it didnt fit my needs, but other times when Ive walked out with exactly what I was looking for. Im grateful we have such an excellent resource in town, and Im happy to give them my business. I suggest you do too, whenever the opportunity arises.

Terrible, employees there find it acceptable to follow us around, I asked If i could help them with something and they said no just looking at merchandise (or something like that) I walked somewhere else and they followed me around to the place where they were just at... Stop Following your customers around, you dont trust the people who shop at your store mori. I bought my stuff at belks instead.
