Ive been trying to find a certain piece for a project Im doing not super complicated and Ive been all over Knoxville trying to find the right part. I called them and they said they would be more than welcome to help me I made the trip to them only to know they have a $50 minimum. If I would have known that there was a minimum purchase I wouldnt have made the 20 minute trip. although they were nice and left me with a smile. There company policies are not good for the small guy that just needing a 10.00 part.

Hours on Google are wrong. Employees will stare at you through the door.

Super nice and definitely the better place in Knoxville to get bolts, no required purchase, genuine customer service and a clean store.
