They did amazing work! I had a bridesmaid dress I needed let out and needed it done in less than a week... he had me try it on once, did a couple of measurements and sent me on my way. He had it ready when I needed, did an incredible job, and was so very reasonably priced! I highly recommend them and will never go anywhere else!

Once out the door (I describe them as surgeons) they meticulously get to work. I had a mother-of-the-bride dress to alter. It was a complicated fix due to the beading all over and the upper back totally didnt fit. I even thought it might not be able to be attempted. But, theres the surgeon part - when I picked up the dress, it was an amazing fit! It was timely, perfect and prices are super competitive, and even lower in many cases. Ill never go anywhere else. If you are looking for the best alterations experience in the area of knoxville, classic alterations is it! This is my second time going to get my dresses altered (this time being my wedding dress) and they did everything in their power to make sure I had my dress on time for my wedding which was in a week of bringing it in. Not only does it look perfect but they scaled a size 10 dress to fitting a size 0-00. They even met me at the store on their closing day which was Sunday for me to come in for fittings to ensure I was satisfied. They go up and beyond for their clients! Not to mention how absolutely friendly they treat their customers!

Amazing work! So upset about my purse strap being torn in half by my bunny & they fixed it quickly and perfectly! I couldnt even tell it was broken before. Priced very very reasonably and finished the same day. Very nice people working in there too! I will definitely be back!!
