As a previous customer, the current situation really irritates me. I have had a mod on order for 3 months now. First it was his wifes surgery, then got an email after a month went by stating that he was in rehab for 3 1/2 weeks. If that was the case how did a recent reviewer get a mod in the last 3 weeks? Now I get zero response by email and how convenient that the website is down for maintenance which in my book means closed forever. Anyone who placed an order months ago, we need to band together to get our mods or money back. Totally pissed off.

Plus the owners and the employees are knowledgable and extremely nice.Plus they just recently updated their new website which they offer the same products and services that they offer in their store.

Their mods are amazing! They sold me the best mod I have ever owned, shipped it at a reasonable price, provided accurate information about the tech specs, and the custom engraving was impeccable. I plan on visiting the shop to thank them in person.In response to Cabinet Guy, the vaping industry is made up of many small businesses and as such, different companies have different specialties. They focus on what they do best. Think of it more as a network of independent suppliers than a bunch of Walmarts. Nymbus is really good at building boxes. If you have a calculator and critical thinking skills, you will find that you are able to get a better vaping experience out of a Nymbus mod than youll ever get out of a run-of-the-mill regulated mod. You just need to put in the effort to learn how vaping actually works and reap the benefits of that knowledge.

Bill Henry, you arent the only one, I purchased a mod about 8 months ago, took them 2 months just to get it to me, used it for like a day, it fizzed out.I sent it in for repairs and now every time I try to make contact they refuse to answer the phone or return my calls.Think I will go to my bank tomorrow and see what I can do about opening up a fraud case against Nymbis mods/vapors.
