I have to admit that I waited several weeks after my visit to post this review. Ive been treated well before only to be disappointed with the results days later. No disappointment at all this time. EVERYONE was outstanding!!! I broke down north of Knoxville and limped my international to their shop. From the moment I arrived, to today, with my DPF system fixed, not only patched, but actually fixed!!!! I couldnt be more impressed or satisfied. I live in north Carolina, but wont hesitate to travel to Knoxville the next time I need anything done to my truck. Thank you Landmark!!!

Had an unbelievable experience at this service center. Brian and his team were absolutely amazing. Our semi had a bad fuel pump and we called and he was upfront and honest from the get go. He explained everything in detail and was very informative and patient. He came under the quote and a a day early. This shop is truly a one stop shop. I would recommend this shop to all.

Was down for a week but they fixed the issues with egr cooler and bendix system. Only issue I personally have is that my carhartt hoodie was stolen off the front passenger seat of my truck and the few belongings left in that seat where thrown behind my refrigerator in the bunk.
So glad you were open on Saturday to get fuel filters for our RV. Thought we had a spare but now we have a new one and a spare! Dude in parts was super nice too btw. Thanks again.
Called ahead to have my lights looked at and they got me right in with no hassle. When we determined that it couldnt be fixed until the next morning they offered me to just stay right in their lot and offered me use of their trucker lounge and facilities. These guys and gals are THE most courteous and friendliest Ive ever encountered at any dealer shop. Ill go back anytime Im in the area with a problem. Thanks again!!!

Good mechanic shop. Labor rates are not owner operator friendly. This is more for fleet shops. $160 an hour is crazy when I can go to a regular certified heavy truck mechanic for 85 an hour.
My friends brother is fighting for his life on a ventilator from Covid and this company took his truck and fired him today. Now he has no insurance. He worked for them for 20 years and was due to retire last year but stayed bc they asked him to. I’m hoping this company does the right thing and reverses this decision. We have to be better humans.

I could never do business with a company that fires a 20 year employee while he is in ICU on a ventilator. Several folks reached out to the fb page but the company only deleted comments instead of addressing them. I would never trust them with my business.Editing to add, you have sunk to a new low. I sure hope you reap exactly what you have sown, because that is how it happens. Making these accusations are an unbelievable low, especially if you are implying it is an unconscious man that is fighting for his life.

I cant recommend Landmark Trucks enough! Came in with an EGR problem, greeted with friendly and hospitable demeanors. They truly treated me, and everyone I saw come in, as they would treat family. The got me in and diagnosed within a couple of hours, informed me everything would be covered by warranty, and even volunteered to do an unrelated warranty campaign repair. I also had taillights non operational on my tractor that they gave me a couple different options of how to fix, and saved me a considerable amount of money!! If I break down again I could only hope its near these folks

Finally, after 2 agonizing months and 11 dealerships and shops I found a service department that listened to the issues the truck was having. I was worked in less then an hour and the Tech had issues diagnosed and repaired/calibrated within 4 hours. I had a terrible experience at a different international dealership. I was stuck there for a week and ended up at Landmark, because the other dealership screwed up. Landmark got me in, corrected the error, and even made the other dealership pay for it. They were all extremely professional and efficient. Highly highly recommend
First like to thank Gregg for being patient with my company for payment. It was after closing and he stayed so I could get my truck. The drivers lounge is still open. They came in under the estimate and got me out same day. Provided a good experience.
Guys got my truck in and out in a speedy fashion. I always dread a breakdown, even more so when the repairs can only be performed by the dealership. The staff were very friendly and loved my road dog, (Princess the yorkie) and even gave her a toy to take with her. Ive had some of my drivers come through here, but it was a first for me and Im just glad that there are still people in the mechanical shops that get the job done expeditiously without haste, and extend their kindness within the same breath.
My company truck had a breakdown. I was towed to this dealer for repairs. The mechanic was skilled and quickly got me back to hauling equipment. The service writers I worked with were a true pleasure. Extremely nice folks.I really hope my truck doesnt break again. But, if it does, I hope Im close to this dealer.

I was driving through Knoxville when I noticed my pinion seal was leaking on my front drive axle and I called these guys at 3:30 in the afternoon to see when they could get it done. They had me in by 6pm and were finished by 10:30pm and I made my delivery on time. The repair bill was light on the pocket book and everyone was very friendly and easy to work with.
Came to do a PM service on my 26ft international box truck. I was told that they can take my truck in within 2 hours to do the oil change. Waited over 2 hours and they never took it in. I had a pick up to do in 2 hours and went back to ask them on whats going on and they told me: the soonest they can take me is in 1 hr and oil change will take them another 2 hours!!!! THERE WAS NO TRUCKS AHEAD OF ME!!! WOW!!! very unprofessional. Took my truck and left from this BS shop
Ive been sitting here a week took them 4 days to look at my truck and was told by another driver that my truck wasnt even looked at on Friday she her self was going to go home cause they didnt know when her truck was going to be ready and she got in on Tuesday and she wasnt the only truck they put in that got her after me will NEVER come back... My truck is done 8 days later on a job that only took them 8 hours to complete but like the owner and Justin said you have to pay more for faster service but they say its first come first serve
They cant find the a.c. problem. They wont to charge another 2 hours for trying g to figure out whats wrong with it. I showed the pictures of whats freezing up on a c. Lines. Told them the problem is probley the flap door. Iz sticking. Not allowing air to pass thru. Did they check that first. No. Took truck out of their shop.

Go ANYWHERE, but here!I was referred to Landmark by Workhorse as being an authorized dealer while seeking brake repairs on my W-22 chassis motorhome. I called them on Tuesday June 16th inquiring if they could replace brake pads & rotors and inspect for anything else it may need for a trip. They said they should be able to have it done within a day. I dropped it off on Wed 17th in the afternoon, was told it would be ready the following evening. I explained I needed it by Saturday June 20th for a trip, they said it should not be a problem.I called early afternoon Thursday to check in, they had the inspection done, would need rear brakes & pads also, but waiting on their parts department to price & locate parts. I informed them of 2 places locally that could have parts within a couple hours as I had already checked, the service advisor said he would pass the info on to the parts department.I had not heard back, so I had called again at 9pm asking if they had an estimate for me, being told Parts is still checking.I called again on Friday at 11:30am, still no estimate, waiting on Parts department. I asked if they could go to the parts department and find the hold-up and was told they would get it when Parts was ready. I explained that I needed the vehicle by end of day and it was already overdue. The advisor said hed call me back shortly after checking.Still no phone call, so I call back again on Friday at 4:45pm to the Parts department explaining my situation. They said Id need to talk to Service and transferred me to a very rude individual that said Yeah, so? at least 4 times about the situation they had put me in with no apologies. I then asked if I could pick up the motorhome and take it eslewhere, with him saying I dont see why not.Now, its 5pm on Friday and too late for me to get the job done eslewhere, unable to actually take the motorhome on my trip, but they dont care, its not their problem.I called on Saturday morning, told them to have the paperwork ready, that I would be there within an hour to pick it up. When arriving, the Advisor working asked what happened, I explained, he apologized, I told him it wasnt him that needed to. He said the behavior of the individuals involved what unacceptable, that hed have his manager call me, would reduce the cost to the bare minimum ($361.24 with zero parts and nothing to show for it... ABSURD!)Two weeks later, I still have not received an estimate, and the manager never called, and my phone number is correctly printed in the customer info on the invoice.Again, Go ANYWHERE but here.
We recently had new shocks put on our 2017 Lonestar, like a week ago, and discovered one was loose on the front axle. We called these guys and they told us to come on in. Turns out there was a washer missing. Had it fixed in 5 minutes and had us back on the road! Good job guys!

I went there to diagnose and inspect the truck. Prices seemed to me expensive. On the street there are many different trucks for sale and leasing .. There was one black exclusive truck, inside the salon of red leather, cool .. A lot of places to inspect the machines. There are rooms for drivers with all amenities, drinks, coffee ... sofas and more .. By the way, this center requires mechanics to work ..
I took my truck in for a egr value stay 2 nights and on the 3rd day I was told my truck was ready pull out the lot and I heard a loud noise took the truck back and found out the mechanic put the wrong bolts in I ended up saying another night at a hotel. I asked the shop if they could either reimburse me or go half with me on the room even though it was their err they said unfortunately NO so I paid $77 hotel fee and lost out on a $1000 load
WARNING O/O DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE. THE SERVICE DEPT WILL DO THERE VERY BEST TO GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE. THESE PEOPLE SMILED IN FACE THEN RIPPED ME OFF WITH A NEARLY A $900 THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT. THE LADY AND THE 2 MEN ARE THEIVES. WARNING TO ALL MY O/O BROTHERS.

Air Compressor went out on truck, Spoke with Steven. Had truck towed that day and Steven and his crew had our truck on the road next day. I have never been so impressed with the outstanding service that was received by them. Would highly recommend if you are in need of repair to take your vehicle here. I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I took my truck to these thieves!I doubt they spent 30 minutes looking at my truck, told me they could not diagnose anything on my truck and charged me $352 = $160 per hour @ 2 hours plus a $32 hazard fee! I asked to discuss this with the manager and he refused to even speak with me! I am disputing this payment with my CC company.I hope International reads all there terrible reviews and takes away their franchise!Woody D.
Quick service and a bit pricey.
I used this place last year and didnt run into all the issues Im having this time . In 2days Ill be down 2 weeks an Im looking at over 10k in repairs but the worst part is, they dont even know whats wrong with my truck yet . They havent been able to get to that part of the diagnosis yet. This kinda down time with no end in sight is super critical for a small time owner op and its unacceptable
I was going through the mountains and lost my jake brake and my company sent me here and I called in this morning and they said they would try to work me in this afternoon and they finally got it in and found the issue to be an electrical and they are still trying to find it so had to get a hotel room for the night and hope it is fixed by the morning. The service department people are very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone any day of the week.
Go somewhere else as fast as you can. Justin, the service manager there, will let things happen to your truck while it is there and then want to charge you to fix what was damage from their employees. They will screw you over as must as they can. Just spent $15,000 there for a engine then they didnt want to fix my condenser that was damaged in the 4 months while the truck was there. Which that in it self is way to long to have the work done. They are very slow. I will NEVER take anything back over to this thieving place.

Went to buy a truck they had on the web for sale found truck couldnt find a salesman so left bought from mhc
Sat at dealership for two days, left with flea/tick infestation. Its been over a month. Ive bombed and sprayed as well as continuously wash, dry, vacuum seal every piece of linen daily (which is not easy to do over the road). Thank you for ruining my spring/summer.

I was there only for oil service and changing filters...over the phone they said to i can come,first i wait 4 hours and than 3 hours for oil service.THEY CHARGE ME FOR LABOR 3 HOURS 163$!!! 3 hours for oil changing!!!Thats a 20min job. Total 545$ oil change and 2 filters on box truck.

Called landmark after calling many others, and they said they had the turbo no one else did. Got up there and two hours later they realize they dont have the turbo n never did!!!!! I talked to there manager about it n they said would eat freight to get tmrw, but sorry otherwise. No bid deal to them. Oh and mister owner dont reply with the garbage I see u respond....well be happy to address your issues, tried that and failed miserably. LOUSY NO GOOD SCOUNDRELS!!!!!!!
If you can get your truck to another dealer DONT GO TO KNOXVILLE. They were rude and unhelpful. I was told they couldnt give me information on my 07 Prostar even with my vin. I doubt they know what they are doing.
