For my most recent experience the place looked like they had more employees and the place looked better. They had halloween decorations on their carts for each of the workers i saw and some seemed very happy to help customers. Good experience 😁👍

When looking on the Walmart app its smart app its stated that this Walmart had an item in which I was looking for. When I got to the store I could not find the product when I asked in associate they said they didnt know whether they had the product or not but they were not willing to assist me in locating the product. Seems like pretty poor customer service to me.

This store was dark and run down. The associates were nice, but the store wasnt. I wont be back.

I arrived at 645 this morning to get an oil change. The sign on the side of the autocenter says 7am. It is 730 and still havent seen anyone. Theres no one else here. If i didnt have a back injury, Id be under my car in the driveway and would be done already. 740 am is when they opened the bay door.Employee informed me that he was told to be at work at 730. What the %$#‽ Then they dont have the correct oil for my car and it will be more than advertised. Come on walmart!? I guess the managers are inept.Service tech just came back to find me so he can try to use the old system to send the paperwork to the system to complete the oil change. Wow. I am glad I had this experience. An hour and a half wasted on a 15 minute oil change.Time to quit trying to save time and money and energy and quit shopping at walmart.This is not over reaching or exaggerated in times or details. Just reactions to events.818 finally checked out and this adventure is over.

As always a general dissapointment. They dont have what I actually need but instead have generic products that can be made to work(maybe) but Ill spend 5 times what I would have on the product I actually needed. Great product placement if you are a greedy, money hungry, smuck that could care less about your patrons convenience, peace of mind, or the overall health and well being of your community.

This is the Wal-Mart I use most often. They usually have a pretty decent selection of things. The only issue I have with this Walmart is the Isles are difficult to get down most times Ive been there because of the shelves being stocked at all different times of day. Most of the employees are not very friendly either.

Used the pickup grocery service, called the number no answer but left a message. Which dont bother leaving a message my advice is to keep calling or sign in on the website terminal. Which I did but apparently they never got the information that I was there. Had to flag someone down. The box they put my bread in had every cylindrical container so it was the most mushed loaf of bread, I had them replace it but why pack it that way in the first place. Employee informed me the best way to sign in is through the web terminal, so dont even bother calling.

Miguel was awesome! It would have been really nice though to have somebody oversee the doordash and make sure that products are being picked up. I ordered a bike it showed that it was there they get the guy never picked it up. I called and talked to Miguel and he went back and checked and hes like yeah the bike was here so he didnt know why it wasnt picked up. I went back in to reorder since it was marked off that it wasnt in stock and by that time it was offline as out of stock so I picked another one that was same price range and come to find out it was going to be mailed after it showed that it was in stock. I finally just had to do Walmart to Walmart money transfer and sort of been really nice if they would have double checked orders. So my niece on her birthday ended up with a cake and a bike helmet they had to hide from her.

I never saw a Waltmart in such a disarray. The shelves are empty and everything is in the wrong place and a total slop house. They should clean house in Management. This place is a total embarrassment for Walmart. Today also I saw a lady stealing merchandise and I told several employees and they did nothing and said I should just leave the lady alone none of my business. The place is has empty pkgs everywhere indicating theft. I seriously hope that Management is gone!!!!

Went for an oil change and the service was HORRIBLE pulled up and not one person came to get my information. I sat and waited 20 minutes and still no service it was humid outside and the never even took my info so I left and went to Jiffy Lube. Never ever coming back here it was horrible they see you waiting and still ignore you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

This is my favorite Wal-Mart. Lord knows there are some real weird people that comes in there late at night. I saw a man in a dress with spiked hills and makeup. Their workers are dressed nasty and some of them are rude and wont help you. My BIGGEST PROBLEM. They took out the check a price scanners. They are forcing people to use there App. They charge you for some of of the services on that app. They will hire anyone at this store. I still go there because its my favorite.

Like other Walmarts. This one was busy during the middle of a Tuesday. Store was clean, brightly lit, and busy. Seemed to be well stocked for most things. Only issue I have is that they have mostly self-serve checkouts. I checked myself out but did not receive even minimum wage for my work at the register. ;-)

They just keep getting bigger and big some things you can save on somethings you spend about the same as you would another place.....

Nice place. But the self check out is ok if you have 10 items or less not enough room. Bring back workers

I like this Walmart.. its convenient location and staff make it my go to. Its always clean. The staff are so helpful and courteous that even on a bad day they cheer you up.

This would be a good place for a store. The first three things I look for on my list were not in the store anywhere. They might as well close the doors and give somebody else a chance. No goody powders or Ibuprofen or chicken salad or air filters for my air conditioning unit or Milky Way candy bars.

I went in to buy some tank tops, or A shirts as theyre called. The section they were in looked like a rummage sale. The one pack I found in my size had been opened, so I asked if I could get a little markdown on it. I was told probably not and they would most likely be donated. The ladies in the section were about as friendly as a hemorrhoid. I have no problem with donating stuff, but it seems like they would want to sell stuff, even at a discount.

Ive been to two other Walmarts in this town and this is the best one if them all

Generally I find most Walmart stores to be quite similar in cleanliness and product availability. One store I go to often seems to be out of some items too often. I understand it is a busy store and it might be difficult to restock some items, but it is frustrating to commonly find regular items out of stock.

Outdated payment systems. No tap to play. Not expected everywhere by any means even in 2021, but its Walmart. Corporate is just being lazy here. Hope they update soon

Really slow cashiers. 3 things scanned in 1 min. Like I get they don’t get payed much but dam. Self checkout sucks when you got a full cart or two. Not enough room. Also the shelves are dam near empty. Having to go to multiple stores just to get drinks and food.

This Walmart is a bit different. Very open and bright. It was a nicer experience than most.

Rude employee at self checkout tried to accuse me of stealing. Then gonna have a attitude when I proved her wrong. She refused to help me again when the machine messed up. She mumbled something under her breath that sounded like the n word and my wife is african american she immediately took offense. Then she got the manager. The manager told her to just be quiet but she kept running her mouth. Then kept rolling her eyes at us.

Great price but lately I can never find anything there. They have been out of alot of Food and they are short staffed. Th lines are so long you walk in the place and turn around and go back out the door.

Just moved into a new place. Needed some stuff to get it going. They had everything I needed at a good price.

Most Walmarts I go to dont have electric carts available and this one is no exception? Its ridiculous. You see teenagers whizzing around and people who dont really need to use them. I know you cant judge if a person really needs it or not. But the other day my husband saw a woman in a cart going around the parking lot and asking for money. They say its descrimination to ask if they really need it but being handicapped myself having common sense, the employees should be allowed to ask them. But then you would have people complaining. The ones who would complain? Well they just dont have common sense.

The Walmart itself is good but the customer service is terrible. The phone lines continually put me on hold for up to 30 minutes and then are little help.The employees hate working there and offer little to no assistance (which stinks because the store is HUGE and finding things is tricky sometimes.) They always only have 2-3 check out lanes open unless you want to use the self checkout so there is always a line.The automotive department is the worst I have ever seen. Impossible to get a hold of and does terrible work. Walmart needs to get their act together.

On this particular visit, hubby walked through spider webs TWICE in their parking lot and there was urine all over the ground. Whomever peed all over the place probably felt so emboldened because there were NO LIGHTS in the parking lot. This felt extremely unsafe for many reasons, including the fact that cars arent really able to see pedestrians that would not have dressed to be walking in completely darkness in the same space as vehicles. And of course, everything was out of stock that we needed.Our last time here, thankfully. Always out of everything - I actually thought that this was how Walmart was everywhere until I went to another one and literally everything was stocked. So, yeah, its just this one that doesnt bother to keep anything stocked. Theyve switched to card only at the self checkout but of course never have more than one regular register open, so good luck trying to spend cash.

Significantly disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of communication and follow through of protocol. My order was delayed for pickup. Which isn’t the problem. The problem was with the members on staff who were not able to even explain to me what was happening nor was there a manager available. I stayed on the phone for over an hour with calls being hung up or dropped because it rang for sooo long. I was placed on hold over five times for a manager that never arrived to just help me clarify my order that was apparently not in their system. (Mind you I received a notification 3 hours later that my order was ready for pickup, which is the same order the man on staff said was not in the system and they had no record of my order ). I understand delays but not having a manager on duty to manage their employees who look to them for guidance is highly unacceptable. This whole process or lack of process disappoints me and is immensely inconvenient.

There were absolutely no carts inside had to walk back out and search the parking lot for one most shelves are becoming empty they are out of alot!!!!

Its a dump! It always has been. I only go there if im in a hurry. Plus, now there shelves are bare whatvis going on at this location? You go there and they dont have anything its weird all you see no inventory?

It was too hot to leave my puppy outside, so I brought him in and they didnt complain. 5 stars.

Okay great place to shop almost always get what you want wonderful place to shop at 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. that aint happening now. I used the “quick and easy” pickup function and I ended up sitting in my spot for an hour along with 3 other customers before I had to ask once again for my order. My order was one item.

Wal Mart has a reputation but its an incredible store with millions of items. I spent 2 hours here looking at their products and saw a tiny fraction. Some is very high quality for a good price, like their olive oil from Mediterranean Africa or maple syrup from Maine.

The reason I gave only 3 stars,, is they only now have 3 registers open that you can use money and the lines to check out are always long. Otherwise the store itself is alright. Some of the employees are clueless as to what they sell.

Walmart...most of us have been here. Pretty much everything in one store. If You have trouble getting around You might want to use one of their motorized carts as it is a big store.

The store was a mess. The shelves that were stocked the items werent even close to the shelf tag. Alot of the items were so far back from the front of the shelf I couldnt reach what I needed. This store has really gone downhill. Its obvious management isnt concerned with zoning anymore.

I have quite a dilemma now after purchasing indoor plants to make my house beautiful, am now bombarded by thousands of ants. Walmart did refund some of the money for the plants but Im still left with the major issue, didnt want to hire an exterminator as I dont want harmful chemicles in my house and I dont like to kill anything. Ive bought many plants from the past from different retailers, never have I experienced this. It has been a nightmare and Ive lost hundreds of dollars in food so far. Just want to warn others to be careful when purchasing plants, I will not be buying another plant from Walmart again, the employees do not take care of them properly

There is a short and fat guy that cuts customers off with the cart machine and rude employees. i literally only recieved help from one person. supervisor/manager was aware of my situation and was very polite but did nothing about it.

Okay, I am a travel Rn and use Walmart as my primary store, so I’ve been in a whole lot of Walmart in various locations, and, I’ve never given a Walmart 5 stars before. Locally the other Walmart is closer but I’ll easily drive extra to go to this one.

Not enough electric wheelchairs. I can barely make it in and when I cant find buggy then I have to find a chair to sit on before I can go to my car without shopping

Uninformed workers... very few cashier lines open.For some reason Walmart think that I am an employee, without pay.

Was needing tires but they did not have what I needed and the sales person was not helpful. Didnt even act like he wanted to help. So no tires and could not place an order because the sales person when I asked to order just walked off..and left me standing there..

Too crowded, not fully stocked, some employees do not care about their job and they are rude and uneducated about product placements. Also a lot of customers without masks and employees wearing masks improperly. It is just a few employees. Isaac in electronics is always very helpful and Andrea on front registers is just the nicest and helpful young lady.

Maybe... just maybe... the place needs a retrofit. And I wish there were more real humans on the registers. But I love the garden center and the ginormous Bucket O Blu-Rays.

Normally we do most of our grocery shopping for food at Walmart for its cheaper prices, and I usually am able to find exactly what I need and the shelf life will be excellent. However, everytime I go to get pastries, donuts or other sweets that are supposedly bakery fresh their isnt a good selection and the freshness date is usually the very next day when it expires. This really upsets me because I would love to be able to do all of my shopping at Walmart however if they cant guarantee a freshly made product then that forces me to have to go other places that I shouldnt have to go too in the first place. Also it seems that I cant get help whenever I am in need of finding something. Thats why I am rating this place 2 stars. Hopefully they can improve otherwise this rating is staying the same.

Decent selection, but a little too crowded for our liking. Not many registers open for as busy as it was, and all the self checkouts had lines as well, due to lack of cashiers.We were able to get most of the things we needed, happy enough.

Just a quick stop for bathroom and sodas and FB purchase meet. Parking lot is very busy, people pop out unexpectedly from everywhere, and give you the hairy eyeball. Bathroom was fairly clean. Checkout staff friendly. Parking near auto center had several sketchy types hanging out. Next time well meet at Murphys. Ive been here before and this visit was consistent with others. Be alert, be safe. No masks in use except for employees.

Has most anything you need from food to clothes to tools paint and car stuff. All in one place. Convenient. Well stocked.

Placed a pick up order. After two days they never completed my order but charged my card. After two trips to the store and over an hour on the phone with the 800 number, I had to place the order again and my card was charged twice. The 800 number found my order and stated they had no idea why the store never filled it. But the store claims they never got the order. I showed the order on the app, a confirmation email and the charge on my back account. Therefore I had to dispute the original charge with my bank. The manager of the store, Tim was rude and completely unhelpful. He absolutely did not care that I had been inconvenienced and had gone thru so much unnecessary trouble. He literally told me that it wasn’t their problem or his fault.

Always have everything i need

There was backed up sewage in the store all in front of the check out lanes. It smelled like fecal matter. You could see the dark liquid in front of the ice cooler, the bathroom and the Chinese restaurant.

As much as I groan about going to Walmart, it is really the best of all worlds
