Shout out to Dee! He took what was originally a dreaded techy trip and made it very easy! As me being someone who is not tech savvy, he acknowledged that, took control, told me my options in a way I understood, and was very professional.

My home office at home, would not have been complete without my business office supplies from Office max and Office Depot.I have been a business owner for over 20 years now, and Office max has always help me with all my business needs all year long.Office Max is the largest business supply chain in the world; they have every type of business service to offer any business at any size.

Both times Ive come in Ive waited over an hour to begin a print process. Male manager didnt wear a mask, didnt move to help his obviously new and struggling employees, and instead chose to socialize with (what looked to be) his family members at the counter, disregarding the growing line. Not only that, but I watched him start to heckle a fellow employee- the only one that was actually being helpful in ANY way. This is a completely unprofessional and hostile environment. I would give this store 0 stars if it were physically possible.

Went to the counter to request assistance. The guy sent me to another counter, where I could see a woman sitting in an office. She continued to ignore me, even when I said, excuse me. Finally the guy walked down and stood in the office door, talking to the woman. This entire time, Im standing there waiting. Finally, the guy comes out and ask what I need. I started to explain that, through my employer, and I have a discount on all in store purchases. At this, the woman in the office, who was evidently listening, came out and interrupted. I showed her the download I had printed out, and she said they couldnt honor this without a code. I told her there was no code included in the download, and ask if they could contact their corporate office for help. She proceeds to tell me thats not something they would do. When I tried to question how we could work this, this woman, who turns out was a manager, got very rude and very hateful. When I told her she shouldnt treat customers this way, she told me to leave her store. I will never shop a this Office Max again. The store was dirty, had virtually no stock, and a staff that clearly cared nothing about customer service. I went straight to Best Buy, and spent over $1000.

They have the absolute positively the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a retail store. I was actually told Im busy. Go to the checkout line to just return what I have purchased and to move on as the customer service is lousy. You cannot get anyone to help you but they will ignore you hell they walk on top of you before theyll say can I help you. All I have to say is this place needs much much training on customer service

Their printing department is par excellence, and the staff in the whole store is always accessible, helpful and polite. And good prices are easily found. But corporate removed all the chairs from the printing area because Covid (IDK how thats supposed to help).I guess they dont want the old or physically handicapped to bring in any work, or maybe corporate just doesnt care.I hope theyll bring back the chairs when they realize its hurting the bottom line.

Go somewhere else for your photo prints.I paid for same day printing and pick up for a photo print. Not only was the customer service here disappointing, but I was told that the two photos I needed printed would not be ready until the next day at 5 or 6pm. Very disappointing, especially since printing photos does not take long at all.Edit: I ended up printing the photos myself at work in 20 minutes. Looked great.

A young man working there asked me if he could help me check out and I had to ask him to put a mask on. He did put one on but while checking me out he kept turning around and talking to himself. Couldnt understand what he was saying but Im sure it was something to do with me asking him to put a mask on.I am high risk. I will not put my life at risk. Obviously he doesnt care about his own.

Absolutely one of the worst Customer Service Experiences I have ever seen. FromTheir “Assistant Mgr” and Customer Service Manager I received nothing but disrespect from the moment I went into the store .

The young man that helped me at your Clinton Hwy Knoxville TN. location was simply wonderful. He took the time to help me download and send it to your web site so I would be able to print it. I asked about different types and colors of paper he showed then to me and explained. I thank him very much and I will be by another day to make sure his boss knows how much I appreciated the time and help this young man gave me.

Never had a bad experience at the Northwest Crossing location. On a few occasions they have not had the items I needed. Polite staff. Decent prices. Print shop attendant has always been very helpful and knowledgeable.

I always have great service here. Especially with the print shop but yesterday I had amazing service. So thank you Brandon for being so patient with me. My super bowl craft came out awesome.

I purchased a small magnifier to carry in my purse and a large one that magnifies the whole page of a magazine. I can now read all the articles in the TV Guide, AARP Bulletin, AARP Magazine and the newspaper. This is like Mothers Day, birthday, and Christmas all rolled into one. The Employees provided me with good customer service. I have shopped there for several years and would recommend them to everyone.

Went there to make a copy at 910pm in a Friday night and the employee said they were closed as did the door. However, the website said that the hours on Fridays are 8am to 10pm. Making a special trip for an important document copy really sucks!!!

Great place for copy services. Vast selection of office supplies, electronics, office furniture, and obviously, paper products. The aisles are wide and uncluttered and easily navigable for the mobility challenged and those who may need to use mobility assistive devices. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable.

The people at the printing center are very bad at their job. I sent them an email so i could print out a picture and they kept saying they didn’t receive it, that’s all they would say no matter what

My husband and I bought a day planner and paid with a $100 dollar bill. We did not get the correct change back which we were not mad about but called to ask if they were $20 dollars over in the till. The manager Mark said they were and we could come get our money. They were all kind and honest. We really appreciate them. Good group of people working there. Thank yall for your honesty.

Just get it off Amazon. Went in this specific store today to find a gaming headset. Initially google had it listed as $24.99 however when I got there it was $100.00. Now this was not at all their fault, if you actually go to the link for their website where that price is listed and search for the Logitech Headset specifically it tells you it is $100.00 on there. So me being the frugal gentleman that I am I look up OfficeMax’s price match policy on my phone. Happy days! Amazon is listed as one of the places they will price match. So I find it on Amazon Prime for $47 and some change. I walk up to the counter with my item and say something along the lines of, “So I noticed you all price match with Amazon?” The young lady at the counter says, “No, we don’t price match with Amazon.” Me, still having the policy at hand turn my phone around and show her the policy to which she replies, “Well it’s at our discretion.” Then she wants to see the item. Folks, remote controllers and headsets for gaming systems come in all different colors yet are still the exact same item. The one in my hand was a black headset and the one online, exact same item yet different color, was camo. She is tells me that because it’s a different color they won’t honor the price match. Fair enough, I thank her for her time and walk out. Lesson learned. I tried to shop locally at an actual storefront and spend my dollars locally (and yes, I wanted instant gratification rather than a 2 day delivery) but for $50 more? Issues like this are going to be what puts physical stores out of business. I walked outside, got in my car and “1-click” it will be here Sunday. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this OfficeMax any more. It’s cheaper and a lot easier (2 day waiting aside) to just get it off Amazon.

Selection is always pretty limited for a box store that specializes in office stuff. They may have what you need, but no variety (except pens, a lot of pens).

Much better than the Broadway one, which has messed up several printing, laminating jobs. Also, Clinton Hwy had better hours and more knowledgeable employees.

Busy location. Printing department does a good job for my work projects. Can be a bit of a wait though during the day.

From personal experience, excellence starts at the top. In this case, from Ed (store manager), to Mike (district manager), to Kevin (corporate executive team), these folks know what customer service is really all about!

Staff is great, they know everything. I cant work a computer, scanner, printer, nothing, absolutely no ability to make these things do their job. Theres no judgement there when I ask them to do basic things that most adults can do on their own. They have. Nicer things to make you look more professional, you know, make you look like. An adult who can work a computer even ifyoucant. The only thing baad I can say is they are way over priced. Unreasonable over priced but I pay it and dont complain because I need it. They are wonderful there!

One of my family members that I fix computers gets a special business rate on purchases, so when I need either office supplies or computer parts to fix their system, theyll usually send me here first. The wi-fi is also good, but their system disconnects you after 30 minutes of use, so you have to reconnect to it after that time.

Went there for a certain pen uni ball jet steeam cause i dont like the new signa...ddnt have it or the replacement. Customers service was oh well we just sold the last one we had Thursday... My recent experience involves a software return (per manufacture) and associate Eric offered to give me 20% of the purchase price. So who is keeping the other 80%?During the summer I purchased software only to have the software quit working on my computer. After contacting the manufacture software support, the manufacturer was telling me that the product was pirated. So I returned the software but only received 100% of the purchase price after stating that the software was pirated.Beware of the store, there is something wrong with products purchased here.
