Overall great Travel Centers of America truck stop . Easy access of i40 Tennessee. Decent parking lot plenty unpaid spaces. TA shop well maintained professional staff good knowledgeable technicians good quality services. Clean restrooms typical truck stop...driver lounge, showers etc. NO restaurant at this location but has deli grill. No workout room either. Only con also be careful fuel island directly front of shop No pull up room after fueling. Highly recommend to all truckers and travelers.

This shop is great took our truck here to have fan hub replaced. Kenworth quoted me $640 just for labor. TA charged me $162. Best shop I’ve ever been to.

Paid for parking. No parking when I showed up at 23:34. Would not make anyone move, would not give points back on card. This place WILL NOT GARUNTEE PARKING.

Just wanted to write to thank Austin and James and the rest of the crew at TA. They took care of me and had me in and out of the shop fast. Would definitely bring my truck here for repairs and PMs done right.

Hey drivers, this place offer you tiny shower but very well maintained! I’m glad I showered here. Not restaurants but they have a deli food, very tasty. I enjoyed it here! 4 stars because the tiny showers... but the parking lot is roomy to maneuver a semi truck!

Can passenger cars get diesel here? when i pulled up i didnt see how or maybe i came in the wrong way.

Very good attention received by Jeremy, the manager on duty today. He is very professional, friendly, attentive to every detail to satisfy his clients, with bosses like that, everyone in the place gives their best, and it is very comforting to visit these places and return, this is the difference that people like Jeremy make.

Many easy parking spots, reserved are at the end of the fuel island. Shower #10 is a bit small, but ok. Issues with the shower: air blows very hot to cool and back, toilet paper dispenser is too close to the toilet, kept hitting my elbow on it. Ouch!! Enter and exit the same driveway. Have CAT scale.

Its really clean and the customer service was great! They have showers and a place to do your laundry. They even have a deli with hot delicious foods. I got the pepperoni roll sandwich. I enjoyed it. It had a very friendly atmosphere where everybody was smiling and greeting you as you entered.

Have stopped here several times 90%paid parking but they have a good selection of food

Update from my review 3 years ago. Overall my experience was much better. Clean restrooms and good food. They still lack in Customer service. After being on the road all day from unloading and reloading, I was pretty tired. I was hoping for a welcome or can I help you with anything. No all I got was 2 cashiers complaining about how bad of day theyve had. They even started yelling at the nice employee that fixed my plate of food. He was supper nice. I felt so sorry for him when the 2 cashiers yelling at him right in front of me and other customers. This is not what I want to hear when I go in a store. Ive had bad days to but I dont let the whole world know about it. This happened on 11/16/20 at around 8:30pm.

TA truck stop on Lovell Rd is amazing! Staff are very helpful and extremely friendly. Felt right at home. Brittany I think is her name working third shift has always been a tremendous at helping me in the store when it comes ti the food.

On Sat 7-10-21 I was told it would be around 6pm for PM for truck. I go to counter at 6pm was told it would be 8am Sunday morning first thing when technicians showed up. Go up to counter at 8:10am was told bring truck to bay 3. Bring Truck to Bay 3 waiting to be pulled in. 9am I walk back to desk 5 people sitting around and was told I could leave because they had one truck in shop that needed more work done. No decency to mention this at 8am or come outside and tell me why I was waiting to be pulled in bay and guess they need 5 people to work desk and one truck.

They need to do something about cashier at night old lady she have really bad attitude we work hard and we spend a lot of money here in truck stop we deserve to be treated as human .

The truck shop at this T/A truck stop is a absolute joke,dont waste youre time stopping in. Came by to get breaks adjusted on trailer got told its a 2 hr wait because theres only 1 guy in a shop full of grease monkeys that can adjust breaks.

This is an awesome place to stop. They have a great breakfast bar inside plus a CB shop. I also was able to find a gift for a good friend of mine!

Got in for oil change was told it’s gonna be one hour four hours later still had not gone in they only had one truck in the bay all other 4 four guys working there and they’re all standing around talking if you value your time keep it moving

Nice guys at this shop. Maybe not for the most technical things but they are easy to work with.

TA Service was excellent. Austin is a real pro! One of the few TAs that know what their doing & despite a difficult job (of having to please not always friendly customers). Parts were in stock & they were able to complete a PM in a timely manner.Offered suggestions when parking In lot was tight. Just good helpful staff!

Clean, open spaces for an over night stay with the truck. Showers and laundry are well maintained.

This location has been a godsend on multiple occasions when we needed a safe place to park for the night. Not only that, but the food is really good and reasonably priced.

Literally work right next to this place and almost every day I go and get something to drink or eat before I start work but today, today was way different. I will never...ever set foot inside this establishment ever again. Im am not going to get yelled at by owner to wear a mask. You are not gonna yell at me like some crazed Karen to wear a mask for any reason whatsoever. I know how diseases work, Ive been injected with enough of them over my 20 years in the armed services. And he is gonna do this a day after Veterans Day. This place isnt worth your time. Try the Speedway or hell Shell. Do not come here.

I was told m appointment was between 7am and 8am. They brought me in for a PM at 11am. They did a great job but I end up losing my time which as a truck driver is very important

The employee were sll very helpful and actually know what customer service is. Showers wernt so good. There a little small hard to relax after a long day, the design was not thought out. The whole bathroom had water everywhere so stepped out in cold puddles of water and the floor mat was soaked. And the little peppermint candies that i never take were clearly wet as well. Maybe removing thoes would be a good idea added a photo of them cuz it was funny. Over all not to bad TA

Ill never use a TA shop ever again! Said I had a seal out on my air compressor.... charged me 1700.00 dollars for a compressor I didnt need over a 20 dollar gasket that he was calling a seal! Then was back in the shop the next week to discover the idiot broke an ear off on my power steering pump!

Image going into the restroom and its no tissue or paper towels! Happen today 5-20-20 and when I went up there to tell the cashiers they were eating and talking as if they had already done their job and didnt even acknowledge me when I told them that paper towels and tissue was out in the ladies restroom. How rude. Ta do better!!!!!

Small but mighty stop Truckers. Nice hot breakfast buy at the register, doggie area with agility and outdoor work out for you. Then chair massage. Nice apparel including jeans, leather work gloves, socks, undies etc. Fill up and hit the road. Ladies are nice and polite.

This rating is for overpriced road service. For one trailer tire 25 miles away over $ 800 this is unbelievable. I call never again TA road service.

I was needing new steers but my mantance account company was not wanting to let me use my money in the account. The service advisor was able to make it happen. I was able to buy 2 new steers. It is my money in the account but not easy to get out. Thank you TA for understanding my safety concerns and getting the job done right. One issue was the centamatic balancers cost double in store vs buying online. I was told that if i order them online from centamatic I save 50% and they put them on for free while tires are already off. 100% true I ordered in the balancers and they did exactly what they said they would. New tires and half off balancers. Im going back next week for my PM. Im sure it will be just as good.

I’ve brought my truck in for a bad Alternator.I was very nervous taking it to a TA but needTo get the problem fixed ASAP. They had someComplications and put parts on but didn’t fix theProblem. The dealers were closed. James and staff were very friendly and understood the situation. TheyDidn’t over charge me for the service and this was theVery few positive experience I’ve had at a TA. These guys are very nice and changed my view of some TA’sService shop. I hope they are becoming more O/OFriendly like the Loves. I will go here again. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you.

Great truck stop live here in town for some the day time traffic is bad. Hard to turn left here is a little secret from a local instead of turning left. Take a right go to first street on your right then follow down to the I-140 to get you back to the interstate. Fast easy and keeps you moving and not fighting to cross lovell rd.

Decent truck stop with a good food bar. (Try the pork chops they’re delicious.). Don’t believe me? Ask the dishes! Gary’s Barber shop inside. Had my truck serviced here once and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Not a lot of parking here but the spaces are large and it’s an easy in and out (providing you don’t try to leave at 5pm)

I work here. Just started and the people are awesome. The place is clean and so far its been fun! They love what they do and the people they do it for.

Second time here. Now here for a 34-hr reset. I found good parking both times. Took my first truck stop shower here. I can do my laundry here too. Great experience. One-stop shop. Clean, hot and ready.

Good in and out. Lucky just wait one truck ahead of me. Very good service, honest people they do what you need, to get you out and keep rolling.

Horrible place to visit. Wasted 6 hours in waiting. They said that they will fix my truck in 2 hours . After 6 hours waiting, they said “we don’t have time still we are working on other truck. I wish I can give 0 star. I highly recommend please don’t visit this place. They are very rude.

TA is great. It was my first time stopping. It had two womens restrooms. The store/shop has everything you could want. I was very impressed.

Its okay but if you know about ta they were known for having good restaurants and now they have nothing they might have something for the average Joe it might be going in there but we used to welcome the good restaurant the good home feeling and now it just went to anything they used to have a lot where a lot of trucks came up in there and parked and then usually had like you know about 20 spots or maybe more than that of spot you can lock down for the night now they make almost a whole lot pee spots and maybe just have a few for drivers and thats not right so I really dont frequent these spots anymore all I do is come here just to sleep and thats it

The fuel desk clerk was the best! She struck up a conversation with me and was warm and welcoming! So unlike many of the other truck stops.

Not a bad place. Parking is pretty good. No restaurant, but plenty of places to eat close by.

This place was a lifesaver when I drove 3 hours for privacy fence. On the drive home with the trailer loaded down the trailer tire wasnt holding air. It was around 6 on a Sunday which meant everything was closing down for the night. The guy at AutoZone suggested a few places to buy the rare sized tire but nothing was open. I found this place on a Google search for tires. They worked with semi trucks and tires but let my friend use their tools to fix our tire, they even plugged it at no charge. They were amazing people.

Nice clean store restrooms were clean had a pepper Jack hot dog that was really good and the staff was extremely friendly

No local gifts. I know theyre cheesy but I enjoy them. They did however have a small section of military gifts? Those unfortunately didnt apply to me. Its sad because thats what they advertise on their sign..

The staff at the fuel desk are always great. The night counter person at the shop needs to be trained in customer service or she just dont like other races. The facility is always dirty I guess because of the amount of traffic they get. Other than that they have enough parking most of the time. Very large lot.

Friendly fast service with clean bathrooms and showers.

The tech Jonathan in their shop completed my truck PM trailer lube 2 axle brake job and installed an airbag on my trailer in a record-breaking 3 and 1/2 to 4 hoursAnywhere else theyd have been grinding at it for 6 to 8 hours and not sure if it would have been done correctly..I will definitely plan to do maintenance again as I go through Knoxville quite a lot..

Good spot to stop on those long trips. My N.Y. motor home slid in the truck spots really well. Its amazing how well you can sleep with those running engines.

This is the older TA outside of Knoxville, TN. Its in dire need of a facelift. But it was clean on the inside. There is no restaurant anymore at this location. Just crappy hot deli food. If TA would bring back great restaurant like buck horn, and focus on quality people would flock to them.

Youre average TA..Store was well stocked and clean..The attendant was very nice..This TA has a CB shop..Barber and a tire/service center..

All they had was a deli for dinner had no restaurant the food was all dried out and nasty looking I wouldnt fit it to a dog lead long my self or any other human they need some help with that So good luck when whoever stops there

Cassie behind the counter is amazing. She went over and beyond and her attitude was amazing. Wish all cashiers were like her. The store was clean, lots of stuff to choose from. Thank You for a very pleasant shopping experience!

Standard TA, busy but not a lot of non-trucker traffic if you know what I mean. Showers where alright. Location is quick and easy to get to.

The positive is its a big open area..... However its not right off the interstate you have to go through the light. Its dirty and a little convenience store isnt all that......

Not good at all went in for a oil change they let a trainee work on my truck woke the next morning with a puddle of oil underneath the truck head tech didnt double check the trainee wor
